Najib in his speech :
(Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said today the relations among Pakatan Rakyat parties are not as strong as those of Barisan Nasional (BN) component parties, and are getting weaker by the day.
The deputy prime minister said that until now Pakatan Rakyat parties -- Pas, DAP and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) -- had not been successful in coming up with a common policy.
"What is happening now is a clear proof of their lack of common stand and policy.'
Does this means that umno/bn have a common stand and policy. I guess so, than, let me ask Najib, is Najib/umno against the Hudud Laws?
From Malaysia Today:
But why are MCA and The Star the ones who are playing up the Hudud issue? The Barisan Nasional candidate is from Umno, not MCA. Should not Umno instead be playing up the issue? Surely the Chinese would believe Umno more than MCA -- seeing that the Umno chaps are ‘fellow-Muslims’ while the MCA chaps are ‘kafirs’, and therefore would understandably be ‘anti-Islam’. If the ‘fellow-Muslims’ from Umno whack the Islamic State and Islamic laws, it would be more credible than coming from the ‘kafir’ Chinese of MCA.
Yes, Umno demands that PKR state its stand on the Islamic State and Hudud. MCA, in turn, demands the same thing from DAP. But while they demand this from PKR and DAP, Umno and MCA are maintaining a deafening silence as to their stands on the Islamic State and Islamic laws. Read full text here.
umno/bn have a common stand and policy and badawi had issue statement that all bn component parties are always in equal footing and stand to agree with each other.
The way mca is blasting PR, especially DAP on their stand regarding the hudud laws entail that mca is strongly opposing the hudud laws but in agreement with umno that Malaysia is an Islamic country. So what conclusion can we draw from all the above statements?
That umno, mca and all bn component parties agreed that Malaysia is an Islamic country where else umno is in agreement with mca in opposing the hudud laws since umno did not come out with any statement regarding mca opposing the hudud laws.
Until and unless umno comes out with a firm statement regarding their stand on the hudud laws, we take to mean that umno together with mca are AGAINST THE HUDUD LAWS.
IS UMNO AGAINST HUDUD LAWS?
KT Voters, as I have posted many times and would like to stress here again that Religion and Race are not election issues but the welfare and well being of all Malaysians are. Do not be misled by umno/mca stirring up racial and religious issues to entice for your votes. Send a clear signal to umno that you need an honest and a man with integrity to be KT MP and that man is non other than Wahid Endut.
