Malaysia Has No Law Except umno's Jungle Law Update

Update: The pdrm, MACC, Country Leaders are sworn to uphold the law and discharge their duties with honesty, integrity and witthout fear or favor but sad to say this is not happening in Malaysia. umno leaders said they are right by kicking out democratically elected Perak MB, Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin while the pdrm is investigating the speaker which they have no business to do so. The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner stands by his recent announcement of strong evidence that Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim had misused his powers which no one is questioning his duty to do so but asking them what about other corrupt reports against umno? The latest by the riot police busy shooting chemical-laced water at the crowd of 30 people and they have yet to take any action against umno youth barbaric mobbing of a disabled MP.

We are truly saddened by alblur-blur, badawi and najib frequent gesturing that Malaysia always follow the rule of law and that THE LAW IS THE LAW. Yes they are perfectly correct when these laws can only apply to those who oppose them, bearing in mind that it is not to oppose them just for the sake of opposing but opposing to all their wrong doings and corrupt ways of running the country.

umno is showing and telling us that they are above the law and they can do no wrong. Even the rakyat sees that it is wrong to mob a disabled Member of Parliament but to umno it is their right because they are provoked.

hishammuddin gave his full backing, for the selangor umno youth mob action in the parliamentary precincts against Karpal and other Pakatan Rakyat MPs on Thursday and tan sri muhammad muhammad taib, who is also umno information chief supported the selangor umno youth mob action allegedly on the ground that umno Youth had acted out of frustration after being “provoked and unfairly accused”.

umno is telling us that they can provoke whoever they like and no action can be taken against them but whoever provoke them they are allow to take the law into their own hands.

The police up till this posting has yet to take any action while more umno branches are singing the same tune of their leaders in support of this barbaric action.

Fellow Malaysians do you think our future are in good hands with this kind of action by umno leaders. We can brag about it, spit, curse and swear but there is nothing that we can do right now except to show our disgust come the 13th GE. Our votes can send them to kingdom come. Please help to remind your fellow voters that
umno MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE POWER AGAIN IN THE NEXT GE.

Forum - What Is Next For Malaysia ? Update

The chairs inside the hall were for only about 200 people and it was almost full when the forum started. As the forum progresses, more chairs were brought in which was not still enough and the remaining attendees will have to do good by standing. My estimated crowd were 600 to 800 people attending this forum.

These numbers itself shows that people are very aware of the political situation in this country. I can still remember when political forums were held prior to the 12th GE , the crowd at best was between 100 to 150 people. People are not afraid to attend such forum now even though there are police and SB present.

The speakers for the night were:

YB Liew Chin Tong (MP for Bukit Bendera)

YB Chong Eng ( MP for Bukit Mertajam)

YB Sivanesan (Exco Perak)

YB Mujahid Yusof Rawa (MP Parit Buntar / PAS National Unity Bureau Chief)

Special unconfirmed guest speaker who surprises the crowd was the Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.

I am writing with recollections from memory of the event.

One of the main point of this forum is to show support for Perakians on the Perak crisis. Speaker YB Sivanesan, still the legitimate Exco member, spoke on how he was approached by agents from certain party to convince him to cross over to the opposition so that they can gain the majority of State Assemblymen to form the state government. On the first attempt, he was offered 5 million ringgit plus other perks and this amount was raised to 10 million ringgit on their second attempt. He went on explaining the progress and status for the past 10 months of Pakatan Rakyat rule. He ended with the call to Penangnites to give support in wresting back the state through legal means or new state election.

The other speakers also stressed on the immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab of the Perak State and show their support to YB Sivanesan and Nizar as the Mentri Bersar Of Perak.

YB Chong Eng is optimistic that a better Malaysia awaits us. We are now facing the cold and dark winter and soon spring will arrive. She pointed out that with new technology and the internet, people are now well informed of the truth of what is happening around the country and bn could no longer depend on their controlled mass media to report only on what they want the people to read. The call for Pakatan Rakyat to gain control of the federal government in the next GE received big applause from the crowd.

YB Mujahid Yusof Rawa, I just love this PAS man. His articulate speech combine with his humor is well received by the crowd. He pointed out that the country cannot change, its the people that can make the change. He uses Barrack Obama as an example, how he won his presidency through change. He goes on to explain that PAS is an Islamic party and its principle and how bn is trying to portrait it as extremist and terrorist just to frighten the people. PAS do not differentiate among the races as all races are the same form of human kind. PAS is for all. He was interrupted half way through his speech by the arrival of the Chief Minister. He stresses that the tie among DAP, PAS and PKR are strong and intact. Although there may be some differences, they are open, transparent and sincere in resolving these issues.

The Chief Minister, as usual, with his oracle skill, mixing different languages and hokkien, never fail to enlighten the crowd. He spoke about the Perak crisis and how umno try to accuse Pakatan Rakyat of treason. Pakatan Rakyat he explained, is not challenging the Sultan but the immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab of the Perak State by umno. He reminded the crowd that umno had forgotten what they did in Perlis and Trengganu when the Sultans objected to the pm choice of MB. What umno did were then not treason, by holding demonstrations and banners insulting the Sultan.
The CM continue with his progress report on Penang which he is now governing.

I was away for a puff of the cancer stick when YB Liew Chin Tong make his speech.

Due to time constrain the Q & A was cut short with only two questions.

Umno Youth Mob Squad, Mobbed Disabled MP

A group from Selangor Umno Youth, led by its Serdang chief Ungku Mat Salleh, attempted to stop DAP veteran leader Karpal Singh from entering the Parliament building today to demand that he apologise for saying yesterday that Umno Youth was responsible for sending bullets in the mail to him recently. (source The Malaysian Insider)

DAP chairperson Karpal Singh was mobbed by a crowd of angry Umno Youth members at the Parliament lobby, wanting him to apologise for his remarks and accusation made against the movement yesterday. He called them 'Pemuda Umno celaka'(Damn Umno Youth). (source Khoo Kay Peng)

Here again I have to repeat what umno leaders always have to say:

THE LAW IS THE LAW

Can we expect any action to be taken by the police or home minister for umno youth to take the law into their own hands?

Yes, maybe MP Karpal Singh (The King) may have make statement not palatable to umno taste but can the police allow them to take the law into their own hands.

Let me remind the police and umno leaders that THE LAW IS THE LAW and action must be taken against anyone breaking the law without fear or favor.

NO TO THE RESIGNATION OF YB ELIZABETH WONG

All have their say, from the politicians on both divide and the Sultan of Selangor. Many had agreed that the act of publishing one’s life and private rights being made public and subject to public scrutiny is totally wrong and only can come from someone who are desperate in their fight for political survival with help from the ruling party controlled mass media.

The Sultan had this to say:

His Royal Highness is upset and worried as of late the intrusion of someone’s privacy and private rights was being used to destroy one’s dignity and reputation. It is a sad thing as one’s life and private rights were being made public and subject to public scrutiny by publicising in the mass media.

What about the rakyat and what have they got to say? Many had vent their frustration of not being able to do anything to fight this cowardly act by some politicians. The rakyat welfare are always being placed last while the ruling party are planning and scheming their political survival.

If you think that YB Elizabeth Wong has done no wrong and should not resign, please read the following petition and sign it.

NO TO THE RESIGNATION OF YB ELIZABETH WONG

MACC, A Truly Professional Body With Integrity?

Malaysiakini takes on the MACC: MACC chief's power of disclosure is limited.
Malaysia Anti Corruption Commission, (you can call it whatever name you want) will and can never achieve its main aim of fighting corruptions. Why is it so, just read the statement below and what I have to say after that.
Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has urged everyone to accept the decision of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to close 45 cases of political corruption against Umno leaders due to the lack of concrete evidence.

The sources also said that the MACC could not file a complete and strong case because the complainants only submitted a general complaints without evidence to support their case.

Why must Badawi comes out and urged everyone to accept the decision of MACC decisions to close any cases. The reason given by him is lack of concrete evidence while the MACC reasoning is that the MACC could not file a complete and strong case because the complainants only submitted a general complaints without evidence to support their case.

Can you all see how weak Badawi and the MACC are, they simply cannot act against evil umno members without concrete evidence, so how are they going to get the bigger fish?

Do you think that people who are corrupted will leave evidences around for you to catch them? What is the job of the MACC, to sit around waiting for "complaint with evidence" before they can act. This must be the biggest joke from the newly minted MACC. If anyone who make a complaint must come with evidence, then why do we need the MACC for?

The Star headline: “Good start, says Hong Kong’s ICAC”, quoting the deputy commissioner and head of operations of Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Daniel Li for the creation of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officially launched by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi yesterday.

Now we are at par or even better than the Hong Kong ICAC, one must be thinking. Bullocks, we are no where when compared to the ICAC or Singapore CPIB. I took the liberty to run through the Hong Kong ICAC website and reproduce certain quality of their organisation as compared to our MACC.
ICAC History
Hong Kong was in a state of rapid change in the 1960s and 70s. The massive growth in population and fast expansion of the manufacturing industry accelerated the pace of social and economic development. The Government, while maintaining social order and delivering the bare essentials in housing and other services, was unable to meet the insatiable needs of the swelling population. This provided a fertile environment for the unscrupulous. Many people had to take the "backdoor route" simply to earn a living and secure other than basic services. "Tea money", "black money", "hell money" - whatever its name - became not only familiar to many Hong Kong people, but accepted with resignation as a necessary way of life.

Corruption was rampant in the public sector. Ambulance crews would demand tea money before picking up a sick person and firemen would solicit money before turning on the hoses to put out a fire. Even hospital amahs asked for "tips" before giving patients a bedpan or a glass of water. Offering bribes to the right officials was also necessary when applying for public housing, schooling and other public services. Corruption was particularly serious in the Police Force. Corrupt police officers offered protection to vice, gambling and drug activities. Law and order was under threat. Many in the community had fallen victim to corruption. And yet, they swallowed their anger.

"I think the situation calls for an organisation, led by men of high rank and status, which can devote its whole time to the eradication of this evil." Sir Murray told legislators. "A further and conclusive argument is that public confidence is very much involved. Clearly the public would have more confidence in a unit that is entirely independent, and separated from any department of the Government, including the Police."

Many in the community sensed the wind of change at this time. They started to see the Government setting the stage for the birth of an effective anti-corruption regime.

Read the full ICAC history here.

ICAC Mission And Pledges

With the community, the ICAC is committed to fighting corruption through effective law enforcement, education and prevention to help keep Hong Kong fair, just, stable and prosperous.

Code of Ethics

Officers of the ICAC will at all times uphold the good name of the Commission and:

* Adhere to the principles of integrity and fair play
* Respect the rights under the law of all people
* Carry out their duties without fear or favour, prejudice or ill will
* Act always in accordance with the law
* Not take advantage of their authority or position
* Maintain necessary confidentiality
* Accept responsibility for their actions and instructions
* Exercise courtesy and restraint in word and action
* Strive for personal and professional excellence

Performance Standards

We are committed to achieving the following performance standards:

* Respond to a report of corruption within 48 hours.
* Respond to a report which does not involve corruption within two working days.
* Respond to a request for corruption prevention advice within two working days.
* Respond to a request for anti-corruption education services or information within two working days.

Legal Empowerment

Unlike other crimes, corruption always entails a satisfied relationship between two parties and thus is extremely difficult to investigate and prove in court. It is the public that is the victim. The ICAC is therefore given legal powers to investigate and bring the corrupt to book under three specific ordinances:
The Independent Commission Against Corruption Ordinance:

* Establishes the ICAC and prescribes the duties of the ICAC Commissioner.
* Sets the parameters of ICAC investigations, procedures for handling suspects and the disposal of property connected with offences.
* Gives the ICAC the powers of arrest, detention and granting bail, which are fundamental to any law enforcement agency.
* Confers on the ICAC the powers of search and seizure that are consistent with the powers of arrest and detention.
* Permits the ICAC to take a non-intimate sample from a person for forensic analysis.
* Empowers the ICAC to investigate any alleged offence of blackmail committed by a public servant through misuse of office as well as crimes facilitated by or connected with suspected corruption offences.

The Prevention of Bribery Ordinance:

* Specifies the offences of bribery involving civil servants, public bodies and private sector employees.
* Gives the ICAC powers of investigation to unravel and identify transactions and assets concealed in different guises by the corrupt. The powers include:
o Searching bank accounts.
o Holding and examining business and private documents.
o Requiring the suspects to provide details of their assets, income and expenditure.
* Confers on the ICAC the powers to detain travel documents and restrain disposal of property in order to stop the corrupt from attempting to flee Hong Kong or laundering their ill-gotten gains so as to avoid forfeiture by the courts.
* Gives the ICAC the power to protect confidentiality of an investigation.

The Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance:

* Ensures that public elections are conducted fairly, openly and honestly and are free from corrupt and illegal conduct.
* Applies to the elections of the Chief Executive, and members of the Legislative Council, Election Committee Subsector, District Council, Heung Yee Kuk, the Chairman or Vice-chairman or members of the Executive Committee of a Rural Committee and village representatives.

ICAC Checks And Balances

Balancing Forces

The investigative power of the ICAC is structured to ensure there will be no abuse. A robust system of checks and balances has been put in place that includes:

* Chief Executive/Executive Council
The ICAC is directly accountable to the Chief Executive and the ICAC Commissioner reports to the Executive Council on major policy issues.
* Legislative Council
The Council holds the authority of conferring and repealing the powers of the ICAC. The ICAC Commissioner is required to answer to the Council on policy and funding matters.
* Separate Power of Prosecution
After completion of investigations, the power to prosecute is vested with the Secretary for Justice, and the separation of powers ensures that no case is brought to the courts solely on the judgement of the ICAC.
* Independent Judiciary
An independent judiciary ensures that the ICAC does not step out of line. The ICAC is required to seek prior court approval for exercising certain powers, and will carefully consider comments from the court and conduct reviews on operational procedures to avoid misuse of power.
* Media
The ICAC is subject to close public scrutiny through the mass media.
* Advisory Committees
There are four advisory committees comprising prominent citizens appointed by the Chief Executive and chaired by civilian members to oversee the work of the ICAC. More
* ICAC Complaints Committee
The Independent ICAC Complaints Committee monitors and reviews all non-criminal complaints against the ICAC or its staff. The Committee is chaired by an Executive Councillor and includes members of the Legislative Council and prominent members of the community appointed by the Chief Executive. More
* Internal Monitoring
The ICAC demands a high standard of integrity from its staff. Since its inception, an internal investigation and monitoring unit, L Group, has been established to investigate all allegations of corruption and related offences made against the ICAC staff.

Advisory Committees

There are four advisory committees comprising prominent citizens appointed by the Chief Executive to oversee the work of the ICAC. All four advisory committees are chaired by civilian members.

Read more details here.

Compare yourself by visiting the Hong Kong ICAC Website and our very own MACC Website

The conclusion is that our MACC will only act upon receiving complainer's report with evidence. No evidence, no case? This is truly Malaysia bodoh Boleh style.

My suggestions on how and what the MACC scope of work should be.

PREVENT CORRUPTIONS
"Prevention is better than cure"
MACC must go down to the ground and get dirty to prevent or minimise any kind of corruptions from taking place. Disguise yourself and mix around at areas that are potential for corruptions to take place. Do I need to tell you where to start looking?

Haul in all existing corrupter.
Sniff around, search for evidences, bank accounts, properties and the simplest action is to look at those who are living beyond their means and lifestyle.
You need not wait for "report with evidence" which you can wait till the cow comes home and you will not get one.

Without Fear and Favor.
MACC must act without Fear Or Favor to prove that they are truly a professional body with integrity.

Rakyat Malaysia Won't Tolerate Any Abuse Of Power By The Govt

Govt won't tolerate any abuse of power, says Najib

najib is totally wrong in saying that. He knows very well that his government control by evil umno are abusing their powers to no end. What action did he take, NONE, except for his talk, talk and more talk. He cannot put into action to all his talks.

"If any individual at any organisation is found to have abused his or her powers, we will take appropriate action.

"But proper investigations have to be undertaken first," he said

You see, there is always a caveat to all his talks. "But proper investigations have to be undertaken first" and we all know where and how it will land up, "THE INVESTIGATIONS SHOW THAT THERE IS NO ABUSE OF POWER, CASE CLOSE" but this applies only to evil umno/bn. For others and the oppositions, they are quick to announce that they have sufficient proof to charge the offender.

The abuse of power by evil umno/bn government is so glaring and yet how many cases go to court or rather how many cases are being fully investigated and charged. Your answer is as good as mine.

najib, is pouring millions of ringgit into the recent Kuala Trengganu by-election, the grabbing of Perak State Government, by not appealing against the acquittal of Razak but adamant to see RPK goes back to detention under the ISA not an abuse of power? There are many more cases of abuse of power out there but do we have hope that you will sincerely and with honesty launch full scale investigations into them?

najib, please look in the mirror and ask yourself this question, "who in the government are abusing their power with impunity?"

Is it yourself, the judiciary, the newly minted macc, the pdrm, the ministers ( especially the home minister ) or the oppositions.

najib, let me tell you this,

IT IS THE RAKYAT THAT WON'T TOLERATE ANY ABUSE OF POWER BY YOU AND YOUR EVIL UMNO/BN GOVERNMENT

So will you start to take action by investigating yourself and any of your ministers and evil umno/bn members? What actions are you going to take on the murders of Kunan and Altantuya?

If you cannot, than please stop all the rhetoric statements to show how good you are going to be as the next pm.

From Malaysiakini To London For Advise umno Boleh

Malaysiakini reported that a senior constitutional lawyer left KL yesterday for London to engage the services of a QC on behalf of Umno to advise the party on a host of questions that is roiling debate in the country.

umno is running back to it's MASTER for guidance while back home they are asking the rakyat to dump their colonial mindset, buy British last, the West are evil and a host of nasty bad influences that they bring to this lovely country.

umno is feeling the heat that they themselves generated by the immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab of the Perak State orchestrated by Najib.

The rakyat is now telling umno that "THE LAW IS THE LAW", which is the famous statement by umno leaders when they detain you under the ISA, charge you for lighting candles, arrest you for voicing out their wrong doings and anything that they do not like the rakyat to know.

Many legal experts had voiced their opinion that, what umno did by grabbing power from the legitimate elected government of Perak is immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional.

They are now sandwiched between their famous "THE LAW IS THE LAW" argument and their own creation of illegal laws.

What's next umno? Please take my advise if you are still human and abide by your "THE LAW IS THE LAW" statement, retreat and call for snap poll to let the voters decide who they want as their State Government.

Rakyat Malaysiakini , Be Afraid, Be Very Very Afraid

Malaysiakini on the political impasse...Karpal takes MACC chief to task and Constitutional monarchy revisited.
GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS

The Chinese usher in the Year Of The Ox, believing that a mix of good and bad omen will befall onto this country. Many fortune tellers, astrologists, feng shui masters had their say on what will happen to Malaysia in the year 2009. I will not dealt into details of what their predictions were, you can make a search on Google or just get one of their books to read.

Two weeks from now, Pakatan Rakyat will be celebrating their first anniversary of the 12th GE wins while evil umno/bn will be mourning for their lost.

In general, most humans are intelligent enough to know or are willing to learn from their mistake and take cue not to repeat them and offer sincere apology. Many tend to believe in GOD and pray for his guidance and strength when something really bad happen to them and quickly repent for their sins or when they are about to die.

The famous saying "GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS" comes to mind. I seldom want to talk or debate about GOD or anything related to religious believes. Since the political situation is in such a mess and it involves human fighting against human for something that these humans thought are their birth rights to do so without any respect for the law. Worst still, they have totally forgotten about GOD when they committed all kind of sins to ensure that they get what they want.

What I see from the political happenings now is a clear sign that GOD is planning something for this country. We can see the signs but not what actually is going to happen. The 12th GE tsunami, the fall of five states, two by-elections, the coup d'etat in Perak, the death of an MP, resignation of two state assemblymen and we can expect more bad political encounters.

We need to look into these political messes in detail whether GOD is giving us some signs that danger are lurking in front of us. It is a believe that when something is beyond repair, it has to be totally destroyed, then rebuild with added improve structures to withstand any future disaster.

Is Malaysia going to be destroyed due to political impasse and rebuild again by a new set of leaders with integrity and honesty?

For those leaders who are great believer and fearful of GOD, please repent and stop whatever you all are trying to do. The signs from GOD are very clear and should you all continue not to heed GOD signs, the destruction of this country will be inevitable. Think again, do you want this country to be destroyed, which will destroy you all as well, just because of power and money. Walk the right path now, save this country from destruction while you can and GOD will reward you more than what you are achieving now.

MAY GOD SAVE THIS COUNTRY

Stop Hiding Behind The Sultan - Follow The Rule Of Law - Malaysiakini

Malaysiakini has this report : "Karpal gets bullets in the mail" We will see how the police will act on it.
The Law Is The Law

You keep hearing the leaders of this country, preaching like they know the law better. When they detained you under the ISA, they never failed to tell you that "The Law Is The Law". The same saying apply when they arrest and charged you for demonstration, rallies or whatever you do that is not appealing to them.

Why then they cannot follow the rule of law to debate on the Perak crisis? Is it that they know that they are not following "The Law Is The Law" concept which they keep on telling us?

Why must they keep hiding behind the Sultan and issue statements that are causing uneasiness among the rakyat.

If umno/bn feels that they are not acting against the rule of law by taking over the Perak government, then, by all means fight them out in court and stop using the Sultan as shield.

It is my hope and wish that the Sultan will have the wisdom to come out and stop all these nonsense created by evil umno before chaos reign in Perak or maybe throughout the country.

YB Lim Kit Siang has this to say in his blog:

UMNO leaders, particularly, the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and the UMNO Youth leader, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein should co-operate with Pakatan Rakyat to keep the palace above the political crisis in Perak as the issue in contention is not about the institution of constitutional monarchy but the popular will of the voters.

Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah has rightly pointed out in his blog about the real nature of the constitutional crisis in Perak – it is not about the status of the Rulers like the 1993 constitutional crisis “which arose from an ugly confrontation between Umno and the Rulers over a question that had direct and profound implications on their sovereignty and that of the Yang Dipertuan Agong” but about the legitimacy of the process by which a new state government has been formed in Perak.

This is why Abdullah and other UMNO leaders created consternation yesterday when they sought to present the Perak political and constitutional crisis as a crisis of the system of constitutional monarchy using the language of “disrespect the Sultan” and even “treason” when it is solely and strictly about whether UMNO should be allowed to orchestrate an immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab in Perak.
Full text here.

As I have always said, evil umno/bn could not care less about the rakyat. If they have to create chaos to get what they want, they will not hesitate to do so. Evil they may be, but GOD will have the final say when the time is right.

Malaysiakini Rakyat Can Go And Die, Who Cares

More "They Can - You Cannot" added for your reading pleasure. Enjoy.

umno one and only principle

"We can do what we like unto you but we will not tolerate anyone doing the same unto us."

Malaysiakini has this report:
PM: They've disrespected sultan's decision

The PM must had forgotten what he and his goons had done towards the royalties and King in the past. Did I describe their one and only principle rightly or am I wrong?

They can be arrogant - You cannot

They can tell lies - You cannot

They are leaders with no integrity - You cannot

They can demonstrate - You cannot

They can make racist remarks - You cannot

They can call for their kris to flow with Chinese blood - You cannot

They can disobey the royalties - You cannot

They can call the royalties all kind of names - You cannot

They can grab power by any means - You cannot

They can arrest and detain you under the ISA - You cannot

Their news media can spin and tell lies - You cannot

They can shout about ketuanan melayu - You cannot

They can act on their religious believe - You cannot

They can use the English word Allah - You cannot

They can be immoral - You cannot

They can be corrupted - You cannot

They can say 1 plus 1 equals 4 - You cannot

They can simply do anything they like - You cannot

So once again, what is their principle:

"We can do what we like unto you but we will not tolerate anyone doing the same unto us."

They are not worried about the economy meltdown, the welfare of the rakyat does not concern them as long as they can keep on grabbing more powers through legal or illegal means. Let us wait and see what they are going to do about the Perak crisis.

Eli Wong, I Stand By You For Whatever Your Final Decision May Be

Malaysiakini reports:Nude photos: Wong offers to quit.
It's a hard decision, you are not wrong in any way in the eyes of the public but the evil force is working overtime to see that you fall.

Whatever is your final decision, you know very well that your supporters will always stand by you. Stay strong and stand tall, together we will fight this evil force who are adamant to destroy Pakatan Rakyat by all dubious means.

We are all ready to fight another day, they can have the power, the money and the police force behind them but we will continue to march forward till we reach Putra Jaya.

Leaders of Pakatan Rakyat, time for you all to work closely and patch any holes or cracks to stop the evil force from exploiting them. You need to flush out any traitors within and get ready for the hard battles.

Malaysiakini detail reports:At an emotionally-charged press conference, a teary-eyed Elizabeth Wong offers to resign from her state cabinet post and state assembly seat..

Malaysiakini King Blogger RPK Writes His Own Obituary

Malaysiakini is reporting on umno arrogant and despicable actions. Sinking to new lows in politicking
To prove that they are in power, lots of money to buy anything that they want and to vent their anger and hate, they are going to send someone back to jail under the ISA.

No matter how many times umno/bn say they want to change its not going to happen given the daily news of their arrogant and despicable actions. They are just too comfortable with what they have now and what they will continue to gain by sidelining the rakyat off their full rights.

Anyone who dares to challenge them, be it the Raja or Altantuya will face their wrath.

Raja Petra has cause must much discomfort to their dislike and exposing them bare for all to see.

Tomorrow, Raja Petra will be in court to face their wrath.

This is what he wrote in his Malaysia Today column:

On 7 November 2008, the Shah Alam High Court ordered my release from detention. The government has appealed this decision although it did not see the need to appeal the decision of the Shah Alam High Court acquitting Abdul Razak Baginda of the charge of murder without his defence being called....

Anyway, I know for a fact that it was not Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi who ordered my detention. He was not even aware I had been detained. The order came from Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and since I am bent on making sure he never becomes Prime Minister on 1 April 2009 I really do not blame him for wanting to get me out of the way.

My friends and family want me to leave the country and to seek political asylum in another country. They feel I can still continue with the struggle in a foreign land. But I am against that as much as my wife pleads that I consider this. I am no quitter and I do not run. I shall stay and fight till the very end even if that is the last thing I do.

If I have to lose my freedom so be it. That is the price we pay for opposing the powers-that-be. But I shall not go quietly or make any deals to secure my release with those who walk in the corridors of power....

I shall refuse all medical treatment and visits to the hospital. I shall refuse to accept any food and water supplied by the Kamunting authorities. I shall refuse to leave my cell or to meet any of the prison authorities. In short, I shall shut myself out from the world and keep to my own world of my eight feet square cell.

This action will mean I shall survive at the most seven to eight days. By the end of that period I shall be dead. I am prepared for that. They plan to imprison my body for the rest of my life. But I shall release my spirit from my body and will again be free. They can keep my body and they can do whatever they want with it. But they will never be able to keep my spirit. I shall separate my spirit from my body and deny them the pleasure of incarcerating me.

Malaysiakini X-MB Toyo To Quite Politics

Mlaysiakini headlines : "She must quit, says Khir Toyo Selangor opposition leader Dr Mohd Khir Toyo has urged a state executive councillor to resign following the circulation of her nude photographs."

Why she must quite, it's because she sleep naked. Sound strange, not to the pea size brain of x-mb toyo. According to this toyo, you cannot be naked anywhere anytime while you are still a politician, especially when you are an elected representatives.

The public now need not have to pray hard for their MP or Adun to die before a by-election is call, in order to receive huge funds and development. They just need to snap a naked photo of the politician they do not like, bingo, this politician must resign paving the way for a by-election.

So, in order to ensure that their naked photos are not taken, they must be fully dressed when they want to do the following things.

Sleep - For this action, there is no problem

But for these actions, maybe the pea sized toyo can advise us how to go about doing them.

Bathing Urinating Excreting Making Love (legally)

This is to say that x-mb toyo will have to quite politics, once someone show a naked photo of him in any of the above action that he takes.

FAIR DEAL TOYO ?

Raja Petra Speaks His Mind To All Rakyat Malaysiakini

In my earlier posting Raja Petra Wants PR Senior Leader Heads To Roll, I mentioned this:

I am sure he will respond to the star report and provide his thoughts in Malaysia Today's blog after he is done with attending the court cases he is having now.

This is his response in his No Holds Barred column today:

So, while it is well and fine that Karpal wants Anwar to resign, I was of the opinion that if resignations were in order then all the top leaders of the three parties must resign. The press reported that I said all three top leaders must resign -- Anwar, Lim Kit Siang and Hadi Awang -- which is not what I said. In fact, when the press asked me whether I meant the three top leaders, I replied, “Not three. Why three? It may even be 30. All those responsible for the decision that resulted in what happened in Perak are equally responsible.”

For the full text please visit Malaysia Today here.

The press will always try their best to distort whatever statement given by those who are against the present ruling government. Will they ever learn? NO is the right answer and what must we do to teach them to report the truth, nothing but the truth?

BOYCOTT THEM IN TOTAL

Although Malaysiakini is leaning towards the ruling regime, at least Malaysiakini reports are more truthful

Right Or Wrong, Perak Sultan Must Speak Out For The Good Of Malaysiakini

Letters to Malaysiakini 'Sultan's powers being questioned, not sultan, so what is umno crying about?
From what I see, things are getting out of hand after the Perak crisis. Evil umno is going out to destroy this country just to prove that what they did before and now are never wrong. They are using whatever law, after being twisted by them, to ensure they remain in power. They are going out for the kill.

The police are now seen as a political tool to evil umno. A paragraph from Khoo Kay Peng blog Straight Talk speak of it in a better way.

I have said before that the police should not allow themselves to be used as a political tool by the politicians. Unfortunately, in the case of Perak, they have acted in ways which will be hard to justify their independence.

Karpal Singh is now being targeted for wanting to sue the Sultan. Even with all the experts clarifying that it is not wrong for Karpal to take legal action against the Sultan's decision, the police are so adamant to pursue with the false reports by over 80 umno members and mca.

An abstract of what the experts Raja Aziz Addruse & Ding Jo-Ann have to say as reported at www.nst.com.my February 12, 2009

No one exercising his constitutional right of access to the courts should be branded as being disloyal to the rulers or threatened with preventive detention under the Internal Security Act. Was it not the BN government that sought to justify the removal of the personal immunity of the Malay rulers in 1993 on the grounds that no one was above the law?

From what I can gather, the actions by the police and evil umno members are to rein in all those who try to seek justice for what purportedly is the wrong doing of evil umno. They are using the Sultan as their shield and defence to commit all these unjustified actions.

With due respect to the Sultan Of Perak, whether your decision is right or wrong, you must speak out to the people and stop all the nonsense perpetuated by evil umno. There may be claimed that you are being misled, blackmailed or being bought by najib. I, for one would not believe in all these but your decision had spark a lot of rumors when people started to dig out every connections in dealings between the royalties and the public.

Your highness is well respected and highly knowledgeable about laws and the Constitution of the State and country. Evil umno is now trying to use treason and the ISA against anyone who disagree with your decision and those taking legal action against your decision. For the good of the State and the country and before evil umno continue to destroy whatever is left, I plea with your highness to speak out now and advise all parties to restrain from what they are doing. Please advise evil umno and the police the truth, whether the rakyat can take legal actions against your decision or is it "treason" to do so.

Your Highness, before any untoward incident happens, please speak out to your rakyat now.

Malaysiakini UMNO Gone...Gone...Gone....

umno is gone in the eyes of the majority. They are just hanging by the thread due to the enormous wealth that they still have, earning them through sincere hard work or by other means, is for you to guess.

They depend on their so call 3 million members as support to do their dirty jobs as and when commanded by the few holding on to power. I am sure that a majority of the 3 million members are getting tired of their being used by these few powerful leaders to further their own agenda without much benefit to the members.

After the Perak crisis, the people are more aware of what umno is made off, especially the fence sitters. The call for a united front under Pakatan Rakyat is loud and clear, although the umno control media and certain bloggers are trying very hard to cover this up and spread their own lies that PR is breaking up. They are now using statements by RPK, Karpal to stir more spin on PR status. Well, the more they try to spin the more they are getting the rakyat to side with Pakatan Rakyat.

I am reproducing some letters to Malaysiakini by common layman expressing thier views. You can read further news at Malaysiakini.

Micheal: While waiting for the dust to settle in Perak (which is very unlikely in the near future),Pakatan Rakyat has to stay united.

Remember, you are still enjoying the support of the vast majority of the rakyat, never mind if someone fails to see it.

Failure makes one stronger and smarter, always. Let us learn from this hiccup and emerge stronger in future.

This is definitely not the time to blame each other. Pakatan must stay united at this critical time without any fault-finding and finger-pointing.

The event that happened in Perak is unfortunate and is beyond your control. The rakyat still need you for the next election and in the coming years.

We have been waiting for 50 years and don't mind waiting for another few years, really. You should continue to serve the rakyat well.

For a better future of our children, may I plead to all of you in Pakatan Rakyat to remain united.

PR Sympathiser: An elected government by definition means that the party/parties that won the election represent the people of a state.

Irrespective of who appoints the so-called elected government, it defeats the purpose of an election if there are defections.

By principle, this practise should be removed and the electorate is given an opportunity to elect or confirm the defection.

Therefore, in a democracy irrespective of who has the authority to appoint, the people should have the final say. In my opinion, the BN government should give way to Pakatan and let the people decide.

By the same token, Pakatan should not be greedy by grabbing reps from the other party to join them. The reason is that the people did not endorse such a move.

Anyway, this could have been planned by letting someone be the red herring to draw a few others away. In this way the losers are PR.

So be careful in future. Go back to the people though it may be difficult and expensive.

Pacman: Those who say that what BN had done in Perak recently was right must be out of their minds.

Wake up, the 'glory days of the BN are heading for a downfall. BN shall be extinct very soon.

Lin: I am not a BN or Pakatan Rakyat supporter. When PKR wanted to take over the federal government Sept 16, I was disappointed with their strategy as it involveed party-hopping, which is a disgusting act and puts a nail in the coffin for democracy.

BN has been in power for the past 50 years and they should know better to uphold the high moral integrity they claim they have.

I was shocked and truly disappointed that BN is now employing now the tactics of tit for tat and stooping as low to what PKR wanted to do last year.

If an MP has lost faith in his or her party, do resign with dignity and call for elections. There should be a law that even if an MP steps down due to leaving the party, he or she can still contest for the next election either as independent or on another party ticket.

Democracy is not about parties, it's about hearing what the majority wants, and that is through elections.

BN please do set an example and show the people how you are much a moral values party though now I feel like that you are worse then PKR.

PKR talked about taking over government in undemocratic way, but it is BN that did the action. I have lost my faith in BN and now I have lost my trust in them.

The year 2013 will be my first election and I know who I am going to vote for.

Malaysiakini Home Minister Alblur Blur - THE LAW IS THE LAW

Malaysiakini News : Police ban political ceramah in Perak. So they are applying THE LAW IS THE LAW.
Malaysian leaders always like to shout to those who are opposing them that "THE LAW IS THE LAW". This happens each time the rakyat hold peaceful rallies and protest against the government wrong doings. They can interpret and turn any legal statements written or oral as seditious, threats to the security of the country, bla, bla bla, and that the fair home minister will have to act against any law breakers because the LAW IS THE LAW.

The Hindrsf 5 being detained under the ISA is justify just because the fair home minister has no proof but base on unfounded hearsay that they are link to some kind of terrorists and interpret the ISA act in the way that allows him to take actions. The Hindraf 5 are still under the ISA detention.

The cases of Raja Petra, YB Teresa Kok and journalist Tan Hoon Cheng being under the ISA detention for a period of time were justified (no matter how ridiculous the reasons are), said the fair home minister by giving his own interpretation of the ISA act.

These actions have to be taken because THE LAW IS THE LAW, but they did not complete the sentence which I am happy to finish off for them.

THE LAW IS THE LAW AND ONLY APPLY TO THOSE WHO CORRECTLY OR INCORRECTLY OPPOSE EVIL UMNO/BN. THE LAW CAN CLOSE ONE EYE OR AT TIMES BOTH EYES TO ALLOW EVIL UMNO/BN TO DO WHAT THEY LIKE IRRESPECTIVE WHETHER THEY ARE RIGHT OR WRONG.

Prove me wrong, home minister Alblur blur. Will you take any action against evil umno for all the demonstrations, seditious remarks, racist remarks taking place all these while including the Perak crisis and not to forget what they did in Trengganu and Perlis on the appointment of the MBs by the Sultans.???

Raja Petra Wants PR Senior Leaders Heads To Roll

Malaysiakini report daily about Perak Crisis. Malaysiakini reports:Nizar denied entry to state secretariat.
It is understandable that supporters of Pakatan Rakyat were very sore and unhappy to what had happened in Perak. When something bad happen somebody must take the blame and it so happen that RPK chose to blame the three senior opposition leaders. RPK wants to wake up everyone, including umno/bn to the real matters of politics in Malaysia today. I am sure he will respond to the star report and provide his thoughts in Malaysia Today's blog after he is done with attending the court cases he is having now.

Whether he is right or wrong, many are still standing behind the three senior leaders, as per comments at blogs that highlighted his opinion.

The Star
Tuesday February 10, 2009

PORT KLANG: Blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin has called for the resignations of three senior Opposition leaders for the loss of the Perak Pakatan Rakyat government to Barisan Nasional.

Pakatan de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang and PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang should resign and accept collective responsibility for the loss, he said at a Chap Goh Mei celebration at the Kuan Soon temple grounds in Pandamaran here.

When asked whether it was a leadership crisis, he said it was just bad leadership, with bad decisions and the three senior politicians were out of touch with the people on the ground.

“It is time for them to stop the blame game. Move aside and give the position to the younger generation that are more able.”

Malaysia politics are at a very crucial cross road that can lead either to a total chaos or a true two party system. The opposition still needs the experienced leaders to ensure the change that the rakyat wanted becomes a reality. Everyone knows that evil umno will try at anything to stop this from happening including the destruction of this country if necessary.

RPK indicates that PR senior leaders move aside and give the position to the younger generation that are more able. I agree with him on his statement but the time is not right at this moment. If you were to look at all the faces of the younger generation, you can see and fill that they are not ready to just take over the throne. They need time to be groomed and learn how to fend off evil umno/bn dirty plots and strategies at every directions thrown at them.

We cannot expect to win at every battle, we must expect to lose some but still able to stand tall and strong to fight another battle. We must focus on the big war, (while fighting the small battles) that is coming our way in the form of the 13th general election.

Malaysiakini In Mourning Its A Black Tuesday

Malaysiakini is mourning the death of democracy.
This blog support and join Perakians mourning the day Perak lost its democracy.

Tuesday 10th February 2009 Wear Black

Can This Be Justified As Law In Malaysiakini

Malaysiakini reports: 500 gather to back Malay Rulers.
As the crisis in Perak continues, evil umno is trying to deflect their evil doing by staging unlawful demonstrations in support of the Sultan albeit hypocritically. Another, is pointing fingers and accusing Anwar of starting the frog jumping, which means to say that, even if it is illegal, you can say it but we do it, that will turn it legal.

This is a short story, I am not sure whether it is true, but I leave it to the audience to judge for themselves.

In an exclusive sub-urban estate, housing about 30 units of posh bungalows, guarded by 24 hours security with five feet tall perimeter wall surrounding the estate. The owners of these bungalows knew each other and are quite friendly, even though they are from different political divides.

There is still an empty unit unoccupied and it was learnt that a new owner had just bought over and will be moving in on the 8th of March 2008. Truly, come 8th of March, they saw a family of five moving in and the friendly neighbors approach and welcome them. They introduce each other and they learn that this family comprises of a couple with their two sons and a daughter. Many male eyes were zooming in at the daughter, age 21, very beautiful and are told that she is still a virgin.

After their welcome visit ended, the neighbors walk back to their own home. Along the way, two men, one living just right across this new neighbor (we call him Mr. A), the other down the road ( we call him Mr. B) started to talk about this beautiful daughter. As many say, man will be always man when comes to beautiful girls.

As they converse, suddenly Mr. A scream out that he cannot stand any longer. He stress that he must court the daughter to be his second wife or if he cannot have her, he will rape her. Mr. B was shock and try to cool Mr. A and provide him some advises.

Days pass by and each time when Mr. A meets up with Mr. B, he will keep on saying that he wants to rape the daughter. After a few months, Mr. B feels that he himself cannot control his lust anymore and warn Mr. A not to touch the daughter.

One fine day, on the 5th of Feb 2009, the new neighbor house was crowded with people and they learn that the daughter was raped by Mr. B who was still at the scene, laughing and feel proud of what he had done and even sign a check for 10 million ringgit and threw it at the family face. The police did not catch him and advise the family to make a proper police report and take the case to court.

On the day of the court case, the defender defends himself arguing that he did not start it. It was Mr. A who keep saying that he wants to rape the daughter but could not do it. Mr. A pronouncements make me feel the urge to do it and I am not wrong for raping the daughter, its Mr. A fault.

The court case did not last even one day and the judge gave his statement and set Mr. B free. The judge decisively agree with Mr. B that what he did was not wrong, its because of Mr. A who should not have started talking about raping the daughter.

A few days later, it was learn that Mr. A Mr B was a high profile leader with the ruling party AMNO and the judge was bought over by AMNO as well. Mr. B Mr. A and the new neighbor were from a smaller opposition party who were just trying to live a new life in this posh neighborhood.

The moral of this story is that power and money can go a long way, including reversing the law to suit the situation at that moment of time.

IGP Malaysiakini Tan Sri Musa Hassan, What Is Your Take On This..

More at Malaysiakini on the Perak crisis: Nizar: Up to Karpal to pursue case against sultan .
I have the feeling all along that evil umno plot to take over Perak is the beginning of more destruction on the way. They had planned every step to ensure instability spreading throughout Perak and on to other states under Pakatan Rakyat. They are going all out, without any consideration for the security of this country, to wrest powers from States that are under Pakatan Rakyat rule, by all means.

The MalaysianInsider has this report:
IPOH, Feb 8 – The mercury is set to rise further in Perak tomorrow with plans for Umno Youth to hold a rally supporting the constitutional monarchy, in particular Sultan Azlan Shah, much criticised for his role in the transfer of power in the state.

As of this posting we have not hear any warning given by Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan regarding this evil umno demonstration.

When Pakatan Rakyat plan to have a rally this is what Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan spit from his mouth:

(The Star) - Pakatan Rakyat supporters have been urged not to hold any illegal gatherings or demonstrations in Perak.

Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan advised all those concerned to adhere to the laws.

“Let the due process of law take its course. We will not allow any form of illegal gatherings or demonstrations to be held anywhere in Perak or any part of the country,” he said.

Musa said the police would not hesitate to take stern action against anyone who flouted the law.

“Policemen in Perak have been told to take action against anyone without fear or favour,” he added.

He said the situation in Perak was under control and no untoward incidents had been reported thus far.

“I urge politicians from both parties to advise their supporters to remain calm and to adhere to police advice,” he added.

We are waiting to see whether the great talker Tan Sri Musa Hassan walks his talk.

Rakyat Malaysiakini, Please Show Your Respect To The Sultan

Many are very angry with the Perak Sultan decision not to dissolve the State Assembly. Derogatory remarks on the Sultan are aplenty on the cybersphere.

Rakyat Malaysiakini, please remember, we are fighting the evil force of umno and not the Sultan. We really do not know what transpired between evil umno and the Sultan. For all we know the Sultan may have been misled by evil umno to make the coup d'etat a success.

Please stop blaming the Sultan for his decision and cool down. Let the PR politicians take the matter to court for it to be resolved. And there are laws and constitutions that can guide the Sultan to reverse his decision, if any of the expert can advise the PR politicians how to go about.

We challenge and fight with evil umno and not the Sultan. Please respect our Sultan and Royalties even if they may have done wrong due to certain advises being given by his advisers.

The Royalties are our only hope for the future should evil umno try something funny against the rakyat. Evil umno may win this one but they are not going to keep on winning by using dubious means.

Remain calm and stay on course for the 13th General Election where we will have the opportunity to kick out evil umno.

Rakyat Malaysiakini, The Change Of Federal Government Is Imminent

Malaysiakini, rich in natural resource, vast land, high IQ human resources and with multi-racial compositions should by now be among the world top ten most developed countries. But where do we stand now? What causes our inability to reach the world status of a developed country? The one and only answer is, we the rakyat voted in incompetence, corrupt, dishonest and can talk but not walk government.

51 years of independent, about the same time Korea just started to rebuild after the Korean war and Japan rebuilding after ending of the 2nd world war with two atomic bombs landed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Just compare with these two countries and see how far behind we are. But the government is always in denial and said we cannot compare with them but boasted that we are among the best as compared to Sudan, Zimbabwe, Myanmar, and those other third world countries. We cannot compare with Singapore, as Singapore is just a tiny red dot.

Are we moving forward and looking towards a better future with these same old arrogant umno/bn governing? They keep on saying they will change ever since their disastrous encounter in the 12th general election and we have yet to see any. Instead of looking after the welfare of the country and its rakyat, they are plotting and planning how to overthrow the duly elected government of the five states that fell to the opposition parties. Since this writing they had achieve to stage a coup over Perak state and are plotting and planning for the other remaining states.

The rakyat are at a disadvantage at every front that they encounter. The PDRM, Judiciary, Government Offices including the infamous home ministry are the effective tools under their command. The leaders always never fail to assure the rakyat that they will listen to our grouses and problems. When you tell them your grouses and problems through the normal route, they acted deaf and dumb and when you used the open system to vent your frustrations, they come down hard on you by using the PDRM and Judiciary to clamp down or ISA'ed you.

After their successful coup of taking over Perak, the talk only government lead by najib has this to say;

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has given his guarantee that the non-Malays in Perak will not be neglected under the new Barisan Nasional-led state government.

“I have already told the new Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir that the Barisan government is for all races.

“The party will fight for everybody’s interests,” Najib told reporters after attending the 44th South-East Asia Central Banks Governor’s Conference at Bank Negara Malaysia here yesterday.

What does it proves here. A very clear confession by umno/bn that over the past 51 years, the non malays were neglected and treated unfairly and all the rhetoric during past elections to entice the voters are just merely talks and promises that can be broken. Do you still trust and believe in him that he will guarantee that non malays will not be neglected since he has yet to apologise for protesting with banners screaming that the kris will flow with Chinese blood.

Our concern today is not only about the Chinese and non malays being ill treated but all Malaysians irrespective of their races. We are working towards a Bangsa Malaysia but the umno/bn government are persistence in stopping this progress by using the racial card and religion to divide and rule.

Fellow Malaysians, the call for the CHANGE OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS IMMINENT and we must start drumming for change now and culminate at the 13th General Election.

Actions that umno/bn will never take if you chose to re-elect them to power:

Corruption - Make a search on google "corruptions in Malaysia" and you receive 2,120,000 entries. Take your time and read how serious corruption is in this country. Everyone loves and adore money and will work hard and sweat for it but for umno/bn its easy money so long that they scratch the back of the right person.

Judiciary - Google for "Bad Justice in Malaysia" and you received 6,400,000 entries. Is there fair justice for commoners if you are on the opposite side while those in the ruling umno/bn can somehow escape the law should any of them get caught.

PDRM - Google for "Bad Actions by Malaysian Police" and you received 284,000 entries. Everyone feared to be caught by the Malaysian police even if one has not done anything wrong, why? Many of you must have friends and relatives being caught by the police and put in lock-ups or remand and there are stories behind it. Many dare not speak up because of fear of what the police can do to them again. Have we forgotten the latest death under police custody, Kunan? It seems to have quiet down with no one being charged as of this posting. The police duties are suppose to protect the rakyat, fight crime and being neutral politically, but is this the case?

umno/bn ruling government are very sweet talkers, they can promise you the sky and moon during elections but will renegade most their promises after the elections.

Previously we have no choice but to chose the devil we know rather then the devil we don't know. To many Anwar or PR is also a devil but this time round we know this devil better and we can see their performance in the States that they rule. Devil they may be but on all counts they are the better devil than the umno/bn devil.

If you love and wish to see that this country prosperous, you must make the right choice come the 13th General Election. The known and better devil Pakatan Rakyat can and will lead us to a better and peaceful environment while umno/bn devil cannot and will not want us to be peaceful and will forever bring out the racial card and religion issues while corruptions will be rampant, the judiciary will side with them and the PDRM will always hunt you down for any little things that you say or do against umno/bn.

THE FUTURE OF THIS COUNTRY IS IN YOUR HANDS VOTE OUT UMNO/BN COME THE 13th GENERAL ELECTION.

Spread the words around now and keep on reminding your friends and relatives that the CHANGE OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS IMMINENT.

Rakyat Of Malaysiakini The Difference Between 916 and 205 Is..

Please sign this petition to DYMM the Sultan of Perak. Forward the link to as many people as possible. 2123 is the number I signed. A Plea to Defend the Voice of the People

Many bloggers and comments from Malaysiakini failed to understand the difference between 916 and 204 205. You can see clearly none of the figure is the same. If any of you including najib or his goons see that 916 and 205 are the same, then there is something wrong in their head and need medical attention immediately.

OK, OK, what you are trying to say is all about the jumping frog style by Anwar and the jumping frog style by najib, is it. Well, I had found a nice piece of explanation from my favorite blogger and State Assemblyman/woman Hannah Yeoh to knock into your head in order for you all to see the difference.

I am reproducing her note without permission but I guess she would not mind. You can bookmark and read more at her blog, which I advise all other PR members to do so because I feel she is really doing her job as a state assemblyman/woman and blogging them as well.

A mockery of our democratic institution

To those who argue that the political crisis in Perak now is a taste of Pakatan's own medicine (referring to the Sept 16 takeover plan), they have failed to see the key differences between the two. If you remember what happened when Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim claimed to have the numbers to form the new federal government, he wrote to PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi requesting him to convene an emergency sitting of Parliament. This was rejected by the PM. The next constitutional option is to press for the dissolution of Parliament to make way for fresh new elections. That was also not entertained. Anwar Ibrahim exhausted the constitutional means that were available to him. If Pakatan were to act unconstitutionally and lure defections, then we will be having a new government today. But we didn't and we will not act unconstitutionally. So you can't say that Najib's coup and Pakatan's plan were one and the same.

Some may also say, well what about the earlier defection of Bota assemblyman, Datuk Nasarudin Hashim? Why did Pakatan Rakyat accept him? Why not force his seat to be vacated for a by-election? Let's keep things in perspective here. His defection was that of an opposition lawmaker to a governing lawmaker. His defection did not alter the balance of power in the State Assembly. Pakatan Rakyat remained as government, and BN as opposition. Status quo. Logically and intelligently, anyone can safely assume that Pakatan Rakyat didn't need a defection from BN. Thus, he defected on his own accord and on his own will. There was no need for Pakatan Rakyat to force him to vacate his seat as he did not win the seat on a Pakatan ticket. The Pakatan government really has no standing in forcing him to vacate a seat which wasn't earned by Pakatan in the first place!

I must say that I had great respect for Sultan Azlan Shah. Until yesterday. I wonder how he could possibly consent to the formation of a new BN state government when constitutionally, a government is still in place. And to even approve to a new Menteri Besar when the existing one is still in office? How can any state have 2 heads of government at any one time? There can only be one Menteri Besar of Perak. This is a mockery. The Menteri Besar can only be removed by the State Assembly via a vote of no-confidence or via the dissolution of the assembly. And none of these two constitutional means has been requested by BN. How can anyone claim that Najib and Anwar are one and the same?

Next, the Sultan called for a "unity" government to be formed by BN and the Independents. Let's be clear about this. The Independents are in no way legally bound to represent BN. Well, at least not yet, not till they officially become members of a BN component party. All that the Sultan and Najib has from them is a verbal assurance that "we will be friendly to BN". And just by appearing in a press conference with Najib, it justifies the change of government? What if next week these Independents were to be seen in a press conference with Pakatan? A real "unity" government envisioned by the Sultan should have been an all-inclusive government of Pakatan, BN, and the Independents. Pakatan and BN each have 28 seats, and the Independents 3. Thus, no single party or coalition has a commanding majority. If there is to be a "unity" government, it calls for a new coalition of PR-BN-Ind which is impossible. Thus, what the Sultan has called for is simply a name without substance. What "unity" if it's going to consist of only single-minded representatives - all "friendly to BN"? That's not a "unity" government, it's a BN government. This is a mockery of the intelligence of Malaysians. A beginning of what is to come with this PM-to-be.

Do Not Do It, Kedah, Selangor Or Negri Sembilan Malaysiakini

Malaysiakini latest report: Tear gas fired as mayhem erupts in royal city

Do we need this to happen?

I am calling upon the Aduns of Kedah, Selangor and Negri Sembilan not to do the frog jump. See what is happening in Perak? Is it worth it or are you concern only for power and money?.

Not happy with where you are, just resign or wait for the next General election.

If Hee Yit Foong is human enough, she would have regret what she did by now. A lesson to learn, how an angry and much hate in a person can cause such a messy situation and maybe even spilling of blood.

But all is too late, no turning back of the clock. She and the other frog jumpers will have to live with it throughout their lifetime should any ugly incident were to happen.

To all political parties especially Pakatan Rakyat, chose your candidates wisely for future elections.

To umno/bn, congratulation for the win even though by dubious means and you all will be cursed forever.

Malaysiakini In Crisis And Turmoil All Because Of One Person NAJIB

Malaysiakini is facing the world economy slump and the country leaders is not perturbed but to grab more power in order to maintain his so call credibility to become the next Prime Minister of Malaysia is.

Many are openly having their say as to the way najib orchestrate the taking over of the Perak Government. Even some umno and its component parties members are not to happy with the way the power crazy man is doing.

Tengku Razaleigh has this to say;

"The Constitution and the role of the Ruler in such crises must be respected because defections are not a basis for the formation of a government. Elections are."

He said the Constitution spells out a formal process for the formation of a government and the Ruler is sworn to uphold and protect this constitutional process.

Did the Sultan make the right decision? Everyone respected the Sultan but are we allow to question if a wrong decision is make?

Malaysiakini just reported this:

Karpal: I will sue sultan and new state gov't

DAP chairperson Karpal Singh has informed Perak Sultan Azlan Shah and the new state government that he would take legal action against the two parties if they proceed with the swearing-in of the new BN team at 3.30pm today.

The Sultan is suppose to be among the rakyat and be concerned about the rakyat welfare. There are many having the questionable doubt now whether the Sultan had been misled by najib and gang to agree and let a new state government being formed.

The Sultan must understand that his decision must follow the state constitution and not influenced by politicians. Since I am not familiar with the state constitution, I will not say whether the decision by the Sultan is right or wrong. We will let the law makers deal with the situation.

In the meantime, the people must stay calm even if najib has his way and claim power. We will show him the door at the appropriate time. We just have to tolerate their power and money crazy attitude for a few more years.

umno/bn najib Do Not Have The Actual Majority - Malaysiakini

Malaysiakini reported that umno/bn had the number of seats to form the new Perak Government.

By the latest count according to umno/bn najib, they have 31 state representatives to form the new Perak Government. How can that be.

Remember that the two state seats of Behrang and Changkat Jering had been declared vacant.

These two statements by Perak Speaker and Ngeh must also be taken into consideration by the Sultan when he decides whether to dissolve the state assembly or not and also to take note that he consented to the MB that allows these two seats to fall vacant.

Perak Speaker V Sivakumar is standing by his call that both Jamaluddin Mat Radzi and Osman Jailu are no longer members of the state assembly.

Insisting that the Election Commission (EC) has no jurisdiction to rule out by-elections for the Behrang and Changkat Jering seats, Sivakumar said that he had "absolute power" to decide on matters pertaining to the assembly.

Ngeh said that the Commission did not have the jurisdiction to inquire into the validity of the two resignation letters sent to Perak Legislative Assembly speaker V. Sivakumar on Sunday.

He said that under Article 113 of the Federal Constitution, the Commission was compelled to conduct elections and had no right second-guess the decision of the speaker.

“The law does not allow the Commission to conduct any inquiry, any dissatisfaction must be decided by the court.

If these two seats are vacant, umno/bn has 29 seats against PR 28 seats. najib is so sure that these two seats will not be vacant when he announced forming the new Perak State Government. Assuming that the Sultan agrees with him and let umno/bn rules the state, what happen if PR wins the court case against the EC decision and subsequently won both the seats. Then, PR will have 30 seats against umno/bn 29 seats, so another change of government?

The only solution now and to avoid the ding dong of government changing again later, is for the Sultan to dissolve the state assembly and call for fresh election.

Malaysiakini - umno/bn To Form Perak State Government?

Malaysiakini headlines : Perak gov't collapses - BN claims power

Defection by PR state assemblymen, PKR's Behrang assemblyman Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi and Changkat Jering assemblyman Mohd Osman Mohd Jailu, and DAP Jelapang assemblyman Hee Yit Foong, plus Nasarudin Hashim of Bota who left Umno and joined PKR - has stated his intention to rejoin Umno. With their pledges allegiance to the BN, najib is so proud to announce that umno/bn Perak has secured the majority of state seats to form a new Perak Government.

Although Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin's had seek the dissolution of the Perak state assembly, all indication points to the fact that the Sultan may not agree to the dissolution. Is there still hope for PR while waiting for umno/bn najib to brief the Sultan and form a new Perak Government?

We just have to pray that the Sultan is aware of what is happening in this country, rule by umno/bn for over 51 years. I am sure the Sultan is a very wise man to be able to see through umno/bn and not succumb to their power play.

We hope that the Sultan can hear loud and clear that the voters want a fresh election. The voters want to decide whom they want to be the Perak State Government and not a government that form a simple majority by defection.

The Frogs Jump Confirmed And Perak Fallen

From Malaysiakini Report:

Najib said at his press conference that the Barisan Nasional has the support of the four former Pakatan Perak assemblypersons - three will be "BN-friendly" Independents, while Nasarudin will rejoin Umno.

Najib will meet the Perak Sultan as soon as possible. He said it is up to the sultan to decide on Nizar's request for dissolution of the assembly.

At the same venue, Nasarudin denied the claim that he had been abducted.

What and why these frogs decided to jump, "MONEY & POSITION"? The only thing I can say is the same as what umno/bn said about their man jumping over to PR - Weak and Immoral. So can PR supporters allow to hold a big demonstration as instigated by umno earlier?

Still waiting for the PR MB to announce whether the Sultan has agree to disolve the Perak state assembly.

Who Is Calling Who Weak, Immoral And To Start Demonstration? Malaysikini

Who Is Calling Who Weak, Immoral And Start A Demonstration?

Perak had fallen and umno/bn is trying to form the new state government. PR state assemblymen/women who are defecting are seen as angel by the same goons who called those that defect from umno/bn weak, immoral and planned to stage huge demonstration.

We are hoping now that the Sultan will grant the PR MB an audience and to agree to the dissolution of the state assembly. On the other side umno/bn are preparing to stage a take over bid.

The people of Perak must not forget today the 4th Feb 2009, how umno/bn play their dirty politics with power and money. Should the Sultan grant the dissolution and pave way for new election, Perakians must ensure PR win more seats.

Will update as the news developed.

Blunder And Shock Under Malaysiakini umno/bn Rule

Malaysiakini EC: No by-elections in Perak. I had suspected this answer yesterday. Just think, if the whole situation is reverse, will the EC call for immediate by-elections? I bet you 101% that by-elections will be announced immediately.

This is what umno/bn stood for.
"We can do what we like unto you but we will not tolerate anyone doing the same unto us."

If you are not hit by shit, you can never know how awful the taste and smell of it is like. We the common people are receiving shock after shock, everyday, be it political or economical situations. We are being thrown shit onto our faces.

The political shit of umno/bn, regarding the cross over of Aduns or MPs from one political party to another and we have umno/bn leaders puking out shit from their mouth.

This is the shit from umno/bn leaders when umno Bota assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim cross over to PKR.

By SYLVIA LOOI (The Star)

IPOH: Bota assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim has put his self-interest above that of Umno’s struggles, party president Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said.

Expressing his disappointment over Nasarudin’s decision to defect to PKR, Abdullah described the assemblyman as being “weak.”

“If you are strong, you will face up to all challenges that come your way,” he told reporters on Thursday.

(Bernama) PUTRAJAYA, WED: The Perak Barisan Nasional (BN) should organise a mass movement to demand that Bota assemblyman Datuk Nasaruddin Hashim gives up the seat to enable a by-election as he has chosen to cross over to Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), said Umno Supreme Council (MT) member Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim.

Rais, who is also Foreign Minister, said Nasaruddin won the seat on the BN ticket in the general election and by deserting the coalition, he had betrayed the trust the people had placed in him.

If I were a Perakian, I would start mobilising all the NGOs (non-governmental organisations) and village chiefs now to demand his resignation. The Perak BN should take this step.

(The Star) - MPs and assemblyman should not switch parties because it goes against the mandate given by the people, said several Barisan Nasional leaders.

On Nasarudin’s defection, Ong said: “There must be reasons behind it.”

“But of course that is his choice,” he said, adding that the MCA would continue to stand with the Barisan even during challenging times, especially with the global economic crisis.

Just as surprised by Nasarudin’s decision to move to PKR, Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said the people’s mandate must be respected.

“I do not agree with the act of switching parties, especially during these challenging times. What will happen if people kept switching parties? It will contribute to instability.

When two PKR Aduns, Jamaluddin and Mohd Osman were rumoured to have cross over to umno/bn, they can even spin the shit that are thrown at you.

From MalaysiaInsiders

Abdullah responded in the affirmative when asked if there was any truth to the rumours that two PKR assemblymen in Perak would hop over to Umno soon.

"God willing, that may happen," he told reporters at the launch of the Federal Territories Day festival here this morning.

He added that it showed confidence, even among political rivals, that Umno is a party that fights for their ideals.

From Malaysia Today
However, there have been swirling rumours that Jamaluddin and Mohd Osman, who were charged in a Sessions Court on Aug 25 last year with allegedly receiving bribes over the application for a RM180mil housing project in Sri Iskandar in Perak Tengah, may have decided to defect to Umno in the hopes of getting off the charge.

“Really the question now is whether BN is willing to be seen as corrupt if they are really to accept those who have been charged,” a state PR official told The Malaysian Insider.

But with the stakes high and the prize control of the state government, Umno and BN have indicated they are willing to accept defections from PR parties.

Malaysia Today

“Najib would have appeared unscrupulous if Umno tempted PKR lawmakers to join Umno. But Anwar made that move first and it looks like a tactical failure that has blown up in his face,” an Umno veteran said.

Umno had been accused of negotiating with Pas to form governments in Perak and Selangor in the aftermath of the dismal performance in the 2008 elections but Pas lawmakers refused the alliance.

“What is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. There should be no double standards that say only Barisan Nasional is low enough to get people to defect. Both sides do it,” a Perak Barisan Nasional veteran told The Malaysian Insider.

“It’s politics. Pure and simple,” he said, pointing out both Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional have been engaged in a pyschological battle in Perak by claiming defections from both sides.

Malaysia Today

Umno Youth chief aspirant Khairy Jamaluddin said he is opposed to party-hopping because it is unethical, but he will not support anti-hopping legislation.

They said they want to change and changed they did but from bad to worst. The same old arrogant attitude that no one else is better than them and showing the power that they can do anything they like unto you but will not tolerate anyone doing the same unto them.
