With the world economy crisis and the latest swine flu, it is best not to travel abroad, instead cuti cuti Malaysia is the best option.
This year is Visit Ipoh Year 2009 (my own creation because of so many eventful happenings), make sure your holiday plan include a visit to Ipoh especially on the 7th May 2009 where there is a special event awaiting you.
Thousands of people will be rushing into Ipoh on that eventful day, please get in there early or preferable a day or two earlier to avoid mass congestion.
You may not be safe in other parts of the country but you can never be safer on that day in Ipoh because the government will be sending thousands of police to take care of the people for this special event.
You can expect many police check points at every turn, do not get frustrated, just be patient as the check points are necessitated to ensure your safety and smooth entry into Ipoh. The police are just taking the cue from najib's "People First, Performance Now" actions and that is to ensure you, the people safety is first and to show their performance now to welcome you to Ipoh for this eventful day.
Want to know more about this special event, then, make yourself available in Ipoh on the 7th May 2009 to see the special event first hand. My advise is not to read what the presses may said negatively about this special event. They just want to cover this special event and report them according to their master wishes without you being there to witness the true happening.
