No compassion nor sympathy from MCA’s Datuk Heng Seai Kie telling the family not to bring the case to the Galas by-election campaign.
Police report was lodged against mca for the incident but instead of questioning mca, the police went all out to arrest Teoh Beng Hock's sister, Teoh Lee Lan, and others. It was rumoured that mca lodged police report to have them arrested.
They were arrested because the police had received complaints that the group was engaged in campaigning activities, in contravention of Section 4A (1) of the Election Offences Act.

Said already after PKFZ and TBH issue.... still thought MCA will helping the M'sian Chinese community? They shine like 'angels' but in their 'devils' behind em'. I don't want to complain about MCA anymore, because I already knew MCA is really did not helping M'sian Chinese community. They are NUMERO UNO's slave dogs and UNO is said 'sit', they 'sit'. Now, they are in political dire, they want to do 'underworld' style. Now you all witness already. So, except those MCA's friends and cronies, do you still think they will help you forever? Me think not... Me think MCA is a crow, harping and hitting anyone across their path, to championing M'sian Chinese in the dark way. That's why the many good M'sian Chinese includes my friends are getting to go away and decided not to come back. And that's a fact.
