So what is najib trying to tell us.
"But we cannot just blame one party, because other parties might have caused uneasiness," he added.

Does he mean that we can take the law into our own hands. I can go and steal just because someone had stolen from me.? Can I go and kill just because someone had killed my friend or someone closed to me?

Just because he thought that other parties might have caused uneasiness he can allow utusan to continue the racist reporting which is seditious by law. Can you believe it, the PM of Malaysia who keeps on yelling his 1Malaysia and that "BN should be fair to the people and being fair to all races is required in Islam" allow himself to make such a comment?

A wrong is still a wrong and whoever does it must face the consequences of the law. By trying to protect the wrong doer with silly excuse indicates that najib is not a true leader with integrity and honesty and furthest from his idealism of 1Malaysia.

Report from MalaysianInsider
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 10 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today urged all parties to be moderate when handling racial issues.

He was responding to a question on racist commentaries published by Umno-owned publication Utusan Malaysia.

"Whatever it is, we expect moderation in all matters," said Najib after chairing a Barisan Nasional (BN) council meeting.

"But we cannot just blame one party, because other parties might have caused uneasiness," he added.

The Malay daily last week published a commentary calling the Malays cowards for not responding appropriately to the demands made by the non-Malays.

Yesterday, it continued its attack against the federal opposition Pakatan Rakyat (PR), calling it anti-Malay and anti-Islam.

On comments made by individuals deemed to be insulting Islam, Najib said the matter can be handled with the laws on sedition.

"The sedition law is not only for Islam, but it is also for all religions and ethnic groups," said Najib when asked to comment on remarks critical to Islam made by opposition leaders.

"If anyone is found to be causing racial tension, it can be investigated under the Sedition Act, action can be taken against anybody," he added.
