When such a serious accusation by PI Bala which was presented with precise facts and details, no investigation is required or necessary while Najib snapped “I will not entertain any frivolous statement”, simply a "FRIVOLOUS Statement."? Please read what PI Bala accusations were here and here.

"1Malaysia, People First Performance Now" is as FRIVOLOUS as Bala's statement of accusation against Najib. Our law, judiciary, pdrm, macc are nothing but simply FRIVOLOUS.

Happily sucking the tax payer money throughout the country, including those States under Pakatan Rakyat's rule. When it comes to disbursement of development funds back to the people, all States will receive them except those States under Pakatan Rakyat . How is Najib going to explain his "1Malaysia, People First Performance Now" rhetoric. Is Najib's slogan exclusively reserved for umno/bn States only while States under Pakatan Rakyat are just rogue or FRIVOLOUS States to Najib?

Can we expect those leaders who are now under macc investigations for corruptions follow Najib's snapping that those charges are FRIVOLOUS and telling the macc to leave them alone. What can we expect when the PM of Malaysia set a precedent by ignoring the rule of law, surely all the others will follow likewise.

What a FRIVOLOUS "1Malaysia, People First Performance Now".

We need to fight against such a FRIVOLOUS "1Malaysia" or this country is doomed. Read my earlier posting Pakatan Rakyat 4 Malaysia, Umno/BN 4 "1Malaysia"

I woke up this morning to realize and fully understand why Najib, the President of umno and PM of Malaysia, has to coined such an idiotic slogan "1Malaysia". My mind seems to work better, mainly because of my late night out, not to the sparkling night life entertainment outlets but attending the forum "Perak Crisis: The lessons for Two-Party System in Malaysia" with the main speaker, YB Dato' Nizar Jamaluddin (Menteri Besar Perak) taking the grand stand for nearly two and half hours. My elegant friend Paula had written a very comprehensive posting at her blog. Read what the great man, a potential PM material, had to say in the forum by visiting Paula's blog here.

We love our country, Malaysia, and will fight to the death to defend it. For now we are not at war with any country but we are forced to fight another kind of war within our own country. Everyone knows why the 308 political tsunami happened that swept away umno/bn 50 years of controlling the two third majority in Parliament and losing control of five States. Simply put, they are racist, arrogant, corrupt and thought that the law does not apply to them because they are always above the law.

This war that I am talking about is to fight against the ruling Government who are bend in destroying Malaysia through corruptions, racism and their control over all the institutions to ensure an evil and damaging victory. They hated the word Malaysia since it is starting to fall into the hands of Pakatan Rakyat that they need a new platform to fight this war. By using the public fund of 20 million ringgit, umno/bn, lead by Najib, carved out an idiotic new name for Malaysia, i.e "1Malaysia".

Pakatan Rakyat emerges to fight for all Malaysians and for a Two-Party System in Malaysia and ensured that Malaysia will always remain as Malaysia and not turn into a "1Malaysia" or anything else.

Why can't any party fight on the common and level ground for Malaysia and for all Malaysians but need to coin another name. Are they ashamed of Malaysia or because of all their shameful and unlawful deeds for over 50 years which are now found out by the rakyat and had dirtied the good name of Malaysia.

If umno/bn Najib is sincere in wanting change, he need just to walk his talk and maintain the good name of Malaysia and not by changing it.

Malaysia belongs to all Malaysians and we do not need another "1Malaysia" to fight for us. Parties can change, to 1umno, 1bn or whatever, but Malaysia will always be Malaysia.

Instead of uniting the people under Malaysia, "1Malaysia" is going to disunite the people. The fight will be between Malaysia and "1Malaysia".

Pakatan Rakyat for Malaysia while umno/bn for "1Malaysia".

Do you really love your country call Malaysia, if you do, then, we must continue our support for Pakatan Rakyat and bring back the good old name of Malaysia before it is lost forever.

When the General and Lieutenant start to revolt or having different opinion of their Commander-In-Chief, the war is lost even before it get started.

Up till today, many are still wondering what is "1Malaysia". 20 million ringgit promotions to get the people simply to except it without actually telling or taking real affirmative actions.

My advise to Najib is, stop all these promotions of your "1Malaysia" slogan and use the remaining of whatever is left of the 20 million ringgit (if there is any left) to help the poor.

If Najib cannot get his own ministers, his party owned media to agree to his "1Malaysia" concept, how is he going to ask the people to stay in tune with his concept.

What we can see and hear are only talks of "1Malaysia" this and "1Malaysia" that, but the real actions taken are more spreading of racial hatred among the races.

Two latest incidents that prove Najib's General and Lieutenant are in conflict with the "1Malaysia" slogan were the BTN courses and Utusan report.

Your Ministers are solidly defending the BTN courses which had been shown that it is contrary to the "1Malaysia" concept. Please read my postings on it here and here.

Your party owned media, Utusan, is just doing the opposite of what you preach about the "1Malaysia" slogan. Your complete silence and no action taken on the racist paper means you accept and allow it to go on. This is what your party owned Utusan report:

Bayangkan apa akan berlaku jika orang Melayu bangkit dan bertindak memijak pula gambar atau poster pemimpin-pemimpin Cina di negara ini. Tidak mustahil peristiwa berdarah 13 Mei yang menjadi sejarah hitam negara akan berulang (Utusan Malaysia). Read the complete report obtained through Malaysia Today and its readers comments here.

Before you proceed any further on your "1Malaysia" promotions, get all your General, Lieutenant and media to understand what "1Malaysia" is all about and be in a synchronize position together.

First let me tell you about me lest you cry out loud that I am not affected because of this or that.

I am living in a low cost flat, unemployed for a few years before reaching the retiring age this year. My two daughters who are living with me, the eldest is working and the younger still looking for a job after they had completed their education two years back.

We are now surviving on the income of the eldest daughter, which after all the necessary deduction, the take home pay is less then 2K. The total expenditure for 3 of us, housing load, car loan, insurances and household expences come to an average 3K per month, so I need to use my EFP withdrawal to fill the extra. So at this point there is no saving for my daughters while we can be considered as living around the lower income group.

Who do I blame, the new or the previous State Government. I blame no one but myself for not being able to bring a better life for my children.

After 308 and Pakatan Rakyat took control of the Penang State Government, ( I am from Penang, so what I am writing is about Penang only) Penangnites had become arrogant, stupid to be easily instigated, inconsiderate, clever only in complaining, cannot differentiate right from wrong, good or bad.

As I had mentioned in my earlier posting, PR politicians are as human as you and I. They are not superman, (even superman has its weakness when facing krypton) they do make mistakes, errors but not through the way of corruptions and hidden agendas for personal gains, although there may be a few who might harbor these intention.

There was a report about people throwing shit from their high rise flat and people start blaming the State Government for allowing such a thing to happen. The low cost flat where I live, although they had yet to throw shit, we have to be extra careful when walking at the ground level because, you do not know when objects are going to land on your head. There were already a few cases of broken car wind screens when objects were thrown down. Can we blame the State Government for these kind of actions from a few retards?

When the State Government introduce the "No Plastic Day" there are people who are against it and complain that the State Government are not doing a good job.

Penangnites got angry and blame the State Government when some smart NGOs claimed that free Wifi throughout Penang can cause some kind of long term illness and they are fighting tooth and nail to stop the introduction of free WiFi. There are evidence and proofs that smoke emitting from vehicle exhaust are more health hazard that lead to death but we do not see these people fighting tooth and nail to stop people from using their vehicles.

There are always the good times and bad times. People do not appreciate when the State Government are prudent when using the State funds and create history in 2008 for having surplus over the past years. They do not comprehend the difficulty that the State Government is facing with the Federal Government holding the upper hands. Now the people are blaming the State Government for FDI shrinks.

This is an interesting comment taken from a Malaysiakini readers; by nil: The present DAP state government is still trying to solve problems created by the previous government........some of these problems may not be solvable, so people have to live with them..... so don't blame anyone but the previous administration...

Up to this point what I see about the New Penang State Government is that they are doing more good things for Penang over a few poor decisions or maybe none at all.

My fellow blogger romerz has started writing on what the Penang State Government are doing for the betterment of the State and its people. Please drop by at his blog for a good read.

My next write up will be on the argument of "Hill Development In Penang". Stay tune.
