SIGN PETITION: JUSTICE FOR TEOH BENG HOCK
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Najib, Are You Serious In Seeking Justice For Teoh Beng Hock?? I guess not, why? You decided and I am sure it is not the cabinet decision to seek the truth via an inquest in order to save your own skin. Yes, you may want to swear again that you have nothing to do with Teoh Beng Hock's death which many will agree but you asked the oppositions and the public not to politicise the death but yet again the whole episode is smack with politics and that indirectly involve you as well. While you are liberating this case inside, you allow and condone your members to stage protest (illegally) outside with no police interference but act differently towards the rakyat and the oppositions who just want to find justice for Teoh Beng Hock.

You know that the public confidence with all the institutions under your control is negative and yet you want an inquest instead of the RCI. There are many unanswered questions regarding the death of Teoh Beng Hock and the manner your police and MACC investigate the case. I understand that the police and special branch are among the best in the world and yet they cannot solve this case after more than 7 days. There are only 3 scenarios, he committed suicide willingly, he is push out of the window while alive or he is thrown down after he is dead.

The way your police is interrogating the hundreds of people, most have nothing to do with the death or close to the vicinity. Why? Is it that they try to ascertain Teoh Beng Hock's state of mind and to complete the investigation claiming that he committed suicide willingly?

You know, I know and the public knows that Teoh Beng Hock is dead. Whatever outcome of your so call inquest, whether it is the truth or false has to be accepted because Teoh Beng Hock can no longer defense himself.

As long as there is no independent investigation by a neutral party, there can be no justice for Teoh Beng Hock.

In conclusion, what I see is that you already have the verdict but you are playing with the public sentiment by calling for the RCI to look into the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) investigative procedures and to determine if there were any human right violations and an inquest into Teoh Beng Hock's death just to show that you are a concern PM and listen to the rakyat's call.

You want to be a hero in this case and to push your popularity back on track by your promised to personally inform the family about the findings of the investigation. So, what is your verdict? Are you going to tell the family that he committed suicide, accidentally fell through the window or that it is homicide by unknown assailants and classified the case as manslaughter but not murder.

I would like to tell, if you do not know (but if you do not know than you must be a dumb PM) that the public have no confidence or have any faith in your institutions, be it the MACC, the PDRM or Judiciary to act impartially, with honesty and integrity.
