Bernama:
The government has set up a high-powered task force, headed by chief secretary to the government Mohd Sidek Hassan, to study the 2008 Auditor-General’s report and initiate appropriate action against those responsible for financial irregularities and abuse of power mentioned in the report.

Another Task Force to look into another Task Force findings. Will there be another, another Task Force to look into the second Task Force?

Things are really getting out of hand for PM Najib. What is he trying to achieve by creating Task Force after Task Force, any guarantee of catching the culprits.

The following pargraph is abstracted from Din Merican blog posting providing his ideas on how the Government should act instead of setting up more Task Force:

The government does not need a Task Force to deal with the Auditor-General’s report; what it needs is the political will to take action quickly to deal with the mismanagement of the various ministries by senior civil servants. The Chief Secretary is ultimately responsible for the proper functioning of the civil service. He should, therefore, haul up the Secretary-Generals of ministries identified by the Auditor-General and ask them to explain their excesses and other departures from the General Orders and Treasury regulations. Then the MACC should be called in to deal with those who have flouted the guidelines and procedures, and there should be no cover-ups.

I am sure any PM with integrity and capability will be abled to fight leakages and corruptions within the civil service, since we already have the Auditor-General, Secretary-Generals of ministries, MACC and the police who have the power to handle without setting another Task Force.

After six months into office, the PM is not really interested in fighting corruptions whereby immediate actions can be taken by the MACC on the PKFZ and the 2008 Auditor-General findings but instead trying to prolong the issues by creating Task Force after Task Force and just hoping that all will be swept under the carpet.

The integrity and capability of the PM is now put into question, not forgetting that he had carried a load of baggages into his premiership.

Should we not create a Task Force to look into the PM's integrity, capability, performances and maybe as well as his load of baggages?

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

Before I proceed any further on my feedback suggestions, let us look back on the past 8 feedback suggestions to the KPI Minister.

My first part of feedback suggestions fall in line with Najib's "1Malaysia" and "Performance Now" rhetoric. Leaders must always take the lead to fulfill whatever dream that they are dreaming before imposing them onto others. This is even more important for the leader who claimed that the idea of "1Malaysia People First Performance Now" is his.

Did we really see the leaders put their talks into actions among themselves first, other than introducing more 1's such as 1toilet, 1camp, 1MalaysiaF1 and we expect more of these 1's to crop up.

In order for any good idea to be successful when put into action, the one who proposes such idea, together with his team, must start the action among themselves first.

After six months of extensive promotion and millions of ringgit that had poured into Najib's "1Malaysia People First Performance Now" slogan, we have yet to see the true "1Malaysia" spirit and real "Performance Now" from any of his ministry and the civil service. Najib and gang still think that they own the country and they can continue to do as they please and some actions taken are so deplorable and worst than before.

They have yet to look into how to implement their "1Malaysia People First Performance Now" slogan.

Since they requested for feedback suggestions, I took the liberty to provide them the first part which are the critical ones that they must act upon in order to show that their "Performance Now" slogan can really works.

#1 Let Pakatan Rakyat Takes Over The Federal Government
This is off the calve suggestion and the reason I suggested it is because what Najib had implemented so far are mostly copying from PR earlier proposals should they take over the Federal Government.

#2 A Fixed Date For General Election
How can we expect the EC to perform fairly when they are still under umno's command.

#3 The Prime Minister Be Elected By All Malaysian Voters
"1Malaysia" means all the citizens of Malaysia. How to claim that "1Malaysia" stand for all Malaysians when the PM of Malaysia is voted in by only 1 particular group of umno's members.

#4 Repeal The Press And Printing Act
"Performance Now" means the truth must be told and not by hiding or spinning through the controlled media.

#5 Open The Feedback Suggestions In Detail To The Public
We need to know what the public feedback and suggestions are.

#6 Overhaul The Judiciary
Do I need to say more about this.

#7 MACC To Be Independent And Perform Without Fear Or Favor
The recent attacks on PR controlled States for suspected small sum of bribery leading to the death of Teoh Beng Hock while the umno warlords are left untouched indicates that Najib's "Performance Now" means nothing but just hot air.

#8 Implement The Independent Commission On Police Misconduct And Complaints (IPCMC)
The PDRM is suppose to protect the people but instead is used as umno's tool to mount rampaged against the Perak State Assemblymen. So can you blame the people for not believing in Najib's "Performance Now" rhetoric.

My second part of feedback suggestions will be in line with people and unity.

This is how Najib's "1Malaysia People First Performance Now" cheapskate slogan means.

The Perak State Assemblymen being rampaged by PDRM

Malaysians, do you want to believe in the sincerity of Najib's call for "People First Performance Now". Just see how his PDRM went beyond their duty to hassle State Assemblymen from performing their duty. The PDRM have no jurisdiction at all over the State Assembly and why are they there to do the dirty job for umno Najib.

See this YouTube video and think twice before you vote for umno/bn again.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

This is what the Royal Malaysian Police Force website stated:
The Royal Malaysian Police Force is dedicated to enhance public safety and reducing the fear and the incidence of crime in the country.

and from Laman Web Rasmi Polis Diraja Malaysia on their vision and mission:

Visi:
AGENSI PENGUATKUASA UTAMA YANG BERINTEGRITI, KOMPETEN DAN KOMITED UNTUK BERKERJA DENGAN MASYARAKAT

MISI:
PASUKAN POLIS DIRAJA MALAYSIA KOMITED UNTUK BERKIDKMAT DAN MELINDUNGI NEGARA DAN BEKERJASAMA DENGAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MENGEKALKAN UNDANG-UNDANG DAN KETENTERAMAN AWAM

The PDRM has it's own motto, code of conduct and their vision and mission to accomplish. Are they really performing their duties with commitment and integrity as what they subscribed on the above as highlighted on their beautifully designed websites.

What we see live everyday of their performances are just the opposite of what they prescribed on their web portal. They are more beholden to political parties that are holding federal power and to act upon their instructions. Peaceful rallies were attacked with tear gas, chemically laced water cannon, beaten up and arrested if these rallies were organised by another one or party other than umno/bn. Involving in State Assembly on the behest of their political master, which they have no right to.

There are so many to write of their bias actions, not to mention the high crime rate which they see is not that important other than to serve the political master. Below are written records of how the PDRM perform.

Poll from KDN website

Police brutality (source: Wikipedia)
Peaceful Protests Against Fuel Prices

There were continued reports of excessive use of force by police officers during peaceful demonstrations. In March and May 2007 police armed with shields violently dispersed a series of peaceful protests in Kuala Lumpur against fuel prices, with batons and water cannon. Several people were reported seriously injured and dozens arrested. All were subsequently released. In early 2009, seven policemen pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to injuring a car park attendant and a teenager at the Brickfields police station in 2008. They were charged with voluntarily causing hurt to the two, at a detective’s office to make them confess to a criminal intimidation case [20].

Ananthan Kugan Death Case

There are still concerns over the effectiveness of safeguards to ensure the safety and the well being of detainees in police custody. At least five people, including one woman, died in custody during 2007. More recently, a 22 year-old Indian youth, A. Kugan, died on January 20, 2009 while in police custody after he was detained for interrogation at the Subang USJ Taipan police station for allegedly being involved in a car theft syndicate. Statements made by the police on the cause of death (which they claim was due to an asthma attack from the findings of a post-mortem, however, this has been refuted by the family of the deceased) were inconsistent with the physical injuries visible on the body of the deceased. The Attorney-General’s Chambers have classified the case as murder and 11 policemen from the Subang USJ Taipan police station have been reassigned to desk duty pending investigations. A second post-mortem was conducted revealed that the 22-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest following the injuries on his body that was caused by blunt force trauma.

My feedback and suggestion #8 to our KPI minister:

The PDRM needs to be revamped and implement the Independent Commission on Police Misconduct And Complaints (IPCMC) without any further delay.

The Government Has To Answer RPK's Claim That His Son Is Being Beaten In Prison

1Malaysia is now world famous for torturing illegal immigrants, witnesses and criminal suspects leading even to some deaths under custody.

Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK) is claiming that his son is being beaten daily to force him to withdraw his not guilty plea and to plead guilty to the various charges he is facing.

RPK wrote that he also knew that his son is being subjected to these daily beatings to force him to withdraw his not guilty plea and instead plead guilty because there is no evidence against him and the charges are merely trumped-up charges.

We know that the umno controlled government is very powerful and treated RPK as a criminal on the run and will treat his claim as nonsense, but still an investigation must be carried out to verify the truth.

A comment posted on Malaysia Today's blog justified the need for the truth.

written by clarity, October 27, 2009 16:30:19
We want the government to deny rhis allegation by putting RPK's son on TV and allow the independent media and human rights group to speak to his son. This is the only way to get at the truth. If the govt is innocent then I don't see why this can't be done. Otherwise , refusal would certainly be admission of guilt.

Reproduce from Malaysia Today.

Raja Petra Kamarudin

No, today, it is not going to be a long cheong hei article. Today, it is going to be short, though not sweet. Today is about how my son is going to be turned into collateral damage.

To those who walk in the corridors of power, I wish to inform you that I know you are beating up my son in the Sungai Buloh Prison. Every day he is being subjected to beatings to force him to withdraw his not guilty plea and to plead guilty to the various charges he is facing.

I also know he is being subjected to these daily beatings to force him to withdraw his not guilty plea and instead plead guilty because there is no evidence against him and the charges are merely trumped-up charges.

Furthermore, I know he is being threatened with six additional charges to the ones he is already facing and he is being beaten up to force him to plead guilty to these charges as well.

My son has informed me he can no longer stand these daily beatings and he wants to plead guilty to the charges. I have advised him to do so although we both realise that this means he will be spending at least ten years or so in jail.

My son is aware he is being subjected to this torture to induce me to surface and he is prepared to plead guilty and spend ten years in jail if that means it will save me from the powers-that-be.

Today, Barisan Nasional is in power so it has the power of life and death over its citizens. Well, who knows, one day Barisan Nasional might be kicked out and Malaysia will see a new government.

Those behind the effort of torturing my son with these daily beatings had better hope that Barisan Nasional stays on as the government for a long, long time to come. If not, and if Barisan Nasional falls, then rest assured it will be retribution time and all those people who are using my son to get to me will be made to pay for it.

And, please, this is not a threat. This is a promise. And that is all I wish to say about the matter.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

Do we still need the MACC?

From Corruptions-->Money Politics-->Technical Matters

Corruption - The act of corrupting, or state of being corrupt, putrid, or rotten, wickedness, loss of purity or integrity, vitiating influence, more specifically bribery.

I could not find the definition for Money Politic in any dictionary but I am quite sure Dewan Pustaka will come out with one in the next kamus new edition. Until than, corruption is still corruption and when committed is a crime in this country as far as I know, till today. But it looks like those walking in the corridor of power, can and will interpret corruptions in such way as to protect themselves and their ever so obedient lackeys.

So, which term is the government or rather umno/bn is going to interpret the PKFZ fiasco other than corruptions? Will it be private money or corporate money and all these are private technical matters involving PKA and their contractors and consultants only? As long as PKA take action and suspend the contractors and consultants for a period of time, all matters will be resolved. After the suspension period, all parties can than start anew and work together again. Why involve the MACC?

If corruptions within political parties can be allowed to be interpreted in anyway just to rid of the MACC involvement, likewise so can other private entities and within the civil service. Do we still need the MACC?

My Feedback Suggestions #7 to the KPI minister;

The MACC is to fight corruptions and to bring those involved to face justice, any kind of corruptions that involved any party/parties, person/persons whoever they may be.
Allow the MACC to work independently, without fear or favor and stop all political influences. Do not allow the description of corruptions to be torn apart by anyone to suit their needs, especially umno/bn. Get MACC to fight corruptions, big or small, all political parties, private entities and individuals, anywhere, any place within this country.

Asia Sentinel

It's best to be connected to the ruling national coalition

On July 16, according to the testimony of a Thai pathologist, Teoh Beng Hock, a 29-year-old aide to an opposition politician, was probably beaten during a marathon questioning session, sodomized, strangled unconscious, dragged to a window of the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission in Kuala Lumpur and thrown to his death.

The country's law enforcement establishment maintains that Teoh committed suicide by leaping from the MACC building after the inquiry was concluded into irregularities in his boss's accounts. But it is far from the first "suicide" in custody and what happened to Teoh happens all too frequently when the luckless collide with the powerful in Malaysia. His real killers are unlikely ever to be identified. As many as 350 people have died in custody since 1990. The privileged are rarely brought to trial.

The most infamous recent case before Teoh's is that of Altantuya Shaariibuu, a 28 year-old Mongolian translator who was murdered in 2006 by two bodyguards of then-Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak. Altantuya had been jilted by Najib's best friend, Abdul Razak Baginda, and was demanding money from him.

Although numerous witnesses and evidence connected Najib to the affair, he was never questioned or put on the witness stand, nor was his chief of staff, Musa Safri, who Baginda said in a cautioned statement he approached about getting Altantuya from ceasing her harrassment. His two bodyguards were convicted of the murder although one, in his confession, said the two men were to be paid RM100,000 to kill her. The court never asked who would pay the money. The confession wasn't allowed in court. Baginda was acquitted without having to put on a defense and promptly left the country and Najib was eventually named Prime Minister.

Such questionable cases go back to at least the early 1980s when Sultan Mahmud Iskandar of Johor was dubbed the "killer king" by the British tabloids after he shot a trespasser to death on his property. He also reportedly assaulted and killed a golf caddy who was said to have laughed when the sultan missed a golf stroke and he maimed the caddy's brother. He later was alleged to have assaulted and injured a hockey coach, kicking off a constitutional crisis that led to former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad's removal of legal immunity from prosecution for all of Malaysia's nine sultans, although Iskandar was never either arrested or jailed.

There are plenty more. In 1988 an attractive young woman named Mustakizah Jaafar, who owned a video rental business in Malacca, was found hacked to death by unknown assailants. Mustakizah reportedly was pregnant at the time of her death. She was believed to be having an affair with Megat Junid Megat Ayob, the onetime UMNO deputy home affairs minister, who died in January 2008 of cancer.

No one was ever charged with Mutakizah's murder. The widespread gossip about Megat Junid's connection with Mustakizah didn't do his political career any harm. He was ultimately named Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister in 1997 although he lost his parliamentary seat two years later and retired from politics.

In 2002 the decomposed body of Haslezah Ishak, the attractive young second wife of Raja Jaafar Raja Muda Musa, second in line to the throne of Perak, whom he had met in a karaoke lounge, was found under a bridge, clad in a bra and jeans. Four men, including a palace aide, a bomoh or witch doctor, a fisherman and a carpenter were arrested and jailed for the murder. No one was ever arrested or questioned for hiring them to kill her although suspicion fell on the prince's wife, Rajah Mahani, who had been publicly consulting witch doctors over her suspicion that Haslezah had put a spell on her husband.

In 2003, another attractive young woman, Norita Shamsudin, was found murdered in an apartment in a Kuala Lumpur suburb. A night club guest relations officer, Norita had been rumored to be having an affair with Shahidan Kassim, then chief minister of the state of Perlis. Although another individual was arrested and charged with the murder, he was later declared not guilty and no one else was ever charged. According to local news reports, the inspector general of police, Mohd Bakri Omar, classified the case under Malaysia's Official Secrets Act and no details were ever released.

Earlier this year, authorities finally completed an inquest into the 2007 death of beautiful ethnic Indian actress Sujatha Krishnan, who also worked part-time as a secretary to S.Vell Paari, chief executive officer of Maika Holdings and the son of S. Samy Vellu, the head of the Malaysian Indian Congress, a component of the ruling national coalition. Sujatha died in a hospital in a Kuala Lumpur suburb of Klang three days after she had been rushed in for treatment. Her body was cremated almost immediately after her death. The coroner ruled she had died after poisoning herself by drinking poison. The family vainly requested an investigation into her death.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

When your children pass the examinations with flying colors at every semester, do you keep on pestering them to burn the midnight oil or go for more tuition classes? My guess is that you will reward them and will not push them any much further.

When you are healthy, no high blood pressure, no rheumatism, no cancer or any kind of sickness, do you keep on worrying, talk about it or the wanting to visit the doctor? Unless you are a hypochondriac, you will feel happy and enjoy your daily living with no thoughts of ill health inflicting upon you.

When you met with something bad, stricken with illness or failing your examinations, you will talk about it often and seek help. Its just natural for a human being to react to such situation.

Read the report below and use your little grey cells to find a reasoning why such statement was made.

Part of Raja Dr Nazrin Shah speech when opening the Judicial Colloquium on Human Rights as reported by The Malaysian Insider. Full text here.

He said the issues of justice could only be resolved with a fair hearing and impartial and consistent application of the law and it required great boldness.

“People will not always take kindly to decisions; and there will be opposing views, based, I suppose, on where one’s interests lie.

“As a result, we have today quite a number of social and political issues that, for one reason or another, become deadlocked and rendered virtually intractable,” he said.....

He added that the integrity, independence and impartiality of the courts were an absolute must, if they were to discharge their duties faithfully.

For the past few years, you have heard many talks about our judiciary from the Sultan of Perak and Raja Nazrin Shah. A father and son team who advocate for the integrity, independence and impartiality of the courts at every opportunity given, to voice it out, why?

It shows that our judiciary is very sick and it needs help. The father and son team saw it and realises how our judiciary is deviating from being independence and impartial to a monstrosity entity under the thumb of umno.

I know many are going to pounce on me regarding the Sultan and the Perak crisis. All talk and no walk situation. I am not here to argue about the wrong or right about the Perak crisis. The least is that their speeches indicated that something is very wrong with our judiciary, if there is nothing wrong, why do they keep harping on it.

This leads me to my Feedback Suggestions #6 for our KPI minister to ponder:

Overhaul the judiciary, let them be independent and free from political interference. Select the best team base on meritocracy to head the judiciary.

1Malaysia here, 1Malaysia there, 1Malaysia everywhere. 1Malaysia is choking Malaysians to death. 1Malaysia real meaning is 1country 2sytem of laws, 1system if you obey umno's rule of law, no punishment, the other system if you disagree with umno's law, right or wrong you will be punished through harassment, intimidation and double standards judgement from the judiciary, pdrm and macc.

The 2010 budget is a let down and one simple comment from Malaysiakini reader "This budget is useless to the man on the streets. Most of what is decided is only to allow the cronies to again make millions from all those projects. There will never be an end to corruption.".

So what can you say of Najib's "People First Performance Now", it will be more appropriate to put it this way "Cronies First Corruption Now".

I rest my case here and let you be the judge of what does Najib's "1Malaysia, People First Performance Now" means.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

1Malaysia, "People First Performance Now" is still hanging in the air rigidly where the majority of Malaysians find it hard to breathe in. Requesting the public for feedback and ideas just show that Najib, who claimed the slogan 1Malaysia, "People First Performance Now" to be his, is all but an empty slogan. What we can say is "Empty Vessels Make The Most Noise".

We do not mind wasting a little of our time, grow a few more grey hair to help out. But the big question is, are they going to listen and work into details our feedback and ideas. Or is it going to be just a gimmick to get attention and goes the same way as previous calls where it ends up with the government still sticking to its own policy without any consideration from feedback and ideas suggested by the public.

My Feedback Suggestions No:5 to the KPI minister is to outline in details all the feedback and ideas that it received from the public in a transparent way. Do not come out with something on your own and claim that this is what the public wanted. (An example is the call to repeal the ISA, home minister not going to repeal the ISA because he claimed that a majority still wanted the ISA to remain after consulting so and so, and will only make certain amendment to it.)

More to come.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

What better way to promote unity and 1Malaysia other than through the MSM. But can the MSM do their part with the press and printing act hanging over their heads? You cannot have unity by just talking about it or screening multi racial mixing footages by film negara on TV stations or the PM shouting about it when actual actions and the truth are not disseminated at the ground level.

What we read from the MSM, offers different views from different language newspapers to cater for the different races. Political parties owned MSM will have to abide by their political masters order on what to print. While the leader is preaching about unity, the MSM is loosen to champion the causes of their own race. Truth that are harmful to the leaders must not be told or spin it so that the actual truth need not be revealed.

When the truth are suppressed or spin by the MSM to make their political leaders happy, it will make the people feel angry and agitated when they find out from other sources. Even now, the other sources like the internet is going to be tightly controlled.

There are enough laws to reign in those who write or print, slanderous, malicious, false, security threat, hatreds, and seditious statements or articles, why the need to have the press and printing act. The purpose of the press and printing act, from what we see, is to use it against those who published the actual truth about the government misdeeds, opposition parties and matters that the government do not like the public to know about.

My feedback and suggestions #4 to the KPI minister is to repeal the press and printing act and set free the MSM from political parties control and ownership.

Teoh Beng Hock's Death; "80% Homicide, 20% Suicide" Don't Get Too Excited

From day 1 of Teoh Beng Hock's death, there is no shame at all from the relevant authorities to prejudge the cause, signs of cover up and every effort to conclude the death as suicide. The inquest looks set to end with a suicide verdict when some unrelated issues were used, such as, his female housemate, Teoh Beng Hock's financial situation and psychology test to strengthen their case that he might have committed suicide.

Thai expert says Teoh’s death ‘80pc’ homicide

By Debra Chong

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 21 — Thai pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand told the coroner’s court this morning that there was an 80 per cent probability that Teoh Beng Hock’s death was homicide and not suicide, and suggested that some of his injuries were sustained before his fatal fall. Read the full report here.

As long as we are in 1Malaysia or Malaysia Boleh, we cannot jump with joy as yet with pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand findings. The laws of this country, as everyone of us know, can be bend accordingly to what those walking in the corridor of power wanted.

One very clear cut case of cover up and bending the law by the government to protect the real culprit for murder is the Altantuya murder case. Although the murderers who committed the murder were convicted, the government stop pursuing for the motive and to find the person/persons that order the execution of Altantuya.

Almost everyone have come to the conclusion that Teoh Beng Hock was murdered from day 1 and that someone inside the macc had committed the crime. On the other side, the government, macc and the police are convince that Teoh Beng Hock committed suicide.

The people walking in the corridor of power always get what they wanted. If they want Teoh Beng Hock's death to be suicide, they have all the ways and means to ensure that the verdict will be suicide. Pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand findings do not mean anything to them.

Unless there is concrete evidence, like some early birds (may be tourists) who happen to take some video from the surrounding building and caught the act or someone from within the macc that witnessed the crime and come forward to testify, there is nothing much anyone can do to stop the suicide verdict if they wanted it to be that way.

All we can do is hope and pray that GOD can knock some senses into those who walk in the corridor of power.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

Is the PM of Malaysia the people's PM if he is only elected by a race base party? Can he be acting fairly to all Malaysians under his unity and 1Malaysia program when he is beholden by his one race party members?

How can Najib's unity and 1Malaysia works when the PM is elected by only one race that contradicts his prescription that 1Malaysia is equality to all Malaysians?

My feedback suggestion #3 to KPI minister is very simple and straight forward.

Let The Malaysian Voters Vote For The Prime Minister That They Want.

I had place a poll at the top page for your feedback that the KPI minister wanted:

For Unity And 1Malaysia To Function, Should The Prime Minister Of Malaysia Be Elected By All Malaysian Voters

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

KPI Minister, my feedback and suggestions #1 may be hard for you to swallow so I will pose my suggestion #2.

For unity and Najib's dream of 1Malaysia to work efficiently, we must look at all aspect from the Constitution, the ruling government and it's agencies right to the ground, and that is, the rakyat. Today's feedback and suggestions #2 is on the General Election.

The GE is the core network that fully involve the rakyat which in turn will reflect whether the unity among the rakyat is strong and 1Malaysia truly is being accepted.

The people voted their government, once every 5 years and would like to see how the winning party/coalition that they voted in, perform. Although the EC ruling allows the GE to be called at any time within the 5 years and not over, does it show any unity between the rakyat and the ruling government? At the moment, the ruling party can call for a GE at their whim and fancy, that is, whenever the time indicates that they are ready and the country environment and condition are at their advantage.

In order for unity and 1Malaysia to function appropriately, I suggest that a fixed date be introduced by the EC for the GE. Let's take the March 08 2008, 12th GE as an example to fix the 13th and future GE. The 13th GE is due on the 7th March 2013, so can we start by introducing the fix date for polling on the 7th March, every 5 years, that is, 7th March 2013, 7th March 2018, 7th March 2023.....

When we talk of unity and 1Malaysia, we conclude that fairness and equality are put into play as well.

KPI Minister, may I remind you that when you want unity and Najib's dream of a 1Malaysia to work, you must consider every citizen of this country, as Malaysians. You cannot simply ignore any Malaysians that opposed the ruling government and are not willing to incorporate them into the system. Should you leave any opposing Malaysians out of the picture, then your unity and 1Malaysia are just hot air coming out from your asses.

The government is seeking public feedback and ideas on ways to improve national unity and 1Malaysia.

My suggestion #1 is to let Pakatan Rakyat takes over the Federal Government. Umno MPs, including Najib, leaving BN to become independent while supporting PR. I am not far fetch in suggesting this idea.

Najib practically has no idea what is unity and 1Malaysia. Whatever ideas that he proposes are not his but copycat. Read it here.

A person can only implement a project successfully if the idea is his. Someone else who stole his idea may not be able to implement the project smoothly because he does not have a total clear picture of what it is. He will get stuck every step of the way.

Most of Najib's ideas are just carbon copies from Pakatan Rakyat. The ideas are Pakatan Rakyat's and they will be the one who knows how to implement them. So will it not be better for PR to take over the Federal Government and implement them successfully rather then Najib, who has no idea what it is all about when he just copied from others.

So, KPI minister, what say you about my suggestion?
