Who Ordered The Murder Of Altantuya?

COUNTDOWN TO THE CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why is there no more talk about the murder case of Altantuya? Has the government placed a banning order to stop anyone from talking or even mention the name of Mongolian Altantuya? Everyone including the medias are more preoccupied with the Perak crisis and why is that so?

Who gains by prolonging the Perak fiasco, of course najib. He has to sacrifice zambry/umno Perak in order to cover himself from further speculation of his involvement in the Altantuya murder case, the commission from the military hardware purchases, the PKFZ fiasco, Penanti by-election and many other issues. Yes, everyone is putting their heart and souls on the Perak crisis and seems to lose track of his many follies.

What a clever way to divert attention from the many baggages that he is carrying. He knows very well that he has a very slim chance of winning if fresh election is call. Why not allow it to drag on till the next GE whereby he still got about 3 years to plan and plot evil ways to win it back.

Today he came out yet again another stupid statement:

From Malaysian Insider:

Najib also said that he was not in the position to decide on the dissolution of the Perak state assembly and it was the Sultan’s prerogative to do so.

“It should not be for me to decide. It should be for the Sultan to decide. It is the judgment of the Sultan,” he concluded.

If the MB did not seek the Sultan for consent on the dissolution, can the Sultan act on his own to call for the dissolution. Is this what najib trying to say, that the Sultan can dissolve the state assembly anytime he wants without the MB request? Why push it to the Sultan, just tell us truthfully that you do not want to dissolve the state assembly and want to hold on to power even if it is illegal and its a great way to divert attention from your many follies.

Najib Had No Intention To Resolve The Perak Crisis

Malaysians are once again being fooled, lied to and taken as fools by umno/najib. I am laughing as I write this posting. "1Malaysia" "People First, Performance Now" is actually najib's war cry, to destroy the country by creating tension which he hopes will lead to riots and chaos so that he can rule much longer in an emergency situation.

He wants to destroy Malaysia to claim a new "1Malaysia" as his and those "People First" who follow him in this destruction and with the help of the pdrm and judiciary to complete his "Performance Now".

This is his statement just a few days ago:
(Bernama) - Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Barisan Nasional government is willing to cooperate with opposition parties to resolve the political crisis in Perak but that does not mean that it would agree to a coalition government.
Read his full so call wanting to resolve the Perak crisis plus my rebuttal here.

Can you ever believe in this man, one day he wants to cooperate with the opposition parties to resolve the Perak crisis and the next day warning Perakians not to be overexcited on the court ruling that Nizar is the legitimate Mentri Bersar and that he will appeal over the court decision. And as expected the judiciary created a fast tracked appeal for him and the Court of Appeal (single judge Justice Ramly Ali) grants stay to his lap dog, Zambry.

An opportunity for him to take the right path, i.e to dissolve the Perak State Assembly and call for fresh election, when the High Court judge against him, but, instead he choses to continue his politicking and to prolong the Perak crisis.

Many had called for the dissolution of the Perak Assembly including his own men but his stubbornness attitude would not want to listen. He insist that he is right, that umno/bn has the simple majority with the help of three independents. No one is disputing that fact, but the process of claiming stake to hold power is not carried out according to the rules of law and the constitution. It's just that simple.

Let me end by giving you an example of what is wrong with your illegal power grab.

You keep your money with a bank. When you want to withdraw, if you have an atm card, you will need to line up at the atm machine, put in the card, key in the required password before you can withdraw. If you do not have an atm card, you need to fill out a withdrawal form, wait for your turn at the counter and you approach the counter when it is your turn to make the withdrawal.

But for you, you think that just because you have money in the bank, you can simply walk in, grab your money from any counter and walk away without following the bank procedures for withdrawal.

In Perak, just because you think you have the majority, you can walk into the palace, appoint your own MB and grab over the State Government without any consideration of the law and constitution requirements and procedures.

Yesterday He Wants To Resolve The Political Crisis In Perak And Today He Make A U-Turn

Yesterday najib said the Barisan Nasional government is willing to cooperate with opposition parties to resolve the political crisis in Perak and today he is not happy with the court decision declaring that zambry is not the legal Mentri Bersar of Perak. He wants to appeal the Kuala Lumpur High Court decision and warned Perakians not to get overexcited. So he blamed the oppositions for politicking and now he still wants to continue the politicking himself.

Today's court decision is the best solution for him to walk his talk of wanting to resolve the political crisis in Perak and that is to dissolve the State Assembly and call for fresh election. Why appeal when najib's government does not want to appeal against razak baginda's acquittal on the murder case of Altantuya. I suppose grabbing of power is more important than murder or the welfare and safety of Perakians.

Can you really trust this man as your PM? He is no different from all umno/bn leaders who are just good in talking but can never walk the talk. Even before the court decision has cool down, he already sent in several police Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) trucks at the Perak State Secretariat in Ipoh fearing that the Pakatan Rakyat government will take over. With the court decision, Pakatan Rakyat is still the legal government which najib does not want to accept.

Is this najib's way of sincerity, calling for the cooperation with opposition parties to resolve the political crisis in Perak.

Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin Rightful Perak Mentri Besar

KUALA LUMPUR (The Star Online): The High Court here ruled rule on Monday that Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin is the rightful Perak Mentri Besar, and not Barisan Nasional’s Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.

In his ruling, Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim said that a mentri besar can only be dismissed by a vote of no confidence, and he upheld the Stephen Kalong Ningkan ruling.

Malaysiakini: The Kuala Lumpur High Court also orders BN MB Zambry Abdul Kadir and his six executive councillors to vacate their posts with immediate effect.

Najib, Are You A Prime Minister Or A Comedian? You Are Simply Not The PM Material

My comment in bold.

(Bernama) - Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Barisan Nasional government is willing to cooperate with opposition parties to resolve the political crisis in Perak but that does not mean that it would agree to a coalition government.
Now only you want to admit that Perak is in "political crisis" after 3 long months of your politicking. Are you really telling the truth that your umno/bn government is willing to cooperate with opposition parties to resolve the political crisis? Cooperate but no coalition government, then the only solution for the cooperation is to go for a state wide election.

The prime minister said the cooperation should be based on the spirit of mutual respect and adherence to the country's law.
Please tell us, did you, your umno, your judiciary, your pdrm and your macc adhered to the country's law. Please recall all the laws and the constitution that you had broken and make amend first before you start talking about adherence to the country's law.

"Cooperation does not mean forming a coalition government. It doesn't have to be in that form... it can take various other forms but the most important thing is that there should be mutual respect," he told reporters after opening Pekan Umno branch meetings here Sunday.
By calling in your thugs to forcefully dragged the Speaker away and your police go on the arrest rampage, considered as mutual respect.

Najib was commenting on the statement by DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang Saturday that he (Lim) was willing to meet Najib to discuss the Perak political impasse.

Najib stressed that the Perak political crisis could have been avoided if all parties had adhered to the law and respected one another.
There would not be any political crisis in Perak if you did not start your politicking and greed for power. Did your thugs respect the Speaker and the State assembly?

"If we respect the law, and everyone should respect the law, there won't be any crisis and things won't turn into a crisis. But when all are claiming that they are right, then there are bound to be problems," he said.
Did you, your umno, your judiciary, your macc and your pdrm respect the law? The problems arises is because you and your thugs did not respect the law.

Najib said the Barisan government had always kept an open attitude and had given best service to the people.
"We don't want the situation (in Perak) to prolong. We want to serve the people, for everyone in Perak and throughout the country," the prime minister said.

Your only best service is to keep on arresting the innocent, peaceful rakyat, who are only voicing out their frustration because of your stubbornness to prolong the Perak crisis by not calling for a state wide election.

You are just not good enough to be the Prime Minister of this country. "Cakap tak serupa bikin" Just to put in a simple term "You Are Not The PM Material"
