umno force Perak State Assembly to be held under the trees which approves Three Motions with Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin still as Perak MB and Speaker V Sivakumar holding the sitting of the Perak assembly.
On Feb 13th I had make a posting requesting the Sultan of Perak to speak out to the people and stop all the nonsense perpetuated by evil umno. Read the full posting here.
Till date, the Sultan is still not taking any action. Yes the Sultan is suppose to be above politics but the Perak crisis, whether one likes it or not involve the palace.
As the day passes, the crisis is turning uglier and all the rule of laws and democracy just disappeared from this country.
I am very sure the Sultan is being kept informed of the daily happening (hopefully your advisers are giving you the true picture) and now Perak is more or less under police State. Evil umno is yielding all kinds of unlawful actions to stay in this illegal power grab.
I need not give details of what is happening in Perak today as all major online news and blogs have presented the scenario.
My question to you, the honorable Sultan, is whether the actions taken by evil umno is righteous? Do you want to see your ruling State becomes a police state, in chaos or under emergency rule?.
I am begging once again for the honorable Sultan of Perak to come out and speak to the rakyat and do something about it. Please stop the crisis now before it turn disastrous and destroy Perak in total. With your continue silence which to evil umno, means consent to whatever illegal actions they are taking now, i.e to destroy Perak beyond recognition. They talk of change, listening to the people and have the rakyat at heart and yet their actions are way off from their talk.
YOUR HONORABLE SULTAN I BEG ONCE AGAIN PLEASE USE YOUR WISDOM AND DO SOMETHING NOW

umno, after replacing Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin as Perak MB, are going after Speaker V Sivakumar and now lockimg out the state secretariat. Will they win in the Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau by-elections.
This open letter to Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin by Raja Petra must be read and forward to as many people as possible. The rakyat must stand solidly behind the legitimate Perak Government and fight together against the immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab of the Perak State orchestrated by Najib.

Dear Datuk Seri,
I am going to make this short and sweet. No more cheong hei article from me.
They can lock the Perak State Assembly building if they want. The building is not important. If the building is inaccessible -- say like there is a flood or an earthquake brings it down -- does this mean the State Assembly can’t meet?
Of course it can. It can meet anywhere, not necessarily in that particular meeting.
Go find another meeting place, tonight, now itself, and hold the meeting there tomorrow. Pass a vote of confidence to support you as the Menteri Besar. Then pass all the other motions, including the motion to dissolve the Perak State Assembly. Then drive up to Bukit Chandan as soon as possible and inform Tuanku of the State Assembly’s decision.
If Tuanku refuses to comply with what is clearly lawful, then challenge him and, if necessary, trigger a Constitutional Crisis like never before seen in the 52-year history of this nation.
The people are ready. The next ‘revolution’ is not going to be a race riot a la May 13. It is going to be a class struggle. And I am with the Rakyat on this, never mind my so-called Royal background.
I speak as a Royal but speak for the Rakyat. And rest assured there are many other Royals who share my view. Don’t allow a handful of those who sit on the throne intimidate you into thinking that you are alone, representing the Rakyat, against the Monarchy. No, we are with you, as are many other Royals.
Grab the bull by the horns and bring it to its knees. And if this bull wears a crown so be it. The Rakyat have spoken. Don’t back down now. Go all the way or forever lose that advantage. And if you fail to go all the way, the Rakyat will never forgive you and you will lose our support till the end of time.
Daulat Tuanku. Daulat Tuanku. Daulat Tuanku.
Patek yang hina sembah Tuanku dan memohon perkenan agar Tuanku jangan kecewakan Rakyat. Hasrat Rakyat ialah untuk mencari kebenaran dan keadilan. Biarlah ini juga menjadi hasrat Tuanku.
Daulat Tuanku. Daulat Tuanku. Daulat Tuanku.

MP Can Now Take The Dewan Speaker To Court !
umno, after replacing Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin as Perak MB, are going after Speaker V Sivakumar, ignoring the facts that they might lose in the Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau by-elections.
The Perak crisis has created a scene where every single rule of law is thrown into the dustbin. Any actions taken by umno/bn in the Perak crisis will reflect back to the Dewan and other States. Should they win the case by taking the Speaker to court for whatever reason than I am encouraging the MPs to take legal action against the Dewan Speaker for any reason, such as, being bias in his decision, suspension of MPs or even abusing his power.
(The Malaysian Insider) - Lawyers representing Perak mentri besar Datuk Dr Zambry Kadir and his executive council will file for an injunction this afternoon at the High Court in Ipoh in an attempt to lift the suspension orders preventing them from attending the state assembly.
So can any MP in the Dewan file for an injunction should they receive any suspension orders from the Dewan Speaker?
The legal action is unprecedented because the courts are not usually allowed to review decisions of the legislature and do not usually have jurisdiction over proceedings of the assembly because of the doctrine of separation of powers.
Should this court proceeding happen in Perak, I am sure it can happen in the Dewan and other States as well.
If umno/bn want to start this game play, they must be able to accept it when it happens to them in any other States as well as the Dewan.

Video - Mobbing Of Disabled MP By Umno Youth
The law of Malaysia allows umno youth to take the law into their own hands. Till date no action has been taken to arrest or charged them. When normal citizens without the backing of umno, will have to face police action immediately such as, holding peaceful rallies, cycling, lighting candles, presenting flowers to pm etc. etc.
A video uploaded on youtube.
Irrefutable evidence showing UMNO Youth goons obstructing and menacing wheelchair-bound DAP National Chairman and MP for Bukit Gelugor Karpal Singh in the precincts of Parliament last Thursday (26th February 2009) from carrying out his parliamentary duties.

Is Najib Insinuating He Cannot Be The PM As Yet ?
Crisis after crisis, from Perak MB Nizar, Elizabeth Wong, Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau, is this umno's doing?
Can Najib WALK HIS TALK AND PRACTICE WHAT HE PREACHES
From the immoral, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab of the Perak State orchestrated by Najib to the murder trial of Altantuya and RPK sedition trial, it shows clearly that this country is run by leaders with no integrity, dishonest and unprofessional.
The Perak crisis where Najib played the leading role to remove the democratically elected Perak MB, Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin and grabbing the State power, allows the rakyat to see in full view the nakedness of umno. The latest action by the speaker to call an emergency sitting of the assembly met with much objection from umno/bn calling it illegal but they somehow forget that the way they grab power is neither legal.
Najib, presumably the smarter guy has this to say:
So what more can we say, they are always right even if they are wrong. The smart guy, Najib, is now using the court as defence, bravely indicate that "the speaker cannot call an emergency sitting of the assembly because the court has yet to make a decision on the status of the government in the state".
Very smart guy, but now can we take a look, base on his smart talk, whether he should step down as DPM and forgo his position to take over as PM from Badawi.
Two court cases are still on going, although he is not charged or summon to court but his name is lingering in both cases.
In the Altantuya murder case there remain many unanswered questions, somehow or rather indicated that he may be indirectly involved one way or another.
One witness recalled that she saw a picture showing him together with Baginda and the deceased. As to date the picture has yet to surface and no further mention of it. Even though Najib had sworn on the koran and repeatedly claimed that he does not know the deceased (these actions according to the law do not mean anything), what happen if the picture were to surface one day.
Another is the sms'es between him and baginda and I copy and paste a paragraph abstracted from Haris's blog:
As the trial is still ongoing, anything can still happen and something incriminating may still crop up.
In RPK sedition trial Najib's name were mentioned all over.
Both these trials have Najib ink mark all over. Can we than ask Najib not to claim his throne as the country PM until these two trials are completely disposed off or ended without any further hint or suspicion that he is directly or indirectly involved or has anything to do with any of it.

Najib, presumably the smarter guy has this to say:
Bernama: Datuk Seri Najib Razak said today the Perak state assembly speaker cannot call an emergency sitting of the assembly because the court has yet to make a decision on the status of the government in the state.
The Deputy Prime Minister said any decision to hold a state assembly sitting in Perak depended on the decision made by the court in relation to the case.
"It (sitting) cannot be held because there has been a court action," he told reporters after opening an assembly of undergraduates of Universiti Malaysia Pahang and the Eastern Zone National Education Carnival here today.
Najib said this when asked to comment on Perak State Assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar yesterday announcing that an emergency sitting of the assembly would be held on Tuesday.
Asked if the sitting was aimed at toppling the Barisan Nasional government in Perak, Najib said: "Whatever it is, we have to wait for the decision of the court first. We have to first establish the status of the Perak government in terms of the constitution."
So what more can we say, they are always right even if they are wrong. The smart guy, Najib, is now using the court as defence, bravely indicate that "the speaker cannot call an emergency sitting of the assembly because the court has yet to make a decision on the status of the government in the state".

On 11th October, Malaysia Today carried a post entitled ‘Abuse of power by the Deputy Prime Minister’ that laid out a series of sms’es alleged to have passed between Najib and senior lawyer Shafee Abdullah in relation to Razak Baginda’s arrest and remand in the days before Baginda was charged.
Najib was publicly asked to comment about these sms’es and he never denied the authenticity of the same. Read full text here.
As the trial is still ongoing, anything can still happen and something incriminating may still crop up.
In RPK sedition trial Najib's name were mentioned all over.
This is what Malaysiakini reported:
RPK's sedition trial: Najib in the limelight
An investigating officer of the murdered Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu case today admitted that deputy prime Minster Najib Abdul Razak was not investigated even though he was an important witness. Full Malaysiakini report here.
Part of the trial as reported by The Malaysian Insider:
“Did you, at any point of time during the investigation of the Altantuya case, question Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak?” Gobind questioned while referencing Raja Petra’s article.
“No,” Gan replied.
“If you did not investigate Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, how do you know the content of the paragraph is untrue?” Gobind pressed.
“I got to know the facts from the investigating officer ASP Tonny Lunggan,” Gan answered, looking uncomfortable. Read full text here.
