If you want to get the attention from the Prime Minister of Malaysia, it is best that you are the only ONE (1) there for anything that happened to you, good or bad.
The PM said 1Malaysia is his idea, his love for the number ONE (1) and from there on everything is only ONE (1).
There are hundreds of straight As students that could not get scholarships but he can entertain ONE (1) special dropout regarding his request for a scholarship!
