Malaysia Irresponsible Government Causes The No Mood Syndrome

Malaysiakini 'in blogs' and 'top blogs' highlighted many postings on the irresponsible umno/bn government actions. More st Malaysiakini site.
This blog will not celebrate or make any wishes for all the holidays in the calender year until the Irresponsible Government of umno/bn make amends of the following:

Repeal The ISA
Release all the ISA detainees or charge them in the court of law.

Corruptions
Bring to book all the scoundrels and reclaim back all the billions that are lost.

Make PDRM Carry out Their Duties Without Fear Or Favor.
Get the PDRM to fight real crimes instead of intimidating the innocent people who are just voicing out their concern for the well being of the country.

Incompetence Ministers
Replace all the incompetence Ministers, such as Home Minister Alblur-Blur, defector law Minister Nazir, DPM Najis and practically all the existing Ministers.

Bring The Food And Petrol Prices Down
When global petrol price goes up, Malaysia petrol price also follow the trend and when the world petrol price stumble, Malaysia finds it so hard to bring the price down.
When petrol price rises, all food prices follow by going up. When petrol price fall, food prices are still climbing.

This country is in mourning on the death of FREEDOM And DEMOCRACY while the Irresponsible umno/bn Government, still in power is acting like nothing wrong is happening to this country.

Ketua Polis Selangor - Did You Obey, Uphold And Maintain The Laws Of Malaysia

Malaysiakini reported that the police are still investigating the involvement of MP Dr Jeyakumar and (Jerit). More at Malaysiakini.
Update: The more reason you need to sign this Petition.
From Malaysia Today; "It has become the habit for the government and police to clamp down on those not aligned to Umno while using the palace as the excuse for doing so. “We are just doing what the Sultan ordered,” would be the normal argument. They even use the Sultan’s name to rob us of billions of the rakyat’s money. Podah, we no longer fall for that crap. And we are going to send a petition to the Sultan to protest what the police did. So, please sign the petition and let us get as many signatures as possible. We are going to fight back with a vengeance."
Read Malaysia Today full write up here.

The continuing intimidation and rampant arrest of innocent rakyat who are just voicing out their disagreement with the ruling umno/bn government has shown clearly that PDRM is the tool for umno/bn.

As long as we continue our campaign for change towards a better future, the PDRM being the tool of umno/bn will simply arrest and intimidate anyone to instill fear among us. And worst is that the ketua police will speak with folkfork tongue and lies to justify and defend their rights to arrest.

Haris of "People's Parliament" had initiated this petition:

Petisyen Kepada Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Selangor untuk mengadu berkenaan Ketua Polis Selangor

I copy and paste from Haris's blog for more details.

Please sign the petition and spread this around and post it at your blogs.

This man took an oath to “obey, uphold and maintain the laws of Malaysia” and to execute the powers and duties of his office “honestly and diligently”.

He hasn’t.

He’s shamelessly lied and in recent days, has arrogantly bullied our brave young cyclists who have stepped out to try and make a difference.

And he has demonstrated a seeming determination to undermine the will of the rakyat of Selangor to mobilise and pressure for the repeal of the ISA and the immediate release of all ISA detainees.

The people of Selangor, and every other Malaysian who visits Selangor, deserve better.

Yes, we need protection from this cop.

Can our Sultan help us?

I don’t know, but I think we must try.

By this petition, we seek his royal intervention to :

1. direct the Selangor state government to lodge a complaint with the Police Force Commission in relation to the conduct of CPO Dato Khalid Abu Bakar as hereinstated and, if thought appropriate, to request that the Police Force Commission take such disciplinary measures against the CPO Dato Khalid Abu Bakar as the Police Force Commission thinks fit but, in any event, to transfer CPO Dato Khalid Abu Bakar out of Selangor;and
2) direct the Selangor state government to take all necessary steps to protect the right of the people of Selangor to peaceably assemble without arms.

I apologise at the length of the petition to His Royal Highness, but the team that worked on it felt that we were obliged to appraise His Royal Highness of the fullest possible facts that found our complaint.

The petition, in full, may be accessed HERE.

Like the many other petitions launched through this blog, this petition now belongs to you.

Its success or otherwise, is in your hands.

MalaysiaKini And Chaotic Penang Pt 2

Malaysiakini reports: 1,000 residents barred from returning home at BKT Antarabangsa. My take, will Penang make the same mistake?
You can read my posting on "MalaysiaKini And Chaotic Penang Pt 1" here.

In this posting we continue with "Hill Developments" especially in land scarce Penang.

There are hues and cries over the Bukit Antarabangsa landslide recently and everyone is pointing fingers at each other as to who or what causes that disaster. The ruling government is quick to announce that no more development is to be approved on hill slope at certain degrees and hinting more or less that no one is to be blamed.

The leaders always do not have any answer for the rakyat when "human irresponsible acts" are the causes of catastrophic disasters. We cannot just brush it away assuming it to be an act of God.

There is actually nothing wrong for hillside developments. When land is scare and with the population growing and hunger for housing needs, either you develop towards the seafront or up on the hill.

We can have developments on hillsides if all parties, i.e developers, local councils and consultants conduct a proper study and suitability of the planned development on hill slopes not on the monetary aspect but specifically on the safety aspect. Consultants must be bold enough not to allow the developers to dictate what the developers want regarding the safety factors which usually allows them to cut corners and save on something that may fail years later.

In most developments, the developers always rush to construct the main building and leaving the external infrastructure last so that they can collect the progressive payment on stages of the building constructed from buyers. If this development is on level ground with existing surrounding drainage system then it will not pose much problem.

On hillside development, things will be different where trees were uprooted and the earth surface exposed to rain water. What the local councils and planning consultants need to do is to impose the ruling that all external infrastructures such as roads and drainage system including retaining walls and to complete all slope protections as per planned completion of the project before any building works can commence.

We have many intelligent and experienced engineers and architects who are capable of designing hillside developments. My suspect is that developers who engage these consultants want an easy and fast solution at minimal cost to develop hence bypassing the overall safety measures intentionally or otherwise.

The above are my general opinion and that there may be many other factors and requirements in order to have a more safer ways for hillside developments.

We now zoom in to Penang hillside development. Hillside development started in the early eighties when Low Yat developed the first few condominiums sitting on the hillside along the Tanjong Bungah road leading to Batu Ferringi. The condominium concept was widely acceptable and demand for it starts to grow hence the race to develop high rise condominium along the hill slope. So far there is no report of major slope failure but we must take precaution now to avoid any disaster from happening.

Penang Island is running out of development land for housing and with the population growing where are we to house them. If you build on reclaim land on the sea front, the NGOs and social activists will come after you and when you build on hill land, the NGOs and social activists also will be after you, so the best option is no more housing development on the Island, move to the mainland. Very easy to say, move to the mainland and when you start chopping down the rubber trees, palm oil trees and start refilling the padi fields and swarm land, the good NGOs and social activists will come after you.

There are only two options, "to build" or "not to build".

This option "not to build" is much easier and you do not have to face the wrath of the NGOs and social activists. Work out the remaining available land that can be developed with the number of housing units that can be built plus the existing occupied and unoccupied housing units. Base on average of 8 occupants per unit times the total housing units available, we can get the total number of people for the Island. Lets say the figure is 4 millions, that means Penang Island will forever have a standard population residents of 4 millions, no more than that. No more migrants from other States unless someone is willing to sell off their unit and leave the Island. If you have grown up children, they have to leave the Island in search for their own housing unless you die and leave the house to them. So once you complete all the remaining units and reach the population residents of 4 millions, Penang Island will be free of any housing development. Crazy idea, many readers will have this two words in their mind. Well, I am happy to be a little crazy at times to satisfy those who are against any developments because of disasters, environment problems and all sorts of problems that they can think off but never want to think how to resolve the problems and move forward.

The other option is "to build".

In Penang Island to cater for the needs of housing with the population growth we need to develop towards the seafront and on the hillsides. As I mentioned above we can still develop on hill slopes, provided we follow strictly and comply fully the building codes on hill developments which the authority can work with the engineers and architects to ensure that all are comply with by the developers. Developers must not be crazy for huge profitability only but also learn to love other human life's by ensuring that safety is also their priority.

I find it rather strange for residents of housing areas affected by hill developments giving ULTIMATUM to political party. I provide a paragraph below which I read from Anil Netto's blog.

We will persist in our attempt to get the new state Government to heed our call as we voted them in to show us a change for the better than the old administration under Gerakan and Umno. Persisting in steep hill slope development that puts the lives and property of innocent long-time residents in the area at risk (in harm’s way) is NOT the way to stay in government over a single term.

One thing the residents must realized is that the planning approvals were given by the previous government and the new government will have to pay heavy compensation (our money)if they were to annul the planning approval.

What they need to do is work with the developer together with the government on the following:

1)Go through the planning approval and see whether they have complied with all the building codes on hill developments and any hanky panky on the approval. If any non compliance is found, then, the government can annul the approval.

2)If the development is approve according to the building codes, the residents can then seek the assurance from the developers and governments that there will be no incident happening like Bukit Antarabangsa. They can request that all the infrastructures works, retaining walls, slope protection, roads and drainage be completed before any building works commence. Monitoring for any soil movement must be done everyday or as recommended by the engineers.

By giving ultimatum it will not help to solve this kind of problem. Developments on hill land will continue in Penang Island, whoever you voted in unless you want my crazy idea as mentioned above, "not to build."

Penang To Become An Independent State

The big question I am asking Abdullah

IS PENANG STATE STILL A PART OF MALAYSIA EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOW UNDER A NEW GOVERNMENT

This is your statement regarding the Bukit Antarabangsa mishap.

"This is not the way to govern – taking credit only for the good things and blaming others for the mishaps."

Read my earlier posting Abdullah - From Adoring You To Hating You.

Malaysiakini reports from Penang indicate that you, Abdullah, being the PM of Malaysia is not governing the whole country as it should be but you are trying your best to starve the five States under Pakatan Rakyat to their death. Is this the way you govern or are you hinting that you want to kick the five States out of Malaysia.

Today, Malaysiakini has another report as follows

CM wants 'rocket speed' rescue for seafood industry
Penang Lim Guan Eng takes the federal government to task for the prolonged delay in releasing the RM500 million rescue package for the melting frozen seafood industry.

It looks most likely that the Federal Government will not provide Funding to Penang State since they are not under umno/ bn control. Penang will have to run the state on their own without any Federal Funding. If this is the case, then Penang will become an Independent State.

Hence, I am calling the State Government to give a final warning to the Federal Government that they must provide equal Funding to the State and if they fail to do so, the State Government will declare Penang as an Independent State. The State Government will run the State just like a country by itself and free from Federal interference.

PENANG GO FOR INDEPENDENT

MalaysiaKini And Chaotic Penang Pt 1

While we wait for Malaysiakini report on this, let me provide a few suggestions. Other news at Malaysiakini.
Since I stay in Penang, I will weigh the situation and comment about Penang chaotic environment and how the new State Government handles them. Other States may want to take up my humble suggestions or pursue their own better solutions.

Two subjects, Traffic Congestions and Hill Developments.

Lets look at the Island traffic system. Until a proper transportation system (be it the MRT, Skytrain or Tram Bus) is put in place, the volume of cars moving on the limited and narrow road systems are increasing by the day and chaotic traffic jams are bound to occur. Penang drivers are famous for their skill in jumping queue, double parking and park just anywhere they can find a space to squeeze in their cars.

The State Government must take action now and implement strict and workable solutions to reduce the chaotic traffic situations.

1) Solve The Illegal Parking.

Illegal parking is one of the main cause of traffic jams. Parking or waiting at a "no parking no waiting sign", parking where "no parking sign" is glaring at them, double parking and waiting in the middle of the road and hazardous parking.
We do see MPPP issuing summons, but the rich Penang lang can afford to pay the RM30 or get someone who knows someone to strike out the compound.

My solution for these menace parking are:

a)Increase the compound amount to say, RM150 and payment is compulsory unless they are going to fight it in court and no one inside MPPP or Government have the power to strike out the compound.

b)Tow the car away. MPPP should buy a few tow trucks to start towing away cars that are park illegally and hazardously. To get back their cars, motorists will have to foot the towing fees, usually around RM200 to RM300 and pay the usual compound of RM150. Three times offenders will also have their driving licenses revoke.

Although this is not a popular move, the situation warrants strict and tough measures to curb these menace way of parking.

2)Roads and Street Directions.

Most of the Island roads are narrow and to allow two way flow is not the best solution when cars on the road are increasing everyday. The complaint if converted to one way is the increase in travelling time and the distance but if you compare it with the traffic jam, its worth considering.

a)The three main roads that can be converted to one way are, Gurney Drive, Kelawei Road and Burma Road (part of it is already one way) which are running parallel.

b)Another two Roads to look into are Tanjong Tokong and Mt Erskine.

c)Ayer Itam and roads leading to Farlim and Paya Terubong is worth studying and look into.

d)The last I can think of is Perak Road and Jelutong.

All the streets running across these main roads can be one way alternatively.

3) Traffic Lights.

This is the cause of traffic jams especially when they are not synchronized systematically.
Penang Island is in the Guinness Book of world records for having the most traffic lights. You will encounter traffic lights almost everywhere and within a KM of each other. This cannot be right. You can reduce almost half of the present numbers of traffic lights if suggestion #2 is implemented.

4)Reduce cars travelling into Georgetown during peak hours.

This is a little tough but if the right method is used it should help the chaotic traffic situation.

a)Enforce car pooling. Pay a price if you do not want to car pool. 3 People in a car entering the red zone (heart of Georgetown) will have to pay RM2 per entry, 2 people RM5 and single RM10.

b)Car plates with ending odd numbers can only enter on Mon, Weds and Fri while the ending even numbers can enter on Tues and Thurs.

If the above are carried out, they must be designed and applied with the future transportation system (MRT, Skytrain or Tram bus system) in mind in order that they can work and complement each other.

And lastly, with the second bridge coming up, planning must start now for the whole traffic system incorporating areas like Bayan Baru, Bayan Lepas, Gelugor and maybe Greenlane and Jelutong as well. Don't wait until we face the problem, than only we start to work on it, by then its too late.

These are the very basic things that the Penang Government must implement. If the Federal Government is not going to provide the Funding, then, somehow we must go international to "BEG BORROW OR STEAL" and come out with a solution.

Note: As this posting is quite long, I will write on Hill Developments on the next posting.

Any Penangnites or Malaysians who have experience with this Penang chaotic situations, you can suggest or express your opinions on the comment box.

Do Not Talk About Fairness In Malaysia, Especially You Alblur Blur

Malaysiakini: The state's police chief said that his team stopped a team of Jerit cyclists in Rawang to "save them (children) from being misused and exploited by irresponsible people" Detail at Malaysiakini
Fairness is "The Quality Or Character Of Being Fair" - Honesty, Justly, Equitably, Tolerably And Justice.

Is there any fairness at all in this country?

Base on your character and performances, let me tell you, Syed Hamid Alblur-Blur, you do not qualify to talk about FAIRNESS.

This is quoted from Malaysia Today:
Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said it was unfair to accuse the rescue teams, including police, of stealing the Bukit Antarabangsa landslide victims' belongings as it could tarnish their image.

And yet you are accusing those whom you arrest under the ISA without any evidents or charge in the court of law just because you say they are a security threat. Is this call fairness to you?

Arresting people under the ISA without any justification ( justified in the name of security ), neither any proof of guilt in the court of law is the kind of fairness you try to preach.
You and your umno minds are infested with "made up insecurity" of this peaceful country.

With this Malaysiakini report
"S'gor top cop: We acted to save the under-aged cyclists"
just like putting Tan Hoon Cheng under the ISA arrest for her own protection.

You put 5 Hindraf members under the ISA arrest just because You Think but with no proof or evidence that they are link to terrorism.

This statement by you shows how useless you are,

“At the same time, if the public have complaints of misconduct against the police, they should lodge a report so that we can conduct an investigation,” he added.
Why are you calling for an investigation, why not arrest and lock them up first? Because they are your people, you need not act fairly as compare to others who are voicing against your umno government. This is call fairness to you.

You and your PDRM disrupt and simply arrest people for peaceful gatherings and cycling to voice their concern and well being of our country, while it is fair not to take any active action against criminals who are roaming wild and freely. This is fairness to you?

The Star:
PUTRAJAYA: Generalised reports that the police and other rescue services personnel had been stealing valuables from victims of the Bukit Antarabangsa landslide tragedy “were not fair to them.”

Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said the police and rescue agencies had done a great job helping these victims despite having to work under difficult conditions.

“They have all worked very hard to control crime and crowds, and gave assistance to the victims. They had to coordinate activities under a situation where there was danger of another landslide and when there were a lot of people.

“Give them the credit where it is due,” he told reporters after presenting awards to winners of the Quality Day at the National Anti-Drug Agency here on Tuesday.

“At the same time, if the public have complaints of misconduct against the police, they should lodge a report so that we can conduct an investigation,” he added.

Syed Hamid was commenting on several police reports lodged by residents of Bukit Antarabangsa alleging that their homes had been broken into by police personnel.

A resident K. Thanarajah, whose wife Dr N. Yogeswari was killed in the tragedy, had submitted pictures to a newspaper claiming that rescuers were scouring through a damaged bungalow after search and rescue operations had been halted for the day.

Syed Hamid said although there might have been reports of theft against the police, these could have been carried out by other people as there were many people at the site then.

Abdullah, From Adoring You To HATING YOU - Malaysiakini

We adore you upon your taking over the throne from Mahathir

We love you when you won the 2004 GE

We like you when you tell us that you need more time for changes

We are angry with you when you start telling lies

We despise you when you rescind all your promises for change

And now your latest statement that makes us HATE YOU. (read below)

Report obtain from The Dandelions.
JAKARTA: Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has hit out at the Selangor Government for apparently trying to wash its hands of the Bukit Antarabangsa landslide tragedy.

The Prime Minister said the Pakatan Rakyat government should accept responsibility and correct any mistakes or weaknesses which have occurred.

“This is not the way to govern – taking credit only for the good things and blaming others for the mishaps.

“As the new state administration, they should improve on all aspects and take things in their stride,” he told the Malaysian media here when commenting on claims by Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim that a total of 99 risky hillside projects were approved by the previous government.

Abdullah said there was no need for him to teach the present administration how to do their work as they should be fully aware of what was good for the people.

Abdullah, please explain this report from Malaysiakini:
We deserve more federal funding, cries Lim
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng wants more equality and fairness in the distribution of federal funds to the state government to commensurate the tax revenue collected from this northern island state.
The CM is fuming that the federal government's development funds and annual grants allotted to Penang were disproportionate to the various forms of taxes collected from the state. More at Malaysiakini.

We want to know why Federal Funds (from our taxes) are not allotted to the New Goverment. Are you trying to wash your hands and ignore the States that are under the New Government?

The Federal Government should accept responsibility towards all the States or are you, Abdullah, trying to say that these States are no longer under the Federal Jurisdiction.

“This is not the way to govern – taking credit only for the good things and blaming others for the mishaps.

Well said, Abdullah, but you are acting exactly this way. To stop Federal fundings to States under New Governments IS NOT THE WAY TO GOVERN? Comprende!

Malaysiakini Readers, Take Note: Finally, The Truth Coming Out From Najib Himself

DO YOU STILL WANT TO BELIEVE UMNO's LIES AGAIN, TIME AFTER TIME NOW THAT NAJIB HAD TOLD YOU THE TRUTH THAT, YOU, THE VOTERS ARE ONLY IMPORTANT TO HIM/UMNO DURING ANY ELECTION TIMES?
Malaysiakini readers please take note that Najib will have to win KT by election, by hook or by crook. Other news at Malaysiakini website.
(The Star) KUALA TERENGGANU: Barisan Nasional has to win the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary seat as proof of its revival from August's defeat in the Permatang Pauh by-election......

He said this in his speech at the closing of the Terengganu Umno retreat and the launch of the Kuala Terengganu election machinery at the Islamic Civilisation Park on Saturday....

And these are the truth coming out from Najib himself

Najib also gave some tips to whoever was to be selected as the Barisan candidate for the by-election.

He said that in any elections, voters were the most important and priority should be given to them.

You, the voters are only important during election times, after that you are a nobody.

"We have to understand that in elections, what is more important is not the Umno machinery, neither the branch leaders nor its committee members, but the voters who are the king.

See, even he can kneel down before you because you are the King but only during elections. Got it!

"Who is the candidate is not important, but the person has to be someone humble, not arrogant, people-friendly, shake hands with all the people, do things which please the voters because they will love you because of the qualities you have," he added.

The sweet talk about humble, not arrogant, people-friendly, shake hands with all the people, do things which please the voters just to fish for your votes. After winning, see how arrogant, snobbish, unfriendly they are and do you expect to see them again and to shake their hands after the election???

Malaysians need to change and so does the ruling government, especially umno. They cannot simply take us for granted anymore. We need truly sincere, honest, humble, people friendly leaders with integrity as well and not only during election times as prescribed by Najib.

Finally, The Truth Coming Out From Najib Himself

DO YOU STILL WANT TO BELIEVE UMNO's LIES AGAIN, TIME AFTER TIME NOW THAT NAJIB HAD TOLD YOU THE TRUTH THAT, YOU, THE VOTERS ARE ONLY IMPORTANT TO HIM/UMNO DURING ANY ELECTION TIMES?
Malaysiakini is reporting the seriousness of umno wanting to win the KT by-election. Details at Malaysiakini web portal.

DO YOU STILL WANT TO BELIEVE UMNO's LIES AGAIN, TIME AFTER TIME NOW THAT NAJIB HAD TOLD YOU THE TRUTH THAT, YOU, THE VOTERS ARE ONLY IMPORTANT TO HIM/UMNO DURING ANY ELECTION TIMES?

Police Rampage To Celebrate Malaysia INHUMAN Rights 51st Anniversary

Feeling sad over the massive landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa that leave 4 dead and thousands dislodged, I shut down my computer for three days. Today I turn on my computer hoping that the government must have woke up with good news that the police are going all out to strike fear on would be criminals, but to my dismay, not a single good news welcome me upon reading the online news.

Malaysiakini headlines:
10 Jerit activists held, including MP
Perak and Johor police arrested four activists and detained six other participants in Jerit’s ‘Ride for Change’ campaign, including Sungai Siput PSM parliamentarian Dr D Jeyakumar, plus, a female cyclist alleges sexual assault.
Another Malaysiakini headlines:'She would be alive if they helped' Details at Malaysiakini
What is happening to our country? It looks like the police is doing the bidding of umno/bn by arresting and striking fear on innocent people's ‘Ride for Change’ campaign. Any one or groups that voice out their concern against the government's wrong doings will be neutralized with arrest by the police force.

The police grows bolder to strike against innocent people while criminals are having great times performing their crimes all because our great leader announce that our crime rate is low as compared to Japan and Hong Kong.

The police rampage against innocent people will continue to grow as Malaysia celebrate its INHUMAN Rights 51st Anniversary.

MAY GOD HELP US TO STRIKE BACK AGAINST THIS KIND OF INHUMAN LEADERS AND OPEN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF OUR POLICE FORCE

Malaysia Striving For The Best Among The Worst Title

Malaysiakini reports Najib, IGP claiming that our crime rate is low as compare to other countries. Details at Malaysiakini website.
Malaysia is happy and contended to be The Best Among The Worst but not The Best Among The Best. This is the way our present leaders is guiding our country too. They are just reluctant to go for The Best Among The Best for reasons only known to themselves.

1)Our democracy is better than North Korea and Burma

2)Our education system is better than Uganda and Somalia

3)Our petrol price is still cheaper than Thailand and Indonesia

4)Our toll rate is lower than most South East Asia Countries

5)Our crime rate (although is increasing in an alarm rate every year) is lower than Japan and Hong Kong

6)Our sports are better than many third world countries

7)Our ISA law is better than the US

8)Our currency is stronger than Indonesia and Laos

...and the list can go on......

Our leaders are so proud of the achievements when everything are compare among the worst. It is always the better among the worst case scenerio. Can you believe that?

Not one time did any of our leaders feel responsible over our failures to strife for any top position or full merit recognized by international standard.

Malaysia Boleh, Boleh Apa?

Are We Skirting Towards Disaster?

Mukhriz was misquoted, report Malaysiakini. Read details at Malaysiakini website.
The ruling Malaysian Government, practically under umno control is playing with fire which they have no idea how to contain should it spread beyond their playing field.

Malaysia leaders, majority of which come from umno, always preach to the world that the country is peaceful and living in harmony among the various races. Is this true? I would believe it if we are still living in the sixties and early seventies but not now.

There is always a different between umno and the rest of its citizens. The different is, umno is the power house and whatever they want to do or say, whether they are right or wrong, nobody can question them or debate about it. You can be wronged and get arrested for pointing or debating about what they did were wrong. This is the Malaysia Boleh style of governing.

You can see clearly their arrogant attitude in many forms. A simple example, when they play with fire and got burned, they do not blame themselves for playing with fire instead claiming that the fire are being thrown at them by innocent onlookers who are just trying to warn them not to play with fire.

They are now playing with bigger fire, especially when their power base is slowly disintegrating. Although their big talk to the world that we are living peacefully in harmony but in true fact they are trying their best to create something disastrous in order for them to remain in power.

They are creating a mountain out of a molehill for any slightest commotions which are created by themselves. So, my advise to all Malaysians, DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. Let them play with their toy, the fire, leave them be. They do not want anyone to talk or question about "ketuanan melayu", we don't talk about it, let them keep it under lock and key, for it will be become useless in time to come when it is kept in the dark for a long time. Other subject, like the vernacular schools, let them talk and shout all they want, for we know that they cannot do anything about it as it needs parliament to amend the constitution.

If we try to counter every silly things that they say or trying to warn them not to play with fire, we ourselves will get into big trouble and this is what they want, to create a disaster and they will use this as an excuse to persecute and declare an emergency.

I REPEAT: DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP and this apply to the oppositions as well. Do not counter them, for we the rakyat knows what is happening. Just run the States under your control properly and make the rakyat feel proud of being a truly Bangsa Malaysia.

I Agree With You, Mukhriz, Close Down Vernacular Schools

Malaysiakini reported;
Mukhriz: Close down vernacular schools
He was of the opinion that the disunity in the community arose from the different education system and proposed that a single education system be implemented to foster greater unity. Detail report at Malaysiakini here.

Murkhriz, Malaysians must be proud to have you as their future leader where your foresight for unity is by closing down vernacular schools. If you are sure that vernacular schools are the cause of disunity, then I totally agree with you that they have to be closed down.

Vernacular schools are not the only cause for disunity, which I am very sure you would agree. In your heart and mind you must have realized that there are many other causes of disunity which I think you will be announcing soon and call for their removal.

Your good cause is my cause as well and that is to unite all Malaysians as one. Other than closing down vernacular schools in order for a full Malaysians unity you need to be brave as well to remove the following.

1) Close down "malay only" schools and form only national schools where all Malaysians can study together.

2) Remove the ketuanan melayu idealogy. All Malaysian citizens are master of this land.

3) Close down Mara or open it to all Malaysians that qualify for entrance.

4) Remove the nep and let all Malaysians be equal as citizen of this country.

5) Make meritocracy the norm for all universities entry, promotions in civil service and other aspects of businesses, cabinet posts etc.

6)Dissolve umno and all bn component parties and form one party where any races can apply and be a member.

6) Make it illegal for anyone to pass racist remark against any Malaysian or calling Malaysians to leave the country if one is not happy.

We are waiting and hopeful that the above will be announced by you shortly, that your call for unity is truly from your heart and not just for your political mileage.
