World Leaders Congratulatory Messages Pouring In For Najib ?

Is my post title "World Leaders Congratulatory Messages Pouring In For Najib ?" misleading?. I do not think so, if we need to put up with a good impression we have to spin a little just like what our local medias used to do.

After one month of being sworn in as Malaysia 6th Prime Minister, who are the leaders from around the world that send congratulatory messages to najib. We expect the umno/bn control medias to splash the news across the front page of world leaders sending their congratulatory messages, but we did not see that happen.

I am surprised and so are many others but it seems that only najib, the foreign minister and umno/bn are not surprise at the lack of congratulatory messages from world leaders.

After hearing a PKR ceramah speech and I quote one critical question raised;

In his speech, Saifuddin, who is also PKR election director, asked the Umno-BN government to explain why there were so few congratulatory messages from other world leaders when Najib took over as Malaysia’s sixth prime minister on Apr 3.

This prompted me to make a search on the internet to find out which country send congratulatory messages by using the following key words: "malaysia new pm najib", "congratulatory messages malaysia new prime minister najib", "world leaders congratulatory messages pm najib", "congratulatory messages new prime minister najib", "congratulatory messages pm najib".

After searching for the whole night, (do not get excited or fall off your chair from laughing), these are my findings:

Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- Premier Kim Yong Il on Saturday sent a congratulatory message to Datuk Sri Mohammad Najib Bin Tun Haji Abudul Razak upon the assumption of his office as Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a telegram of greetings to Najib Razak, sworn in as Malaysia's new Prime Minister Friday

KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 (Bernama) -- Malaysia's new Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has received congratulatory messages from Singapore leaders who expressed confidence that ties between both countries would be further enhanced.

HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has sent a congratulatory message to Dato' Seri Hj Mohd Najib Tun Hj Abd Razak on the occasion of his appointment as the sixth Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Only four country leaders?? Shocking isn't it.

Read this from mca website and see how well they can spin on this news, the title is world leaders but the one who send the messages are just from the ambassadors level.

mca website title: "World leaders offer their best wishes and hopes"

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s new Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has received congratulatory messages from leaders of several countries, who expressed confidence of better ties under his administration.

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said he was confident that Malaysia would continue to prosper under Najib’s stewardship, saying that he looked forward to working closely with him to enhance “our warm relations and mutual cooperation.”

US ambassador to Malaysia James Keith said: “The United States and Malaysia enjoy a productive and cooperative relationship based on enduring shared national interests. As Malaysia proceeds with its political transition, we look forward to working with the new Malaysian leadership and with the people of Malaysia to realise the full potential of our strong and developing bilateral ties.”

Cuba’s ambassador to Malaysia Carlos A. Amores said he was confident that Havana-Kuala Lumpur relations would continue to develop and strengthen in various fields under Najib’s leadership.

Azerbaijan Ambassador to Malaysia Tahir Karimov also congratulated Najib, saying he hoped that the cooperation between the two countries would be further developed.

Palestine ambassador to Malaysia Abdul Elaziz Abu Ghoush said that he and the Palestinian people were confident that Malaysia would continue to support their cause.

Iranian ambassador to Malaysia Mahdi Khandaghabadi said that under the leadership of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Abdullah, Iran and Malaysia had made historical achievements in their bilateral relations.

There may be a few countries that I may have missed or google may not have pick up, but I am sure that there ain't many more.

So, what does these results meant to najib, not important? To me, if he is not recognized and accepted by world leaders, then this country is in deep shit.

Jumping With Joy And Appreciation For Najib !!

A band of robbers had being robbing the people in broad daylight for over 50 years until one day in March 2008 the people rise up to face them. This band of robbers had being on the rampaged to fill their pockets by legal and illegal means and was so powerful and strong that even the judiciary, anti-corruption agency and police cannot touch them. They had ways to circumvent the laws to protect them and have the power to misinterpret policies to their benefits. On that fateful day in March 2008, the people stood up to say, enough is enough, and gave the band of robbers an ultimatum, stop the daylight robbery and return what belongs to us or we will crush you. The present leader of the band of robbers, fearing the full uprising of the people that they had robbed, started to return slowly albeit in bits and pieces the stolen goods to the people.

Do you jump for joy and appreciate the leader of the band of robbers for returning the goods that initially belongs to you?

Think and think twice about it before jumping with joy and appreciation, the band of robbers are not that easy and willing to return all the goods that they had stolen. They are just trying to cool down and gain your trust before they strike big again.

Dissecting Najib's "People First, Performance Now" Sham

In my last posting, A Simple Explanation About What Is "1Malaysia", I wrote a short story about a new sport car, named "1Car" as an illustration whether "1Malaysia" concocted by Najib can be sold to the rakyat. Allow me to pursue a little further on this "1Malaysia" concept before we start to dissect Najib's "People First, Performance Now" Sham.

When a car manufacturer roll out a new model, with a new name, the older model will be phased out or totally obliterated so as not to confuse the consumers. Other examples, if you care to remember, the Darkie toothpaste and Dutch Baby milk powder renamed their products to Darlie and Dutch Lady respectively with their old names totally obliterated and never again to be heard or seen.

Now, Najib wants to change Malaysia, so he came out with his genius idea of "1Malaysia" without getting rid of the existing Malaysia. So the rakyat is very confused with his "1Malaysia" running parallel to the existing Malaysia. There is no confusion if you read and study more deeply into his thoughts.

Who is Najib, Najib is umno and who is umno, umno is ketuanan Malaysia. This is a true fact from all the various actions, speeches, news report from Najib's team leaders and members. They tend to think that Malaysia belongs to them, i.e umno ketuanan melayu. So how can Najib totally obliterate Malaysia by introducing "1Malaysia" when umno still depend on it to survive.

As long as umno remain in power, there can never be any true change no matter what or how umno leaders put up with their concept of changes or slogan to the rakyat. There will always remain a separation between umno and the rakyat.

"1Malaysia" concocted by Najib is to reach out to those who are gullible and fence sitters and those that can be easily bought over with a few crumbs. There is nothing great about "1Malaysia" when the rakyat are not totally integrated as "1Malaysian" and "1Malaysia For All Malaysian".

So, do I need to dissect Najib's "People First, Performance Now" Sham, yes I will, but there is no story to tell but using the true facts of the day and if you all were to look and study deeper into it, you will be able to see through it as a sham like I do with his "1Malaysia".

Why Najib did not want it to be called "All Malaysian First, All Performance Now" instead he call it "People First, Performance Now". By using his concocted version, a very general and open concept that he can play around with it as and when the situation suits him. Let us break apart and study what "People First" and "Performance Now" means.

When he said "People First", you must understand that without the true implementation of his "1Malaysia" as an integrated "1Malaysian" with the same voice and equality, it does not mean anything to the rakyat. It can mean "umno people first" or "my people first".

Let us look at his meaning of "People First" after his lost in the recent by-elections especially at Bukit Gantang. His dpm blasted at the Chinese for being ungrateful or unappreciative for the lost thus putting Najib's "People First" to mean BLAME the "Chinese People First".

Not to be outdone Utusan’s came out with “Bangkitlah Melayu” headline with Najib's photo inserted with it, thus claiming Najib's "Melayu People First".

In the Perak crisis, does Najib really care about his "People First" idealogy, NO, if he does follow his "People First" principle, he would have called for the dissolution of the Perak State assembly to allow for the State elections to be held. He is talking about "umno's people first" and "my people first" and likewise for Trengganu, soon it will be "my people first".

Next, we look at "Performance Now". It is also like his "People First" sham. It all depends who or which department he wants to show his "Performance Now" action.

We go back to the Perak crisis again to evaluate Najib's "Performance Now". The whole crisis is put before the court and the judges are super quick in their decision to put Najib's "Judges Performance Now" into action even if they have to go against the law and constitution.

We did not or has yet to hear Najib talks about corruptions but no worry, he is working hard and behind close doors on his "macc Performance Now" acts. You can see how his "macc Performance Now" works in the Penang DCM1 and Selangor MB "cow and car" so call corruption cases.

The minister of information Rais wants to show what Najib's "Performance Now" means. He invited mostly only Pro-bn bloggers to a dinner, to show his friendliness with bloggers and he appealed to his guests to give credit to the government when credit was due, especially when the government implemented good policies. But did he allows bloggers to bash the government should they implement bad policies, he did not. So we can safely call this "Performance Now" as "Pro-bn Bloggers Performance Now".

Najib's concocted "1Malaysia", "People First, Performance Now" are shams. He is not really interested at all to forge a well integrated Malaysians of all races with the same voice and equality to lead the country into a fully developed country. All he is interested is "umno people first" and "my people first".

You can argue that, wow, he is relaxing the NEP and frees up the financial sector and more goodies to come. Do you really think that these piecemeal offers will bring the people together and stand behind him. We will just have to wait and see the outcome of all his goodies, whether it goes to the commoners just like you and me or more to towards the "umno's people first" and "my people first" concepts.

Do not be cheated, con and lied again and again, we have had it for over 50 years of umno's arrogant, racist and corrupt rule and this time we will stay put and firm against all their talks and slogans till we see that they really walk their talk and not just this but to ensure that all Malaysians benefit from their walk and not to umno or pro bn only.

A Simple Explanation About What Is "1Malaysia" - Update

Now confirmed, an explanation of 1Malaysia by the Prime Minister and his deputy: "1Malaysia" means - "A Malay First Malaysian" for the Malays and second "Malaysian" to all the other races. "1Malaysia" is still race base to fulfill umno's "ketuanan melayu" policies.

Let me start by providing a short story regarding a sport car developed by a large conglomerate call Proeton. This sport car took less than a month to produce including designing and fabrication. The big boss was so proud because he is the one who thought of the design and build concept. He also name the sport car "1Car". On the day of launching, all the best sale agents throughout the country, including competitors were invited. The proud boss stood at the specially designed gold plated rostrum and announced his sport car, named "1Car" and that it is a good car and should be easy to sell. The boss continue with his cock and bull story about any other things except the details about the "1Car".

The sale agents look puzzled, because when they inquired and asked about the specifications, the boss could not produce any, ask about the pricing, the boss could not give any pricing and when press further for more details, the boss simply said, the "1Car" is a very good car, just go and sell them.

The sale agents, scratching their heads, turn to each other and started to speculate about the "1Car". This must be a special car with 10 HP and run by solar energy, another agent calming that it is capable of running at light speed while others are saying that the wheels are square in shape and the engine can start without battery or fuel. The speculations kept on forever without anyone really knows what this "1Car" has or how it can perform and slowly but surely the "1Car" will forever remain in cold storage.

So, what can I say about "1Malaysia". No details, no specifications, just that we know there is only 1 Malaysia in this world, nothing special about it. The big boss of this country came out with his concept of "1Malaysia" without dwelling into details of what it means. All his subordinates were told to sell his concept of "1Malaysia" and being yes men, they just have to follow the boss order even though they know nuts about its concept. As you all can see and read every day, the different interpretations and opinions on this so call "1Malaysia" from the medias, political parties, businessmen, NGOs and other sources.

Well you can contribute your own interpretation of "1Malaysia" if you like, as nobody cares about it anyway, I for one. Just like the "1Car" story, until I get to know exactly the specifications and performance of the sport car, I will not buy it, would you?

Arrest Warrant Out For Raja Petra Kamarudin

By throwing some loose change of lifting the 30% bumi equity for 27 service sectors, najib expect the rakyat to crawl back and praise him. No way, najib, if you do not take immediate actions to reform the judiciary and pdrm. These two institutions need your top priority actions and if you fail to do so no matter how hard you try to liberalise your aimed at getting investments, investors will not return neither will the rakyat.

The Sessions Court has this morning issued an arrest warrant for Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamarudin for failing to appear for his sedition trial. RPK claims that he will not be given a fair trial which I concur after seeing how the judiciary act upon the Perak crisis and the Altantuya murder case.

RPK explain why he is absent from court today, and the following is his statement posted at Malaysia Today.

Why I am absent in court today

Raja Petra Kamarudin

I wish to explain why I am not going to be present in court today, 23rd April 2009. Firstly, it involves my recent dispute with the Selangor Palace. This dispute was due to my open letter to the Perak Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin, which I wrote on 2nd March 2009 in response to the ongoing Perak Constitutional Crisis. My family said I had acted in a treasonous manner and they wanted me to issue a public apology to the Sultan of Perak.

I refused to comply with my family’s demand and instead wrote two articles condemning the Perak Palace for violating the Federal Constitution of Malaysia and for ignoring the wishes of the rakyat. My opinion is no different from that of NH Chan, the former Court of Appeal judge, which you can read in the addendum below.

The Sultan of Selangor was very angry and that triggered a conflict between our two families. My family told me I had brought shame to the family name and they demanded that I attend a family meeting to discuss the matter. However, I did not attend that family meeting and this aggravated the situation.

My family then gave me an ultimatum. I was to either make that public apology or else my family would insert an advertisement in the mainstream newspapers practically distancing itself from me, which could be interpreted as disowning me. My response to that was, and in accordance with the normal action to be taken against a member of the kerabat who durhaka, I went into exile outside Selangor. As a matter of fact, I even missed two recent family funerals, as I could not and would not step foot in Selangor ever again.

It has to be noted that this has always been the punishment for any member of the Selangor Royal Family who is considered durhaka since the beginning of the Selangor Sultanate more than 250 years ago. My grandfather, Sultan Musa, was in fact subjected to that same punishment and it is the only punishment befitting a member of the Selangor Royal Family who has courted the displeasure of the Palace.

This means, in short, I can no longer attend the court hearing as the same is heard in Petaling Jaya, which is invariably within the state of Selangor.

The second reason is as follows:

In September 2008, I was detained under the Internal Security Act for what I was alleged to have written regarding the Altantuya murder and the alleged links to those who walk in the corridors of power. However, I am already facing trial on sedition and criminal defamation charges in this court as well as in the Kuala Lumpur court.

Now, my ISA detention in September 2008 was for the same crime as what I have been charged in this court (sedition) and in the Kuala Lumpur court (criminal defamation). This means I am being punished twice for the same crime and the law does not provide for one to be punished twice for the same crime.

No doubt, in November 2008, the Shah Alam court ruled my detention illegal and subsequently ordered my release. Nevertheless, the government is appealing this decision, giving a clear indication that it wants me back in Kamunting whereby I will face punishment without trial on top of the two trials I am being made to face -- which, as I said, are for those same crimes.

The events of late do not give me any confidence that I will get a fair trial. Even if the Petaling Jaya court acquits me, they can still appeal the decision of the court like what they are doing with the Shah Alam court’s decision to free me from ISA detention. And the manner the Federal Court conducted itself during the recent ISA appeal hearing is very troubling indeed and borders on unprofessional conduct.

Finally, my open letter to Nizar Jamaluddin has been classified as treason and the government wants to charge me for treason. The fact that no such law exists will not stop them as they can use the ‘waging war against the King’ law that they used against some of the Al Maunah members, which resulted in them being hanged in the Sungai Buloh Prison in October 2006.

Many of my friends have spotted police vehicles parked outside their house. Others have noticed police officers loitering in front of their residence while some have been summoned to Bukit Aman for interrogation. The police want them to reveal where I am currently residing.

Why are the police looking for me? Two months ago, the Federal Court was in a hurry to hear the appeal against my release from ISA detention. After impatiently rejecting all our applications and refusing to allow us time to file the necessary papers, the court suddenly went cold and nothing was heard from it since.

This got me very suspicious. I did some checking and have reason to believe that a new detention order has been issued and that is why the police are looking for me. If I were to turn up in court today I would never be allowed to leave. The police would immediately detain me and send me to Kamunting and this time I shall not be so fortunate as to see freedom in two months like in the last two occasions.

After two ISA detentions, I do not plan to allow them to get me so easily the third time around. I also refuse to face treason charges that will result in me being sent to the gallows. I love my life and wish to remain alive a few years longer if possible.

Those are the reasons I am not in court today. I shall, however, attend the court hearing when the situation permits, i.e., I am no longer to be charged for treason and I get an assurance from the powers-that-be that the Government’s appeal against my ISA release is withdrawn forthwith and that no new detention order has been issued. After all, if the Razak Baginda acquittal was not appealed upon, why am I being treated differently?

Take The Dewan Rakyat Speaker To Court, My Call On March 16th

Report from The Malaysian Insider: The Federal Court’s ruling last week overturning a decision made by an elected state assembly speaker crossed the boundaries separating the powers between the judiciary and legislature and has churned up a new challenger.

Suspended Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo plans to sue Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia for his ruling last month barring him from taking part in Parliament.

The actual disastrous situation of the Perak State Assembly started only when umno took the Speaker to court and I can see that the separation of powers between the judiciary and legislature are going to cease with umno/najib ferment quest to hold power over the Perak Government by any means.

That is why I make a posting in March 16th to call Pakatan Rakyat to take the Dewan Rakyat Speaker to court for suspending Puchong member of parliament Gobind Singh for 12 months.

This is what I wrote;

The Dewan Speaker does not have the power and immunity to suspend MPs from any motion raised. I would not agree if we are still living in the seventies but now the constitution and the law are no longer in existence and shred to pieces by umno/bn. If the Perak speaker can be taken to court for whatever reasons, I see no reason why the Dewan Speaker cannot be taken to court.
Read my full posting here.

My early call is that when both cases are heard at the same time the judges will have to be careful about their judgement and hence it may save Perak from the injustice perpetuated by umno/najib hidden hand on the court decision.

It may be a little too late to save Perak from najib's undemocratic, unethical, illegal and unconstitutional power grab in Perak but it will be a good testing case or rather it will be a confirmation that our judiciary are not serving justice but to serve umno/najib. My prediction of the outcome of this case will be that Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo, has no legal rights to sue the Dewan Rakyat Speaker and of course they will state all their legal terms irrespective whether it is inline with the judgement or not. They will just open and shut the case in favor of the speaker.

Well, expect najib to come out to claim that PR is politicking and not respecting the Dewan Rakyat speaker decision. Anything and everything that comes out from umno/najib is always the Malaysia Boleh style.

Najib, Do These If You Are Sincere About The Economy First, Politicking Last

From Malaysiakini reports.
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak today lashed out at PKR for playing political games at the time when the nation should be united in focusing on solving the global economic crisis.

BN may not contest Penanti, says PM. Full report at Malaysiakini.

Since your politicking games rhetoric a few days ago, many are sceptical about your call for the nation to be united in focusing on solving the global economic crisis. Who would want to believe you when your "1Malaysia, People First, Performance Now" are openly challenge even by your own team. You allow utusan and dpm to openly defy you and dare not take any actions against them.

You allow the federal apparatus and bullying institutions like the police and the courts to challenge your "People First, Performance Now" slogan. Their actions and judgements on the Perak crisis, simply sweep your "People First, Performance Now" right into the sewer.

The rakyat are not fools, just tell us the simple truth that you dare not face more defeats in any coming by elections. Don't tell us cock and bull story about the global economic crisis that are of more concern then by elections. This global economic crisis did not happen overnight but was glaring right at us since the middle of last year but you chose to ignore it, claiming that we are still not in any recession or facing imminent global crisis. When you sanctioned the undemocratic, unethical, illegal and unconstitutional power grab in Perak, the global economic crisis was already here and yet you did not show any concern.

All your slogans and rhetoric since you became the pm had failed miserably and the rakyat, anyway, are immune to such swan song by umno leaders when they took over the pm position. They will never believe in any of it until the talk is walked.

But I am ready to give you a chance on your call for a united front in focusing on solving the global economic crisis. To prove your sincerity and that you want to listen to the rakyat, I am proposing two immediate actions that you can show the rakyat that you can walk your talk.

RESOLVE THE PERAK CRISIS

You have the power to resolve the Perak crisis if what you said about the global economic crisis being more important than politicking is sincere.

You need not have to dissolve the Perak State Assembly but return the ruling of the State Government back to Pakatan Rakyat. Instruct your State Assemblymen to work together with the PR Government for now until the global economic crisis is over or the next GE, whichever come first. Let the 3 independents remain independent and it is up to them to find ways to work together with umno/bn and PR.

SUSPEND ALL BY ELECTIONS

You can meet Pakatan Rakyat leaders to work out a political understanding to end all “political games” during this period, covering not only Penanti by-election but any future by elections before the 13th GE.

Let it be agreed that should any constituency fell vacant, the party that won the constituency before it fell vacant will retain the seat by appointing a new candidate without any by election.

My advise to you is very simple, start to walk your talk.

Najib, Stop Your Politicking Pretension

Najib, you never failed to amaze the public every other day after ascending to power . Your 1Malaysia rhetoric is in tatter, your People First, Performance Now slogan is now seen as "My Own People First" and the bias "Performance Now" by your controlled judiciary, macc and pdrm.

Today, yet another of your politicking pretension. Let me rebut each and everyone of your great pretension. My comment is in red and your pretension is in italic.

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak today lashed out at PKR for playing political games at the time when the nation should be united in focusing on solving the global economic crisis.

Please explain to us about your undemocratic, unethical, illegal and unconstitutional power grab in Perak. Why are you playing this political games at the time when the nation should be united in focusing on solving the global economic crisis.

“The resignation is politically motivated and a political game just for their own purposes and self-interests,” he told reporters in Klang.

Just tell me that your quest for the premiership is not politically motivated and a political game just for your own purposes and self-interests.

“The people generally do not like by-elections that are held deliberately,” he added.

The people do not like your undemocratic, unethical, illegal and unconstitutional power grab in Perak and we definitely like to have by-elections to show that you are not suited to be the pm or rather we are very unhappy with umno/bn.

He said that by-elections should not be called for wantonly but only held if “the state representative had passed away”.

So what you are trying to say is, even if any state assemblyman found not suitable or guilty of misconduct can still continue with the job? This statement of yours indicate that you must be having quite a number of unclean leaders and representatives that may be exposed at anytime.

“There is so much time, energy and money being spent on by-elections that we do not even need."

If you allow the EC to perform his duties without interference, I am very sure that any by-election will not cost much and neither is the time and energy. It is because for each by election, you want to win it by hook or by crook that you have to spend so much time, energy and money.

“There is so much politicking in the country when we should have instead focused on fixing the economy, prioritising the people’s benefits. We should move forward (beyond this),” he said.

Who is politicking more, umno or PR? What you have been sloganeering your slogans for the past weeks instead of putting them into actions. The politicking by your state assemblymen in Trengganu, your insistence of holding to your undemocratic, unethical, illegal and unconstitutional power grab in Perak by using the judiciary are the real politicking espouse by you.

If you are really serious about wanting not to have by elections, I suggest that you prove your worth by declaring a walkover for the Penanti by election.

The additional politicking from your dpm, calling the Chinese unappreciative and your utusan headlines of “Bangkitlah Melayu”.

Just to remind you, we are watching very closely your performance. Do not try to hook wink us with more of your rhetoric and slogans, just walk your talk. We are still waiting for you to take action against utusan and your dpm.

Najib Is Playing With Both Sides Of The Coin

Najib's 1Malaysia from the onset is doom for failure. The concept was hatch out without proper study and without any basic guidelines to follow on. We can see that Najib is trying to play with both sides of the coin. Head I win, tail you lose.

From what is happening over the past week, the people are taken for fools again by umno najib.

On one side of the coin najib razak has declared his intention that Malaysians break away from being in an "ethnic prison" and instead think as one.
To quote him: "...we are still operating in an ethnic prison and we should have got over it over the years....we take actions that are based on every ethnic group in Malaysia".

On the other side of the coin he allows utusan and his dpm to spew out racial issues such as these:

Utusan’s communal/inflammatory “Bangkitlah Melayu” headline

Did najib take any action against utusan by withdrawing it's permit for at least 3 months or calling the home minister or the police to take actions. NO, he did not, closing both eyes while still got the face to call for unity among the various races.

najib's deputy has this to say from his interview with Mingguan Malaysia:

In the interview with Mingguan Malaysia, Muyhiddin said that the BN felt deceived by Chinese voters and that the community should be grateful for government assistance to Chinese schools. The deputy prime minister also said that the Chinese and Indian communities now liked to see themselves as kingmakers in the current political landscape, where Malay votes are split between three parties.

Muhyiddin’s interview has been carried in the Chinese newspapers, with headlines like “Muhyiddin – Chinese ungrateful to BN” (Sin Chew); “Chinese fooled Barisan Nasional. Muhyiddin – Get benefits but do not vote in support” (Nanyang); “BN feels tricked. Muhyiddin - Satisfy Chinese demands still no support” (China Press)

Did he reprimand his deputy for such racist remarks, NO but continue with his rhetoric of his slogan of 1Malaysia.

There are so many immediate actions for najib to act upon but he chose not to do so. Many are asking what his 1Malaysia entails yet he chose to give rhetoric about it rather than actions.

Lastly, what the hell is he afraid of to answer questions from the media except in close door discussion with only a handful of his control media.

This is what Bridget Welsh of the Guardian has to say:

After appointing a lacklustre cabinet, Malaysia’s new prime minister refused to answer questions from the media.

So my fellow Malaysians, what would you do if you are the Prime Minister? Do you want to play with both sides of the coin, to please your own party members on one side while duping the rakyat on the other?

We need for change and we must not deviate from it no matter how najib tries to prove himself that he is a 1najib 1Malaysia leader. His slogans are only superficial and to get the rakyat to return to umno/bn fold. The above two racist reports are proof of his incapability to take actions towards his so call rhetoric of 1Malaysia.

We had been duped for over 50 years and we cannot allow to be duped once again.

Welcome Back Eli Wong

WELCOME BACK

You have make the right decision. You have done no wrong, so please continue to serve the rakyat but remain strong and committed as there are evil forces who will try to exploit the issue again.

The following is the full statement issued by Elizabeth Wong, state assemblyperson for Bukit Lanjan and Selangor executive councillor for Tourism, Consumer Affairs and the Environment.

These past two months have been more than an ordeal, one which I would never have wished for any citizen to have to suffer through.

I have been stripped bare publicly – both figuratively and literally – by force and against my will. My personal life has been violated and assaulted by none other than criminals. Even up to this evening, I continue to receive threats from unknown persons.

This is not a scandal, as some have suggested, but a clear criminal act. This is no less a form of criminal intimidation, a form of political violence, and one which, if I chose to retreat into silence, would in turn indirectly affect women, especially women politicians.

Gutter politics is not and should not be part of our political culture, and for those who depend on exploiting and supporting such a crime, is an indication of the kind of politicians and persons they are.

I stand for a person’s right to privacy. I stand for ‘New Politics’ – a politics that encourages intellectual discourse, reasoned polemics and ideological debates, not one which resorts to gutter-level politicking which seek to smear, to slander and to violate one’s privacy to score political points.

This is the hardest decision that I have to make in my life and it is with the greatest humility that I accept the Selangor state’s offer to remain in office.

I wish to thank menteri besar and the Selangor exco, my staff, my fellow Aduns, fellow politicians from Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional, PKR leaders, the women’s wing of PKR and the grassroots, and my legal team for their support and guidance.

Respectfully, I wish to thank HRH the Sultan of Selangor for his guidance.

I am humbled by the encouragement and support shown by the media, my family and friends, the NGOs, the tens of thousands of people who signed the petitions on my behalf and who wrote to me, and especially my constituents who stood by me in these trying times.

I also wish to thank the police for their professionalism in addressing the issue at hand and I look forward to them apprehending and charging the criminals soonest.

My only wish is to serve my constituents and the state to the best of my abilities and with the help and cooperation of the people, to make this state, this country a better place for all. The struggle continues, and our work has just begun.

1Najib's 1Malaysia, He Cannot Explain, Let Me Explain Pt.2

Please read Pt.1 here, if you have not done so, before reading this posting.

I thought my maths was excellent but there are people who are more intelligent. I received an email from an unknown reader telling me that my analogy of "1Malaysia" with 1Ringgit does not add up. When you add up the fifty cents, twenty cents, ten cents and five cents, the total is only eighty five cents and where is the fifteen cents to make up the 1Ringgit.

Well that's true, where is the fifteen cents and I thought Malaysians are very smart to make their own conclusion. Anyway if you must know where is the fifteen cents, let me show you the magic.

We have the fifty cent coin, twenty cent coin, ten cent coin and five cent coin but we do not have a fifteen cent coin, do we.

Lets see again what I said in Pt.1 :

"1Malaysia" is just like 1Ringgit note. When you break down the 1Ringgit note, you have fifty cents, twenty cents, ten cents and five cents. This means that the fifty cents goes to the malays, twenty cents goes to the Chinese, ten cents goes to the Indians and five cents to the others. There will be no meritocracy, no equality and no Malaysian Malaysia nor Bangsa Malaysia.

The balance of the fifteen cents is invisible and is always withheld by umno as long as they are in power. This invisible fifteen cents is their life blood without which they cannot survive. Where do you think they get their resources and strength from, to show their arrogant, racist and ketuanan melayu attitude. The fifteen cents is suck out from every ringgit the government spend and invincibly into umno's coffer.

So, you can see why, the government cannot show a balance accounting and you all keep asking where have our money gone to. They need the invisible fifteen cents to survive and that is one of the main reason that they cannot allow transparency and accountability in their administrations.

1Najib's 1Malaysia, He Cannot Explain, Let Me Explain

Each umno leader, when they took over as pm will always have their own rhetoric slogan but so far all seems to have failed to walk the talk.

1Najib is no different, he is more bolder to claim that he is willing to change and perform by his "1Malaysia, People First, Performance Now" rhetoric. Since he does not want to come out to explain in more details about his "1Malaysia", many are having their own interpretation.

One by one, umno's members are coming out to debunk his "1Malaysia" as a Malaysian Malaysia, Equality for all Malaysian, Bangsa Malaysia as interpreted by oppositions and a majority of the rakyat.

My interpretation of 1Najib's "1Malaysia" is as such.

When you group all the cents together, as and when the situation requires, you have 1Ringgit note, other than that, all are separated according to their cent denominations.

"1Malaysia" is the same as the 1Ringgit note, when umno/bn needs the rakyat support, they will group all the races together to call it "1Malaysia". When they have used you and does not need you, they will break the 1Malaysia" into the difference races again.

"1Malaysia" is use only as and when 1najib and umno feel the situation warrant it and nothing else.

GMI: People's Consultation On The ISA, What Next?

Gerak Mansur ISA (GMI) in collaboration with Suara Rakyat Malaysia (Suaram) organized the forum "People's Consultation On The ISA, What Next?" held at Penang Dewan Sri Pinang from 9 am to 12 noon on the12th April.

The speakers were:

Isahak Ismail

Syed Ibrahim

Choo Chon Kai

The response from the public in term of attendants were very poor. Teng Hock Nan and his group of 4 came in around 10 am and left half an hour later. Penang DPM Dr. Ramasamy came in later to give the closing speech.

The speeches by Isahak Ismail and Choo Chon Kai were presented with slide show. Both gave interesting true pictures of the past two years and what will happen next. When the speeches and presentation were over, the floor is open to the public for Q@A.

These are my opinion and suggestion to the panel.

1)The problem with our present government is that they do not actually function as a ruling government to look after the country and the rakyat. They are holding to their believe that the government is a political party control by umno and that umno is the ruling government. Their rhetoric call for reform now is not because they care about the country or the rakyat but more towards saving their political party from being wipe out. Why is it that they are not concern about reform and change when they have the full power to do so and wait until now when their party faces annihilation. The call for reform and change are to get back the rakyat support which they badly needed more then ever now. What assurance do we get that they will not go back to their old arrogant, corrupt and racist ways, once they have our support?

2)The call for the repeal of the ISA by GMI, Suaram, NGOs and many other groups have fallen on deaf ears. The umno rule government thinks that the ISA is needed for the country security. My offer to the panel is "if you cannot fight them, join them".
I suggested that we call for a wider use of the ISA to cover all instances of criminal act that are also a threat to the country. The growing crimes include, robberies, rapes, corruptions, murders are also security threats to the country. We save a lot of money by closing down all the courts, fire all the judges, shut down the macc, because we do not need them any more when we use the ISA law. Anyone that are under suspicions of committing crimes like robberies, rapes, corruptions and links to any murder cases should be sent to Kamunting under the ISA. Will this be better and the country will be more safer when most of those under suspicions are lock up?

3)Younger generation are not so interested to attend forums such as this ISA forum or political forums. The reasons are aplenty and the organizer must work towards how to bring awareness and the importance of forums to these younger generation. I suggested that some kind of competitions, like slogan writing or short essay writing with some big prices to be won to attract their attention. The title can be as such "How well do you know about the ISA and what is your opinion of its use against anyone without charge". Many may not know about the ISA and others a little bit here and there. With this competition and the chance to win the big prize they will search high and low including from the net about the ISA in order to be able to write their essay or slogan. This competition can tie together with voters registrations, only registered voters can compete. They can set the period of competition between 6 to 9 months if the 1st prize can be really big.

Another "Cakap Tak Serupa Bikin" PM, That Is Your Najib

I have never trusted any umno's leader, especially the PM. They are always good at talking, convincing when they need your votes but they can never walk the talk. Yes, many are asking that he be given time to show his performance. You can give him another 100 years, umno will be umno, their words cannot be trusted.

I do not want to talk about his so call reformed cabinet, they are almost the same old shit.

This is umno leaders:

"Cakap Tak Serupa Bikin"

Just read this report,

A Chinese online daily was today barred from covering Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s announcement of the new cabinet line-up in Putrajaya this afternoon.

The reporter and a photographer from Merdeka Review were told of the matter by Prime Minister’s Office security guards when trying to obtain security passes, half an hour before the press conference began at 3pm.

According to the reporter, she contacted one of Najib’s aides who confirmed the matter, adding that the decision was made by the Prime Minister’s Office.

Commenting on the ban, Merdeka Review editor-in-chief Chang Teck Teng said he would submit a letter to the Prime Minister’s Office tomorrow to protest the decision.

Chang was referring to Najib’s speech to the Malaysian Press Institute on April 6 where the newly appointed premier called on the press to perform their duties “without fear of consequence”.

Najib added that he would encourage a new national debate that would promote transparency and accountability.

“I firmly believe that there is a vital place in that dialogue for a vibrant, free and informed media…

“If we are truly to build a democracy that is responsive to the needs of all the people, we need a media - both old and new - that is empowered to responsibly report what they see, without fear of consequence,” he added.

Just you wait, rakyat, just you wait, you will all be sorry at the end of the day. Today he gives you 3 things that you requested and by tomorrow he will take back four things that had been given. This way of giving and taking back is always done discreetly that many do not feel it until it is too late. This is happening all along over the 50 years of umno's rule, until March 08 2008 when a majority just realized that they had been short changed.

So stay on alert and do not be so naive to accept his sweet talk that everything will be fine and his 1Malaysia will work, just give him a chance and time. For now he is having the chance and the time, as we cannot stop him or do anything for we have no choice but is stuck with him until the 13th GE.

Altantunya Shaarriibuu Murderer Still At Large !!

Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, 33, and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, 37, were found guilty of killing Ms Altantuya, 28, and blowing up her body in a jungle clearing in 2006 were sentenced to the gallows by the Shah Alam High Court today.

Azilah who started his testimony on Jan 15 stated that he had no motive to kill or destroy the woman and instead he only met Ms Altantuya to advise her politely not to harass Mr Razak or create a ruckus outside the latter's home. Azilah also told the court that he was ordered by a superior, DSP Musa Safri to help Mr Razak and thus he would not have done something stupid like killing and what more when he was a policeman.

While defending himself Sirul broke down a few times and related to the court that he has been made the 'sacrificial lamb' in the murder.

The prosecution team consisting of Deputy Public Prosecutor Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah, Noorin Badaruddin, Manoj Kurup and Hanim Rashid stressed in their submissions that Azilah and Sirul were the people behind Ms Altantuya's murder.

So, these two fellows were found guilty of actually killing and blowing up Altantunya Shaarriibuu with plastic explosive. This closes the first chapter of the murder trial.

Altantunya Shaarriibuu soul can never rest in peace as long as others who were involved in her murder are not brought to justice. Is there anyone else involve in her murder? It looks likely there are, with so many unanswered questions during the trials.

Najib's name was mentioned during the trial and allegations of his involvement were spread worldwide. I do not believe in allegations without proof but the trials and the actions for the murder indicate that someone in high office only has the authority to facilitate the murder. Najib may not be involved or has anything to do with this murder but I feel he is able to help to find out who and should come forward while at the same time clear his name of all allegations.

This is what YB Lim Kit Siang posted at his blog and I concur with his statement:

As Najib has repeatedly declared his innocence of any involvement in the Altantuya C4 murder case, he must act decisively to set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry to lay all the swirling allegations about his involvement in the murder case which are haunting and hounding him, his administration and the nation’s good name, to rest once and for all – whether about the accessibility of C4 explosives, the disappearance of Altantuya immigration records, the exchange of SMS messages or the disappearance of private investigator Bala Subramaniam after making public a very damaging statutory declaration about Najib.

Najib The Loser Must Start With These Actions

With the results of the 3 by elections yesterday, 2 Bukits to Pakatan Rakyat and 1 Batang to umno/bn, the final analyst analysis shows that umno/bn has only satu batang but without the two balls. Either in theory or practical, the batang cannot perform or take action without the two balls.

There are tonnes of news about the results and najib's defeat and his non existing popularity. If I find the time, I will try to abstract all the news from around the world and make a posting on this blog.

These are my advise to najib (provided he still want to listen to the people) to start with these few actions to restore the trust of the people.

1)The rakyat are more learned now, they dislike intimidation and suppression, they will not go crazy and run wild to create riots to show their dissatisfaction while holding any peaceful rallies or demonstrations.

The best thing you can do, is to call off your pdrm from their hush, provocative actions against peaceful rallies and demonstrations. Do not always assume that all peaceful rallies and demonstrations will always turn into riots, if it does, it is always the case of the pdrm starting to take actions or someone planted within to create commotions.

Just let the people vent their frustrations, anger or for whatever reasons in their peaceful rallies and demonstrations. Get the pdrm to guide them and flow with the crowd and not to intimidate them with tear gas and chemical lace water cannon. At the moment, the perception of the peoiple is that the pdrm is working on the instructions from political parties that do not like to hear the bad things about them being laid in the open. The pdrm is not working according to what their job specification but is siding with the ruling government to suppress the rakyat.

Tell the pdrm to perform their duties according to what they are sworn to do, without fear or favor.

2)Leave the judiciary alone, do not interfere with their judgement. You can deny that you do not have any involvement in the judiciary but the people perceptions, again, that there are much interference. Just one example, the Perak crisis, are the judges allow to perform their duties without any government interference? If there are none, then the judges should strike out all the court cases now pending and leave them to the State Assembly to solve their own crisis.

3)The macc, oh how I hate to talk about it. No report, no case. No evidence, no case. This is not the way to fight corruptions. The macc must take the initiative to hunt down corrupter and prevent corruptions from surfacing. This is the way most countries handle the fight against corruptions. Preventive measures and not the reverse to take action only after it happened. Fight corruptions without fear or favor, even if he is the pm or top umno leaders.

You need to start off by tackling the pdrm, judiciary and macc, getting them to perform their duties accordingly by the book, without the interference of the government or umno leaders, and I can assured you the rakyat will support you and even will vote for umno/bn in the future.

You can keep on singing nice songs, talk about your big plan for the rakayt, give you a chance for you want to change and all other rhetoric but still allowing umno members to do what they like and being above the law and still interfering with the pdrm, judiciary and macc will never get the rakyat support and umno will disintegrate sooner than you think.

Pakatan Rakyat Show Its Strength At The Two Bukit

Pakatan Rakyat won both the Bukit Selambau State seat and Bukit Gantang Parliamentary seat. This clearly indicates that the people are still voicing out for change and najib's as pm is a no, no, no good for the country. TM is as good as gone, a nobody in the eyes of the rakyat.

To borrow the words from Sheih UMNO Scores A Hatrick
Three straight lost in a row in Parliament by election for UMNO. After losing Permatang Pauh and Kuala Terengganu, the rakyat has given Najib his third eggs. He received the first two as campaign director for Barisan Nasional and the third as BN’s Chairperson.

Congratulations To PAS, PKR And The Whole Pakatan Rakyat Team. Even though there are obstacles, landmines and dirty plays by umno with the help of SPR and PDRM, you all still come out as victors.

I am sure the whole umno team lead by najib are having their close door mourning and preparing their script on how to respond for their great loses to the public tomorrow. Of course its going to be excuses, excuses and excuses and begging to give them time to show results of their performances.

Tainted Najib Wins The 2 Bukit + Batang Ai By Elections !!

Up till today, the last lap, the prediction of which party is going to win these by elections are still uncertain. For a few brave ones they are predicting a win for Pakatan Rakyat in all the 3 by elections albeit by smaller majority.

But the true fact is that many are harboring the fear that tainted racist umno najib will win all the 3 by elections. Many people are still gullible to the newly minted pm swan song of “1Malaysia. People First. Performance Now” rhetoric. They tend to forget of the past that all umno's new pm will try to lure the mind, heart and soul of the people by providing all kind of resonant publicity's in their first stage of being pm.

Tainted racist umno najib is no difference, he is playing the people's mind by introducing his “1Malaysia. People First. Performance Now” game without actually explaining in full details of what it means. After the safe period of winning the mind, heart and soul of the people, he will show his fangs, and the people will regret once again. They never learn, do they?

With one word he buried Malaysia for good and introduce 1Malaysia where the news media and his supporters are dancing to his tune. The same old past misdeeds of mahathirism are now being used by the pm to rule this 1Malaysia with iron fist.

Batang Ai is safely in his hands after hearing all the bad reports from Mafrel and the people on the ground over there. Tainted racist umno najib has the upper hand, with plenty of money to splash all over Batang Ai coupled with the help from SPR and taib full machinery's at his disposal.

Bukit Selambau is chaotic, with 15 candidates, most of which are suspected being planted by umno to create confusion and splitting the voters. Tainted racist umno najib knows that he already has the support from the die hard umno supporters, so he sent semi value to create chaos among the Indians to reduce PKR support. As long as he maintain his die hard umno supporters plus a small percentage of the Indian votes, he is assured of sailing through.

Bukit Gantang, the epitome of the 3 by elections is still 50-50. Here he still has a substantial of die hard umno supporters and he need to garner more malay support, thus his sending of the old tun which may turn either way for him, depending on how PAS is doing to deflect tun's present. PAS has an uphill task to win here.

Voters of Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau and Batang Ai, your votes are very important to bring back good old Malaysia and a change for a brighter future. Do you trust that by changing Malaysia to 1Malaysia by the same old racist, arrogant, corrupt umno najib will bring a better future. Please think of the many past misdeeds of the racist, arrogant, corrupt umno leaders that you had voted in before and how you felt and regretted later on. Do not make this same mistake again.

Please Read This Important Message

Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau Voters, Please Read This Important Message

Its very crucial, its very critical and its very important. I am reproducing an appeal request from Nat of jelas.info. Please read and forward this information far and wide. We must not allow racist umno najib do as he pleased by allowing him to win these three by elections.

pre-script: Just for encouragement, can anyone who is going home to vote tomorrow leave a comment saying so? Or any voter from those areas who are currently outstation for that matter.

People as diverse as Kian Ming and Sayuti Omar are saying that the outstation, returning young votes might just swing these by-elections.

I’m not really into predictions and punditry, but my gut tells me that these are going to be close fights.

If any, any of you are registered to vote in these three constituencies, you are carrying the hopes, dreams and aspirations of millions of Malaysians.

It’s not too late to take leave!

If there are a few takers, I’ll even make the slightly absurd offer of driving you north from KL if transport is a problem. Just leave a comment here, or e-mail me at nat[at]jelas.info. (if anyone else is willing to be a driver, can also let me know?)

To recap what’s at stake here: If BN prevails, a strong signal will be sent to the BN leadership that -

a) That it is ok to usurp power via unconstitutional, morally bankrupt ways.

b) That it was ok to intimidate Arumugam (ex-ADUN for Bkt Selambau) to the point where he had to resign just to safeguard his life and family.

c) That it is ok to rape Sarawak repeatedly and live like kings while its natives live without running water or electricity.

And that’s just locally.

So much remains at stake. Dozens more ISA detainees linger in permanent detention, water scandals threaten to cost the rakyat billions, hundreds of Kugans still lie at the mercy of the police, Umno grassroots still call for the blood of non-Malays.

I have some thoughts on Najib, that I hope to share by Wednesday, but for now:

Some may be encouraged to hope that Najib is ushering a new era; he’s certainly taken some pains to give that impression. I’ll elaborate more later, but wanted to highlight this: let’s not forget that all the announcements that Najib has made have been made under pressure.

Let’s remember that the release of ISA detainees, the call for a more genuinely united, non-racial Malaysia, and so on, were all things that Pakatan has been calling for for years and years.

I don’t think any of us can claim to peer into Najib’s heart and say for sure whether he is sincere or not, or whether he plans to truly see these reforms through.

That said, I don’t think any of us can deny that his actions are the *direct* results of the March 8th general elections and subsequent by-elections.

Najib felt the heat that you helped to create, and has finally responded to safeguard his political survival. Let us search our hearts and ask: would these announcements have been made if not for the electoral success of Pakatan?

The choice now falls to you, voters, as to whether you want to keep that heat on him - the pressure for Malaysia’s new PM to stop abusing repressive laws, and to stop racial fearmongering - or whether you want to give him reason to think that rhetoric alone, and not long term action, is sufficient to fool the voters of Malaysia.

After 50 years, some semblance of real, effective political check and balance appears to be emerging, albeit in a fragile, still decisive state. Help make these elections a show that Najib must do even more, if he ever hopes to gain the trust of Malaysians.

Help keep the voices that have forced Najib into the position he is in alive, loud, and aflame.

I’m serious, if there are even a handful, I’ll drive you to the polling stations myself.

-------

A quick word on the ISA releases. Firstly, hearty congratulations to their families, whose joy I share.

One other angle, in addition to the many views expressed. Many have said: how can these people have been threats to national security one day, and suddenly no longer the next?

To this I want to add: the scenario was obviously that Najib had long planned to make a gesture and release some, but definitely not all, of the ISA detainees in conjunction with his ascension.

The question is, how did he decide who to release and who not to?

Let us not forget that while some were released, active decisions were made to keep many more Malaysians behind the bars of Kamunting.

Najib did not seem to calculate on the basis of justice, but on the basis of political expediency. In essence, those souls in Kamunting were nothing but political pawns at the mercy of Najib’s political calculations. The release of the 13 were welcome, but it looks like regardless of the merits or lack thereof of their cases, the rest just weren’t so lucky.

Now, should a man’s liberty be nothing but a question of luck? Subject to the whims and fancies of those in power?

Again, I hope voters will send a sign that it is the very principle of detention without trial that is unholy and abhorrent. Use your vote to say: charge them in court, or release every last one!

This Is How Najib's "People First, Performance Now" Works

Not even 3 three days of being the pm, he is showing his true color. umno will always be umno, they never change. najib's maiden speech and all his talk about reforms are just rhetoric, they never keep their words and instead they do a 360 degree turn on their promises.

This is how najib's "People First, Performance Now" ideolgy works:

Malaysia Insider has this report:

Ganabatirao free to walk, not to talk

SHAH ALAM, April 5 — Hindraf legal adviser V. Ganabatirao is a free man today but he cannot speak to the media for a year as one condition of his release.

You cannot talk about Altantuya and at a Bukit Selambau ceramah last night, it is not clear why the FRU rush into the crowd, one eye-witness said the speaker had just begun talking about najib.

The assumption of the way najib will treat you all under 1Malaysia and "People First, Performance Now" base on the first incident of V. Ganabatirao freedom from the ISA under najib's premiership. There is Democratic freedom in 1Malaysia but you are not free to talk, you are not free to do this, you are not free to do that. What you want to talk, what you want to do, what you want to eat, you must first get 1Malaysia najib consent.

There is no more Malaysia but 1Malaysia under the full control of 1Najib.

I Cried The Day He Becomes PM - Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau, Batang Ai Ceramah Online

I am not ashamed to let you all know that I shed tears on the day racist umno najib was sworn in as our top employee position, the pm post. It is not the tears of joy but the tears of fright, sadness and shame. I need not go into details the type of baggage he is carrying with him into the premiership as you all already know what they are.

Do not tell me that we cannot find one single person out of the 28 million population that can perform better than racist umno najib. Or the least, is there no one within umno's 3 million members that is better qualified than racist umno najib?

The answer is of course there is but by umno's tradition and system of patronage, there is no way umno is going to give up the pm post as long as they are still in power, even if they have no other choice but to select a man that is illiterate, they will go for it.

The newly minted pm, is now trying to prove himself to be a good leader that will lead this country to fame and prosperity. His maiden speech plus his walk around means nothing but to bait those who are not so familiar with umno's antics. The news media are painting a good picture of racist umno najib euphoria with the "1Malaysia" concept and "People First, Performance Now" tagline.

No one question him about the recent concluded umno general assembly and his welcoming talks with mahathir, whereby the malay supremacy, unite the malays talk still ringing non stop. So what does he mean by 1Malaysia, is it going to be just like badawi's Islam Hadari that just disappeared or 1Malaysia is a "1 Malay Race Only" ruling over the whole Malaysia. Would he dare to say that his 1Malaysia is Malaysia For All, Equality For All, Equal Justice For All. Why must he always have a caveat in all his talks and not just plain and simple talk where people will not need to be puzzled and keep wondering what his dirty tactics are.

Not one word on corruptions in his maiden speech. Why he did not dare to touch on the word corruptions, is it because he knows to well that he cannot rid of this cancer during his tenure while trying not to make the same mistake like badawi? If he is going to use his tagline "People First, Performance Now", he must tackle corruptions as his top priority, without which his tagline does not mean a thing.

The news media, mostly owned by umno/bn are trying to convince the public to give racist umno najib a chance and do not reject it without giving it a try. Have we not given umno/bn so many chances over the 50 years of their ruling and can we be so naive to trust them one more time knowing that each time a new pm takes over, these kind of euphoria will always be their first action to buy the peoples heart and soul. After that, what happen, their true color will surface and they once again continue with their, arrogant, corrupt and racist lifestyle.

Fellow Malaysians, voters of Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau and Batang Ai, let me remind you all, racist umno can never change. Do not be overwhelmed by racist umno najib's euphoria, this is just to entice for your votes. Do not be cheated, lied and bullied again by their call to give this racist umno najib a chance. Ask them back, how many chances do they want, 53 years of chances still not enough?

Racist umno najib can still carry on with his promised reforms without winning these 3 by elections if he is sincere in wanting to change. We want to see whether he is sincere to walk all his talks by voting for Pakatan Rakyat in these 3 by elections and will only decide his fate comes the 13th GE.

We have come a long way for change and we must not be distracted now. For the good of this country we must continue with our fight against umno/bn to force umno/bn to change or we will change them.

Batang Ai + 2 Bukit By Elections Online Campaign - I Am Very Angry, Are You ?

The more I read and think of what my employee, the just promoted PM is saying, the more angry I get. Voters of Bukit Selambau, Bukit Gantang, Batang Ai and fellow Malaysians, are you so naive as to believe in his latest actions. Please read my earlier posting Carrot Before Stick, Umno Style.

Many argue why I should be angry instead of being happy for what he is trying to do. The answer lies within his maiden speech. I reproduce part of it and you can read the full text at Din Merican's Blog.

My life has been dedicated to public service.

Growing up, I was inspired by the positive impact of public service in the example of my late father. Four decades on, I remain committed to the goals of tackling poverty; of restructuring our society; of expanding access to quality education for all; and of inspiring a new generation of young Malaysians to work on behalf of this great country.

My own service in government has always been about getting results:

...In this spirit, I would like to announce that the government has decided with immediate effect, to remove the temporary ban on two news publications, release 13 detainees from ISA detention, and conduct a comprehensive review of the Internal Security Act. Additional details will be announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs shortly.

What commitment is he talking about. He had been appointed the various ministerial positions for decades and he did nothing except for his well know involvement in crying for the kris to flow with Chinese blood. He was a racist then and he is still a racist now.

Do you believe this, "In this spirit"... to remove the temporary ban on two news publications, release 13 detainees from ISA detention.

This is a very clear case with evidence for abusing of power. When actions are taken to ban the news publications and detaining the 13 detainees under the ISA, they must have done something against the law to justify the actions taken, am I right.

Now with "In this spirit", they are suddenly absolved of all wrong doings, they are no longer a threat to the country, what they printed are ok now and the ISA detainees no longer have any connections with terrorists.

This new pm is a very dangerous man, he care not about the rule of laws. He can take any action against you without any charges or reasons and he can release you as when he feels like it, when he is "In this spirit". He can swear on the holy book just to clear his name of any allege criminal acts.

Are you still not angry, I am as I write this posting.

The picture is now much clearer after his maiden speech.
These were all planned when the 3 by elections surfaced. He is in cohort with the EC to set 7th April to be the polling day. He knows and I suspect that arrangement had been made with badawi to step down and he takes over as pm by the 3rd April. He will have sufficient time to throw all these carrots to ensure he wins all the 3 by elections.

Voters of Bukit Selambau, Bukit Gantang, Batang Ai and fellow Malaysians, dark days are ahead of us with this dangerous pm running the country. Racist umno najib will always be racist umno najib and whatever he does will only be in the interest of umno and no one else. Your votes are very important in these three by elections and you must think of your families future and not be swayed by the pm actions which are aim only to get your votes.

You have seen how they throw the carrots when they need your support over the decades, and once they got it they forget about you and return to their racist, arrogant and corrupt ways of living. Do not be fooled by racist umno najib ever again.

Please read Zorro's DON'T TAKE US FOR FOOLS!....ALTHOUGH SOME OF US CAN BE FOOLED. for a more clearer picture of umno najib bad intentions.

Take and accept what is given to you but most important is that you vote for Pakatan Rakyat.

Carrot Before Stick, Umno Style

The maiden speech of each and every PM is always heartening with lots of gestures and goodies. najib is no different. He announced the release of 13 ISA detainees and the lifting of the suspension on the two publications, Suara Keadilan and Harakah.

Everyone is jumping with joy and praising him for his good deeds. What is so great about it, may I ask. In the first place they have no reason whatsoever to detain them under the ISA and for banning the Suara Keadilan and Harakah publications.

If he is truly sincere about correcting what had been abuse of power by umno/bn all these while, he must abolish the ISA and free the press with immediate effect and not by giving piece meal nuggets just to please the people.

I am happy for the families of the released detainees but am not thanking najib for releasing them. We know him too well to believe that he will carry on further to make changes. We know that what he is doing now is to get the voters to swing back to umno/bn for the coming by elections.

We must not make the same mistake in believing umno/bn words and the carrot they constantly thrown at us whenever they need our support over the past 50 years. We must continue our struggle to have a strong opposition to ensure that they carried out their promises and to scrutinize their level of sincerity that call for genuine reform, and not just crowd-pleasing policies.

But the best solution to tame them is still to go for change of Government.
